This is hands down one of the most convenient 7 Leaves locations since it has a drive-thru which is genius for a boba lover like me! :) My go-to has always been their mung bean milk tea at less sweetness and absolutely with honey boba. It's a nice milky flavor that reminds me of pandan. Their house coffee is also one of my favorites because it has a unique hint of hazelnut along with sea cream. Today as I go through the drive thru. It's always jammed packed with people. And usually I don't mind waiting anyways. But I'm really disappointed that twice now, I order the same Thai tea with boba and I get charged both times. WITH NO BOBA. But the label clearly said honey boba. If it wasn't for the fact that their drive thru is so full. I would of turned around and requested a new drink. It's only a few cents. Came back after I was reached out by a customer rep of their team. I ordered via their drive-thru. They were busy! I waited roughly 15 minutes from the moment I turned into drive-thru to when I paid. I've been eyeing this new 7leaves because I thought it was a bold move to create a store in the middle of a supermarket parking lot. So far, it looks pretty popular with the drive thru looking like an In-N-Out line. There is no seating indoor or outdoor, but you are able to park your car and order at the front register. Cashier was very nice and fast. Got my two drinks in about 5 minutes after 4 people. Very express. Tried the new summer mint and it tasted like a lighter version of the Vietnamese orange juice with some mint leaves in it. I'm writing this review for other folks wanting to go here due to the safety of drive thru: Their drinks are a bit more inconsistent when compared to other 7 Leaves locations. On one of my trips here, I've received phenomenal tasting drinks. Other times, not so much: as in, the tea was too weak in my Jasmine MT or too bitter in my Oolong MT. My biggest warning has to be: CHECK your drinks after receiving them! In these crazy times, we should excuse many of the mistakes made by the staff. A drink has normal ice when you asked for less ice? Sure. No sea cream or boba when you paid for both? No biggie. But this happened to me for four of the six drinks I ordered, which was unacceptable. I paid $3+ extra in toppings than I received. Don't make the same mistake! Regardless, I'm very thankful this location exists and is still open. I'm glad I have something to look forward to on a day-to-day basis when the days waiting out for this virus, as a student stuck at home, have become sluggish and uneventful. read more

Very disappointed today, I always go to the Euclid one but thought I give this one a try. Unless you're doing drive thru don't go here. We were nearby so we walked there . When we got to the "order here" window we were informed that we had to order through the app for pick up. Okay........ so I downloaded the app and then realized I forgot my credit card and they didn't have Apple Pay as an option. Decided to go home empty handed. There are a lot of 7 leaves in the Westminster Area, and we'd never gone to this one but saw it was a drive thru and a walk up window, so we decided to try it. Paul greeted us at the window and he had such a great attitude! He was very efficient and succinct, what every employee should be like! He was working hard on New Year's Day, and I appreciated it very much! We got our usual Viet coffee and Jasmine Milk tea, and it was perfect as usual. Incredibly RUDE customer service at this location. Stopped by tonight and purchased 3 teas, after purchasing the teas, we asked for a cup holder. They gave us the cup holder and immediately closed the window on us. After about a second we decided that the cup holder wasn't needed and instead of trashing it we wanted to give it back. Lightly knocked on the window and the knock was met with a death glare and they didn't even open the window to see what we needed. The attendant nodded her finger and pretty much brushed us away. We ended up trashing the holder and as we were walking away, they opened the window and asked what we wanted. Once again, incredibly rude. Looks like they're all nice and sweet until they swipe your card and take your money. We spend about 40 a week at this place and they just lost 3 loyal customers. What is going on with this location... the employees can be really snobby and the drinks are never consistent. Multiple times I've gone here my drink would have almost nonexistent ice. And if I order the sea cream jasmine, it'll come out with no more than 2 centimeters of sea cream. I was just here at this location 10 minutes ago and when the girl handed me my drink at the drive-thru, there was barely a slither of sea cream. I handed the drink back and asked if she could add more and she gave me the blankest stare before taking my drink and didn't even say a word. Got my drink back and it wasn't much better either. She didn't pour out any drink to make a little more room for the sea cream so it was packed into the drink. I poked a hole into the drink and it shot out of the straw and out of the lid and everywhere all over my seats and car... I just had my car cleaned yesterday. Extremely annoyed.. I have never been to a 7 Leaves Cafe before, this was my first time. When I thru the drive-thru the menu only showed cold drinks so I kindly asked for a Hot Chai, the girl said they don't carry that. I asked if they had anything hot, she said only coffee. I was thinking a Cafe shop with NO HOT DRINKS!!!! One of my favorite boba shops simply because the drinks are made with good ingredients like real pandan leaves, real tea, and real taro! You can pretty much bet that 7 Leaves wherever you go is gonna be good. I'm not one to get boba pearls often, instead I opt for grass jelly usually, but the boba is pretty decent here with a good chew and good brown sugar flavor. Sunset Passion: 5/5 The most expensive one but that's because it's made from real passion fruit juice! I love the tang of the juice and I personally prefer it without the salted plum. Strawberry Sunset: 5/5 My go to, a mix of Strawberry Hibiscus and Sunset Passion and it looks like a sunset! Tastes very fruity and refreshing! Summer Mint: 4/5 I like this one because it's similar to the Sunset Passion but with mint and a bit more diluted. I prefer the Sunset Passion to this but if you wanna spice things up get the Summer Mint. T-Rex: 4/5 A mix of the mung bean milk tea and matcha. The employees there knows I would come at least 3-4 days a week. Same order. But today, I have to say I am extremely disappointed with your service and drink. WHAT THE FCK IS THAT IN MY DRINK? I ordered a cup through drive thru. Looked at my cup after I left the place, just to realized there was a thick ass layer of unknown black powder at bottom of my cup. And like I said, I come here a lot and have never experienced this in my drink before. I had to drove back and had them explain to me what is that.
