Happy Hour
Kelli A.

This place is the best. The owner and his family are very friendly. The bartender, Rochelle, is the best. And they have a great happy hour menu. My family and I come here all the time and have never had a bad meal. Their shrimp tacos are so yummy!

Felt adventurous last night and tried it for the first time. I must admit I was quite pleased. We had fried chicken momos, chili gobi, chicken sekua set, and shrimp tacos. Any questions we had about the menu they had answers! Very attentive. Very clean. We will be back!

We had an amazing dining experience at 7 Peak Restaurant & Bar. The Momo, Chow Mein, and Badel ko Choila were absolutely delicious. Dipak's service was excellent. The prices were reasonable, and there was plenty of parking available.

Hot chili momos are spiced nicely and have a mild heat

We were the only people eating in the restaurant during our entire stay. Our server was sweet and accommodating. I was facing the beautiful tomato red wall which holds a giant flat screen TV which was showing videos. The sound was muted. We decided to share an order of mixed momos, vegan and chicken, the ones w/o the soup, as well as lamb biryani w/ the spice level mild. We both wanted tea, but there was none available. However, midway through our meal our server told us they now had tea, so we both got a cup and it was just what we wanted. To our surprise the biyani came out first, accompanied by a bowl of raita. It was delicious, w/ a hint of heat. The lamb was tender. The momos came out slightly afterward, w/ a tomato chutney sauce, I think. When I tried the first two they were a bit hot and I didn't like them as well as I did when they had cooled down. Nina liked them better than I did from the first taste. Because the food was good I called Alan to see if he would like an order of mushroom biryani and lamb kadai, two of his favorites from Delhi Diner. He did, so I brought them to him after we finished lunch. He said later that they were good, but he likes Delhi Diner's better. The menu is very extensive and there's a lot to try. Nina and I were pleased w/ our meal.

We tried Fish Tikka Masala - the sauce has a creamy, buttery flavor that's amazing. The Lamb Korma and Chicken Saag were also delicious. We came around 5pm on a Monday afternoon. Business was rather slow which was a good thing! We had the place to ourselves for a little while. Eventually, a few folks trickled in. The wait time for our food wasn't too bad. And, I wouldn't want them to rush anyways. We used a Groupon and saved $10 on our meal. There's also a Yelp check-in offer of 5% off your bill. Even without these discounts, I'd gladly pay to dine here! Don't expect the customer service to be outstanding - let's just say they're efficient. This restaurant has been here 10 years! Took us a while to find it but I'm glad we did! We'll be back! Enjoy!

Everest is a Nepali / Indian restaurant and we were looking forward to the momos. Checking out the Happy Hour menu, we ordered a bunch of items. Chicken Momo, Pork Momo, Cheese Momo, Pani Puri, Pork Ribs, Cheese Naan and Dip, and Garlic Naan and Dip. The Momos came four to an order with a tomato-sesame chutney. The pork momos came in a unique shape and the chicken ones resembled potstickers. The chicken ones were much plumper and filled with juicy chicken. Never tried Pani Puri and these came four to an order with crispy shell filled with potatoes, chickpeas, spices on top of a glass with tangy water. You pour the water into the shell and pop it in your mouth. Fun and tasty. The naans were light and tasty and they came with a creamy dip. Pork ribs came two to an order. Friend said they were nothing special. Service was friendly and efficient. After placing our orders, food came out after a short wait. Will definitely come back if in the area.

The food is delicious! I love spicy food, and this is one of the only restaurants in the Napa Valley Area that knows how to make spicy food. The last I was here, I got the chicken and vegetables monos and salmon tikka masala. The Tikka masala is my favorite! For drinks, I usually get the mango lasso and a beer (Flying Horse), which are both really good and a great compliment to the meal. Overall, if you like Himalayan/Indian food or want to try something different, this is the place to go to in Sonoma!

The paneer tikka masala came in hot--creamy, bold, and acting like it owned the place (and honestly, it does). The aloos were perfectly spiced comfort, and the garlic-cilantro naan? Soft, warm, and downright flirtatious. I considered proposing. And then the Man Chai with chocolate... WOW. A cozy, spicy, chocolatey hug that healed things I didn't know needed healing. Delicious food, great vibes, fast service--five stars without hesitation. Go hungry and prepared for your taste buds to fall in love.
