This was such a cozy and comforting restaurant after a long day walking around Legoland with my kids. The atmosphere was very inviting and we were immediately greeted by the hostess. Their indoor and outdoor options both looked good. I think we went with the more unpopular option of indoor seating, because more people were out on the patio and service seemed to be more oriented towards that direction. Anyways, our dinner entrees were exactly what we craved. I loved the fish tacos! They were so flavorful with the freshest tasting ingredients. My husband thought the same about his chicken tacos. Even our picky kids loved their mac n cheese and grilled chicken entrees. I highly recommend the brownie for dessert. It was perfection! The kids loved their gelato. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we went back the next morning for breakfast. I was underwhelmed by the ham and cheddar melt I ordered though. Maybe I should've ordered something else. Okay, totally should've stayed at this hotel in the firs place. If you have a chance to eat outside, definitely do that. We ordered 7 different pizzas. I believe thAt they had 8 different kinds. Kids ordered burgers and gobbled it all down. Drinks were good! Beer, champagne, Moscow mules. We had a large party and they accommodated us very quickly. The service was excellent. Over my 3 day stay we received (for take out) a raw burger with 6 slices of broken up cheese, sopping wet fries, greasy fried fish, a hamburger bun someone clearly spilled something on and it sopped it up. Wasted over $100 on inedible food. Also the service is horrific. No one greets you, asks if you want a table, and don't even TRY to call an order in. Literally no one answers. Even the Westin staff was irritated at it and warned me not to even try. Leave resort and go elsewhere. read more

Since it is National Pizza Month, we decided to give this restaurant a try, as a friend of ours stated, "the pizza is a-m-a-z-i-n-g!" Upon arriving, we noticed a "coupon" if you bring in your scorecard from The Crossings, you will be able to get a .01 cent draft beer. Since we did not have our scorecard with us, we asked for an exception. The hostess, stated she would get the manager and see if there they could do that. We were seated...then we waited and waited. The manager never showed. When the server came to our table, we asked again and the server stated, that she would have to speak to the manager. We placed our order and then waited again...the server never came back to explain the manager was no where in sight. Another server delivered our pizza and we asked if he could please get the manager. We were more than half way through our pizza, when finally a manager from another department came to the table. He explained that since we did not have our scorecard, he would honor the .01 cent draft beer, since we waited so long. The beer finally arrived, only after we waited another 10 minutes and another manager saw us looking around and offered to ask if he could help. He immediately got the beer. We then asked for our check. We were surprised to see the manager comped half of our pizza, although we did not have any expectations of receiving any type of discount. The 2 star rating is any average for the whole experience...the pizza & the manager who comped us are 5 stars...the service outside of that was zero stars. We recommend the Sweet Sausage Pizza, as the pizza had a great use of the ingredients. If you are looking to sit outside with music then, this is a wonderful restaurant to go...but if you are expecting great service...bring your patience with no expectations and the ambience and food will be balanced out. read more

Then we went in for take out another time and sat at the bar and had Ross. We went with another family. There were 4 crazy kids in total. Jacob was patient, attentive and helpful. Ross was friendly, and prompt and paid attention to detail. The restaurant was extremely clean, everyone was welcoming, drinks were great and food was amazing. This restaurant is worth seeking out. After a late afternoon traipsing around the flower fields, we were hungry and looking for a kid friendly place to dine. If I had known this was a Hotel restaurant, we would have probably gone somewhere else (it's one thing to pay hotel prices when on vacation, but it's another when it's just a "regular night out")! That said, once we got there the service was great and the food was delicious. We took the economical approach by having the kids split a Mac and cheese (plenty for both - we added a side of fruit, since it's not included). The wife and I split the Chicken French Fry Nachos (delicious) and a Cesar salad. For dessert, we ordered both the Creme brûlée cheesecake and the brownie and ice cream (think pizookie but in brownie form). Both desserts were amazing! I stayed at the Sheridan a few nights so I was able to enjoy a few selections off their menu, all were good. Mama Mia, the pizza is good, I had the Wild Shroom with a flight of beer, which btw is a good selection of. Also indulged in the Fish and chips, a solid choice Any my last eve was the eggplant ravioli, simply amazing. I was impressed with their food a few months ago when I had ordered a takeout for 3-4 dishes. The mushroom pizza was amazing. I placed another takeout order last night and was told that my order would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Unfortunately, I got my food an hour after placing the order. About 20 minutes after I arrived for pickup on time, I asked for the order status and was told that they were just making the dough for my pizza, to which I told the restaurant staff that I wish they had been better about the food pickup time on the phone. To the restaurant's credit, they gave me the pizza and salad on the house. With appreciation, I made sure to tip them well. Should have opened the pizza box before I tipped them. I got back to my hotel room excited to eat and then found myself wondering if this was the same restaurant I had picked up from from only 2 months ago. I looked up the menu online to check the mushroom pizza description because I wondered if the recipe had changed. It had not. No carmelized onions and no white truffle cream reggiano as described on the menu. Just some mushrooms, onions, arugula and tomato basil sauce... and I don't like tomato basil sauce. Was the pizza good otherwise? No. The pizza was undercooked. I regretted not having ordered delivery pizza from somewhere nearby and having spent over an hour waiting for my food and even getting in the car to pick up despite the day's fatigue. I ate half a slice and went to bed. Not sure what happened at the restaurant last night but the expectation was high based on a previous experience but I ended up greatly disappointed. read more

This restaurant is in the Sheraton resort. It was not busy the night we dined and we sat on the patio which we try to do these days because of Covid. Our server was very nice. The food was delicious. My husband and I split the mushroom and truffle cream pizza. Even my son liked it! The pappardelle Bolognese was delicious also. My sim was sensitive to the mild spice in the sauce (or maybe it was the sausage) so I got to finish what he couldn't tolerate. My other son had the OG burger and finished the entire 1/2 pound patty! They had a nice old fashioned for my husband and a mild cucumber mule for me. We actually ordered dessert this night. The cheesecake was yummy.
