Updating my review to 1 star based on the owners response. I'll rehash this again! The day before, I ordered a coffee with regular ice and received the larger cup filled completely. So my question is very simple: why does selecting light ice change the actual cup size when the customer is still paying the exact same price? Also, these orders were literally placed one day apart (added proof), so this was not an old order per se. What you are seeing in the "old" larger cup is the drink from the previous day after the ice had completely melted. That was actually part of the reason I selected light ice the next time. I wanted to enjoy more than 3 sips before most of the drink was gone. And to clarify, yes, I do think it is reasonable to expect that requesting light ice would mean receiving more of the actual beverage. Not completely changing the size and then not even filling up that cup. That is how this is typically handled at other establishments. If I order a soda, cocktail, or other iced beverage with light ice, they do not normally switch me to a smaller cup or leave a large amount of empty space. They simply use less ice. Or at the very least receiving the same size cup (in that case I would understand a LITTLE BIT of extra room in the cup). I do not understand selecting light ice, getting a smaller cup and that cup not being full. So back to my original statement very much a rip off! My review is about consistency, transparency, and receiving what a customer reasonably believes they are paying for. Unfortunately, your response still does not explain why the same size drink, at the same price, was served in two noticeably different cup sizes based solely on the amount of ice requested. If the smaller cup was actually filled to the rim, I could understand, but the smaller cup wasn't even full.

Stopped by to try the Sweet Cream Matcha (unsweetened, $8) after hearing so much hype about it. The place has a cute outdoor seating area, and free parking before 3 p.m. made it easy to visit. Unfortunately, the drink was just okay. The matcha tasted watered down and had a grainy texture, so it wasn't my favorite. It wasn't terrible, but I don't think I'd order it again.

5/5 Parking sucks as is expected in k-town but the drinks and ambiance make up for it! We got lucky with street parking, but the attached lot has valet for $4. If you get there early enough no one is there so you're free to park. We got the banana cream latte, coconut cream matcha, strawberry cream latte, and orange bianco. All were super creamy without being too sweet. We wish they came in larger sizes. There's plenty of space to sit, we sat outside and enjoyed the nice patio.

Got the injeolmi latte half sweet and the 3Thyme Brew. I really liked the injeolmi latte as i thought it was super flavorful with a really nice soybean flavor and not too sweet, which I enjoyed. The 3Thyme Brew was also really good. Their menu has a lot of other drinks that look really interesting, so I'd definitely come back to try more. The barista Jade, was really friendly and helpful with explaining the drinks and gave honest recommendations and his top picks. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, which makes it a good spot for catching up with friends or studying. There are also plenty of outlets. The only downside is that most of the indoor seating is either high chairs or couches. There's parking in the back, and I believe it's valet for $4. Overall, really enjoyed this place and would definitely come back!

I came here on a sunday afternoon to catch up with a friend. mostly street parking the lot is valet! The place is very nice, lots of seating inside couches, tables, barstools, and seating outside as well. The staff was friendly and helped with any questions. I got the iced Misugaru latte as i looooove misugaru ever since I tried it in Korea! My friend got the normal vanilla latte. both drinks came out faily quick We were both happy with our drinks. I will def be back to try their matcha!

On the lookout for the next cafe, I stumbled upon 3THYME, which boasted a very clean aesthetic, interior decor, and light music - the perfect, relaxing spot to either get work done or catch up with friends. The item that stood out to me? The restroom key hanging on the wall - kidding, though I really had to go! I had their Injeolmi Latte, which is one of my favorite flavors. I rarely deviate from regular iced lattes, but I'm always happy to for injeolmi. While waiting, I watched the staff prepare other drinks, and wow was it so satisfying to watch. The counters were kept so clean throughout - professionals! The Injeolmi Latte was overall too sweet for me, though I only discovered this because of the added sweet syrup (not listed in menu). The staff checked in with me and happily remade it without, and it was a much better drink, reminding me of salted caramel. I'm so excited to continue experiment with the Injeolmi Latte on my future visits.... I think it has the potential to be one of my favorite drinks!

3Thyme Coffee is located in the same plaza at Yi Fang and Ahgassi Gopchang. There's a parking lot, which according to an employee, only turns into valet parking after 3:30 or 4. I was there around 1, and did not need to pay for parking. A plus! The cafe was initially hard to find, but I'm just bad with directions. I ordered a decaf orange bianco, and found a seat on the couch to get some work done. It's not super loud in there, and there are lots of seats available. My drink tasted great! However, not sure if I was having an off day or they forgot to give me decaf, but I did have a pretty bad headache afterwards, which I get when I have caffeinated coffee. Because I'm not sure what caused my headache, I will not dock stars. The work set up was great, but I had some wifi issues where my connection just completely dropped and I couldn't load anything. Hopefully it's just my laptop, because I'm looking forward to trying their banana matcha next!

I absolutely love the sweet cream matcha, and they always provide quick service. However, I walked in today and one of the customers had her dog sitting on the breakfast bar. It's completely unsanitary and unacceptable that none of the employees spoke up about it. I'll continue taking my orders to go!

