I love the sea cream jasmine tea. It's always my go-to order whenever I'm having a hard time deciding on what to get. This location has an indoor area with lots of tables and chairs for studying/working. I haven't had any issues with my drinks here either. Would most definitely come here versus the one in Rowland Heights that's much smaller. Their drive thru is pretty decent as well versus RH's location that's in a crowded location. read more

This location opened up several months ago. It's a lot bigger than the other locations I've been to and it's great that they have drive thrus. They have a very large seating area, but they don't have internet access yet. They offer substitutions for milk such as soy milk and oat milk with no extra cost at this time. I ordered their Japanese matcha oat milk and to be honest I was not a fan. I think the matcha they have just doesn't go well with the oat milk brand that they have. I ordered the Japanese matcha tea they said they just mix with water. It was okay. They already mixed their matcha powder with sugar so you'll still taste a little sweetness and cannot order it unsweetened. Overall the place is clean including their one gender neutral bathroom. They do offer the employee restroom sometimes if there is a line to use the restroom. They don't always clean their tables so if your table is dirty, you can ask them to clean them for you. Very nice staff. Large parking lot. An employee recently told me about the rewards program they have on the app. You get points when you purchase online. read more

We went on the day of their grand opening and guess what? Their scanner wasn't working so I had to go home and upload my receipt to get my points...that is odd that your scanner is not working on the first day. Okay, no big deal. So we tried again today...but we had some issues. We were at the drive thru when I placed my order. I specifically to the person who was taking my order that I wanted to use my points to pay for the order and he said, they will take care of you at the window. I pulled up to the window and told the girl I wanted to use my points and she didn't say anything and just scanned my code. But then she gave me the total and that was when I asked if my points were applied. That was when she told me that I can only use my points if I placed the order online and redeemed the points online. I wasn't aware of this as I explained it to her. Obviously the guy who took my order initially didn't know either or why would he say "they will take care of it at the window". I know the supervisor could hear all of this but didn't step in to take care of me. Horrible horrible customer service. I even told the girl that this is bad and I woul probably not come back... Maybe they don't need me as a customer but I sure know I don't need to go to a place where they don't take care of their customers. read more

it's really great. they're time is really quick when i went. though they just open everything seemed nice and clean, seems like a nice place to study for the high schooler near the place. boba was good quality. didn't try any of their food, it was my first time at a 7 leaves cafe ever so. recommend for like a hang out place for all people plus refreshing drinks available. :) read more

I went to the store to pick up the order but was told that the drink is not ready despite the fact that the store clicked "ready for pick up" on uber eats app. I waited for another 10 minutes and people who went in after me all got their drinks. I asked a different guy for my order. He checked and said it was ready. I expressed my frustration that I was told it was not ready and how long has the drink been ready. He wasn't sure. So.. I left angry and my toddler was yelling in the car for waiting so long. I hope the workers can do their job. It's frustrating when they cannot do a simple task and ruin my day. read more

7 leaves is gonna give me diabetes and make me gain 10 pounds. I've gone here at least 1-2 a week, they make it so easy with their drive thru and app ordering. One bad thing is their drive thru is pretty tight and the parking lot is shady. You have to be careful at night as there are a lot of homeless folks around (saw folks shooting up and passed out as you order boba...) My to go to are: house coffee, green Thai tea, and mungbean (favorite). Always get easy ice and easy sweet as their drinks are quite sweet. Workers are also extremely nice! I have purchased different drinks from this location a handful of times, and almost every time, the drink doesn't meet expectations. My drink isn't sealed almost every time which causes it to leak. The drink doesn't taste right whenever I customize it (easy sweet/ easy ice) compared to other locations which always taste consistent. Lastly, the boba never tastes the same. Sometimes it is sweet and chewy, other times it is flavorless and hard. Management needs to do better at training their workers on consistency. read more

I've been a returning customer since this location first opened. Giving 2 stars because majority of all the drinks I bought are not sealed properly especially if you buy drinks that need to be shaken like Thai tea. I always give them the benefit of the doubt to seal drinks properly and should have known better before shaking my drinks. Today, I shook my Thai Tea in my Tesla and it spilled everywhere and staining my new pants. Went back in to ask for a reseal with no refund or another drink for free. It gets pretty annoying at this point. I'm only returning because this is the only location in all of West Covina/Covina area. I love that 7 leaves opened near me but for some reason, this locations milk tea doesn't taste the same as their other locations. I have to ask for my milk tea extra sweet for it to taste like how they usually make it at the Rowland Heights location because it has a watered down tea taste. Drive thru experience is the worst. Wasted a total of 35 minutes to get 1 drink. There were only 2 cars in front of me and everyone was frustrated. The layout of the drive thru is a huge inconvenience so you have to reverse to be next to the window. And the cashier that took my payment said they prioritize customers who come inside over drive thru. The purpose of drive thru is good quality shit but FAST. They failed at both. it's nice having a 7 leaves close by now! i always get the black and tan and it never disappoints. service is always fast and friendly, your typical beverage experience. the only downside is that this location doesn't have wifi yet, so i use my hotspot to do work. the seating is nice and spacious, with plenty of empty tables. read more

I love this cafe so much most of the workers here are very nice however, i recently went there and I saw one employee grab another employee by the hoodie, it was an older women doing it to a younger guy?
