My usual drink at 7 leaves is Mung bean milk tea with honey boba and easy on the ice. This location is drive thru only. They do not have any seating available. However, I went around 4pm and the line went by pretty quickly. Make sure to download the 7 Leaves app to order in advance or to show them your barcode so you can get points for your order. The only location with decent drinks is their Artisan Fountain Valley location. Every other location has been disappointing. I have something called the "God Tongue." It is both a blessing and a curse. With 7Leaves rapid expansion, it is either difficult to quality control...OR they are intentionally changing their formula to maintain profit margins. 7Leaves is not what it used to be anymore. The past 5 times I've been to 7Leaves, their coffee AND tea lacked depth of flavor and was diluted/overly sweet - pretty sure they use artificial sweetener now. I do recall they brought on a biochem Ph.D to handle the drink formula not too long ago. They should change their slogan from "naturally delicious" to "naturally flavored." If a free drink was offered, I wouldnt take it. It's not even worth the calories anymore. When I ordered my drink with boba, I expected to be able to actually eat the boba not in the cup for decor. Sadly I found the boba was overcooked to the point they were stuck together and there's absolutely no way to separate them. Besides the bad boba quality, I was hoping the tea actually tasted good. We asked a couple questions about the drinks which he happily answered and we gave him our order. Shortly after he had taken our order and we were still waiting in line, he comes back to our car to tell us that he thinks we are very nice. We thought that was super sweet of him to come back to tell us that. When we got to the window to get our drinks, the girl said our total was $6, which was strange cuz we had ordered 2 drinks with add ons of boba and grass jelly. The girl said that the manager Quan (I believe that was his name?) had run to the front to tell them to comp off one of our drinks. Not everything in the menu is great, but I'll keep coming back for their house coffee and herbal tea. Their price has went up over the years, but at least their quality stays the same. I prefer the drive thru, it's faster and easier. With locations all over Orange county, Vegas, and apparently a new one in San Jose for us bay area folk! I always get the mung bean milk tea with boba. Don't question the flavor, just get it. Mung bean sounds weird, still does to me, but apparently it's perfect in drink form. It is a little chunkier than a straight liquid, but it's so good. 7 leaves has one of the most consistent boba recipes ever. I've never been disappointed in the chewiness at any of their locations. This particular location is a bit odd. It's mostly for drive thru boba goers. (Drive thru-what is this, Starbucks?) Cute little location, we parked right in front, ordered and got our drink rather quickly. I wish I could give this place a higher rating cause the coffee had potential but was just too sweet to be enjoyed. This may not be an indictment on all locations or all of their coffee so I might have to come back and try the Vietnamese coffee. The actual coffee flavor was masked by the overall sweetness of the drink. I think had it not been so sweet and had a bit more coffee presence, it would have been a really good drink. I've been to several 7 Leaves locations and almost everyone of them has a slight difference in menus or just ordinary size and spacing. This one however, is new and they serve you at the window stand and drive-thru. I ordered my favorite in the "House Coffee". It's over ice. It tastes pretty much what I'm accustomed to. So you still get the creaminess with its nutty flavor. I've gotten it twice and this place doesn't make it as sweeter compared to their sister locations, which is fine with me. I would pass on their Vietnamese coffee, it tastes flat. There are others in the area that are better at a far cheaper price. On my visits, it seems as though the majority would use the convenient drive-thru. Especially in the early afternoon I would see a long line of cars on the pathway. After ordering at the walk-up window stand, while waiting there's no seating. People would stand around the front area waiting for their order to be called up. If you're tired, I guess there's a pole you can lean on at one of the parking spaces. The this place opened up just recently and the staff have been friendly. For those who are familiar with 7 Leaves, the drink menu is the same and pricing. But they sell macaroons at $1.65 each, that's pricer than my spot in Irvine. If you're in this area and in need for refreshments whether its tea or iced coffee, you have the convenience here to pickup and go without having to get off your car. read more

I came here on opening day and waited roughly three hours with my brothers because they wanted to experience an opening. It was actually way more popping than I anticipated with the music and waters for those in line. There was a VIP tent with community members and other local franchises which offered food and samples of their drinks. Jerome walked around and offered people gift cards in exchange for quiz questions and stuff like that. He's quite the entertainer. This location is a little different than the others. It has a drive thru but no inside space. There's only an external ordering window, kind of like Joe's Italian Ice. It's also located in the parking lot is Saigon Market rather than a part of the physical plaza buildings.