Late Review! Brought my run group here for a Sunday coffee run! 3Thyme has served me one of my favorite banana cream tops I have had. I personally enjoy the cream top on my cold brew rather than a latte just for taste. There are plenty of drink options available along with a great variety of food options. For savory, get the Chorizo burrito. For sweet, get the croffle - no questions! This is one of the shops that still asks for another round as their matcha and cream tops were top tier. Parking - Street parking, easy in the mornings but can get busy during the days.

They had lots of drink options, pastries, and seating! They have a rlly nice outdoor balcony seating area which i rlly liked! what i ordered: * banana matcha cream * strawberry matcha cream * banana cream latte * croffle * danish my fav was the banana matcha cream and the banana cream latte! they were both rlly yummy

    Cassie T.

Briefly came to this place for a quick drink on-the-go, but I genuinely loved my visit because of how kind and caring the servers are, the clean and adorable atmosphere with many pastries and drinks available, and how delicious their banana cream matcha was!! The top genuinely was the creamiest I had seen in a while and the banana flavor itself tasted quite natural but strong. I did win a giveaway for the matcha so I got that complimentary, but I honestly would come back for their injeolmi latte, sweet cream matcha, and strawberry cream lattes!

    Angel P.

Cute and quaint place. No major wait. Yummy treats and small outdoor space. The foam was soo good. It's been a while so I can recall what I ordered but enjoyed my experience.

Cozy lil cafe in ktown. The Korean inspired flavors caught my attention. It was pretty busy when we came in but staff were welcoming & efficient. Injeolmi Latte - A yummy latte with an abundance of soybean powder. It's a little gritty but with each sip, I got more used to it. Strawberry Cream Latte - A pretty drink but lacked sweetness. I wish it was a strawberry infused cream top too. My boyfriend liked it though.

Courage Bagels is a cute little corner spot with a bumping line even 30 minutes before closing. Despite having just had lunch, my friend and I decided to stop by and pick up some bagels. I ordered the Alaskan roe bagel as well as a plain onion bagel with a side of cream cheese. There is no seating inside, but they have a cute covered outdoor area and a water stand. The bagels are phenomenal. If you go inside to use the washroom, you'll see the fresh bagel-making in action. They have a whole old-fashioned assembly line with the orders hanging from a string. While the texture is crunchy on the outside, the bagel is incredibly soft and chewy on the inside. You can tell these are handmade bagels. My friend enjoyed the roe on a sea salt sesame bagel and said it was tasty and fresh. I found the onion bagel a tad burnt on the outside, but the texture was still amazing. As another review says, yes, I would give them my money again. See you next time, Courage Bagels!

SALT BAGEL, EVERYTHING BAGEL, CACIO E PEPE, EVERYTHING PUMPERNICKEL BAGEL All of the untoasted bagels except the Cacio e Pepe, had a firm outer texture, a bit hard to tear apart with hands. Inside the bagels were dense, yet had a light chewy texture and not dry either. Toasted, they were even better. The outer crust was beautifully crispy and the inside bagel was soft and chewy. The beet cream cheese was delicious with all the bagels! Cacio e Pepe was soft all around, unlike the other bagels. Cacio e Pepe had a light cheese and black pepper crust. It wasn't full of cacio e pepe flavor right off the bat, but still enough to know what you're eating. If you ate only the top bagel, I think you'll get the best of this bagel. There's a few spots directly in front of Belle's, but it's metered parking too and also it was full. It's parking that always makes or breaks your experience when driving to LA. After driving around to find a decent parking spot, I finally found one close to Belle's, but after parking, I realized it was a loading zone. So hurried to get my food to go and just ate in the car. Strike one was their being out of fresh made orange juice, something that should NEVER happen at a bagel purveyor... oh, and my coffee? Was only technically that. Seriously. It tasted more like tea to the point that I questioned whether or not they in fact got my order wrong and it was that. Flavorless. (2/10) I like my salmon bagel and the ratios were pretty on point with there being maybe just a tad too much cream cheese. For $20, this was what I expected and I appreciated the quality olive oil drizzled over the quality ingredients to keep it all moist. Loved the tomato and capers. It's a big meal and half of it went home for later. (8/10) My date's bagel was a nightmare though. Thick wedge of cream cheese on a barely toasted bagel, she had to wipe half of it off just to eat it. And as for this being a "hatch cream cheese?" Like calling my brown water broth 'coffee,' I'd suggest that it only technically met up to the definition: there were 2-3 little chunks of hatch chile. Seriously. Two or three. The white cream cheese hardly had any smell or taste of hatch chile. I know as I ate the other half she took home. Dispel any fantasy you might be harboring of that cool, greenish cream cheese with real chunks of smoked hatch chiles because that doesn't exist here. (2/10) So there you have it. For close to $40 when you factor in tax and tip? This was barely a 3 star bagel experience. Order with care and intention.
