We enjoyed having dinner here while staying at the Hilton Hotel. Our favorites were the burgers and nachos. Wasn't super high end, which we prefer. The service was fantastic. It was decorated for Christmas and cozy. Hubby enjoyed breakfast too!

I was staying at the Hilton and this restaurant was conveniently located inside. I've eaten here for dinner and taken food to go for breakfast lunch. When I arrived late at night I was able to seat myself next to the fire place. It took a while for a waiter to come to bring a menu. I ordered a Reuben Panini and french fries. My food came out pretty quickly. The Reuben Panini tasted really good and the french fries were nice and crispy and delicious. The staff is nice and friendly and quick to help you once they know you are there.

This is actually a difficult review to write so I will just be upfront: I am giving this location 4 stars because of the food only! I ate here 4 times in a week because of the food... but the service is terrible. Normally I would take more than 1 star off for that, so I think their current overall rating of 3 stars is fair. However, after a few visits, I found a way to interact with staff as little as possible so I feel overall it was a 4 star experience for me. Be advised, the hours listed on Yelp are not correct. They often close between breakfast and lunch an dinner...basically, they are open when they feel like it and if you think I am speaking figuratively, please read on. I was staying in the area for a week and I liked the cozy fire pit and theme of the restaurant so I made a plan to stop in before heading out for a night on the town. The staff said they were dog friendly so that was a huge plus for me. I saw that they closed after lunch and reopened at 4 for dinner. I headed out around 5 and was probably seated around 5:20. I asked for a menu and they said cocktails only because their chef was running late. "Like an hour and 20 minutes late?" I asked and they said he should be in in the next 20 minutes if I wanted to wait for food. I was starving, so I waited. 30 minutes later, still no chef. Staff did not care. I watched them serve cocktails to a table next to me and the bartender literally pointed to the tip line and tapped it while telling them they better not forget to tip. Needless to say they left soon after, as did we. My poor pup fell asleep on the floor (see pic) and we left starving. For our next try, we asked for food to go. The chef was in the next morning and I tried their chilaquiles. It was very good but don't worry, they made sure to tell us to tip for our pick up order and proceeded to forget to add napkins or cutlery. I ordered 3 more times from this restaurant (TO GO) as their food was very good and the fries, especially the garlic fries, were delicious and pretty much perfect every time. It's a shame about the staff because the restaurant is cozy and serves great food but they have zero customer service skills and we never had a positive experience with any staff we encountered. The things we will put ourselves through for a good meal!

Food was hot and good. Service was friendly and timely. Both breakfast and dinner! Build your own omelet was hot and perfect. Dinner of turkey club snd skinny hot fries were perfectly crisp! Waiters were sweet. Quiet and comfortable whether at a table with booth & chairs or at a tall table with backed stools.

Visiting from DMV area and staying at Hilton Financial District. Convenient location in the hotel but I would advise to go elsewhere if you are trying to keep on schedule. The food when it finally came was good. The only reason it got any stars. I tried the SF Joe eggs. The service was absolutely abysmal. Very disorganized and did not pay attention to customers when seated. Breakfast for one took an hour and twenty minutes. The ambiance is ok. Expected much more than I received especially because the breakfast will total almost 50 bucks.

The service was incredibly good. The food was very delicious! I'm so glad they invest in having nice food and staff for the hotel. The place was very cleaned and we got our orders very fast. It's a cozy place with different types of sitting areas.

The atmosphere was really nice. The food choices are minimum but what we had tastes good. I got the chicken flat bread and my husband got the Philly cheese steak. Plenty of seating. Our waitress was very kind. Service was a little slow. I wish they would add some fish and steak options.

As a guest at the Hilton who stayed on the executive level, with access to the executive lounge; we were told that the evening fare was downstairs in the 750 Restaurant & Bar. This wasn't something we were told at booking or even when I went to get a key to access the executive lounge, and we went down to have our snacks and sips only to be told we needed a voucher. So, I went to the front desk, and asked for the voucher; this was NOTHING like the executive lounge, it was a choice of one appetizer and 2 drinks. That wasn't enough to fill the bellies and hold everyone over until dinner, so we ordered food; mac n cheese (tasted like old freezer burn) and french onion soup (flavorless and room temp), the bill was $18.00 for what was likely the worst choices on the menu. The appetizers were hard, room temp chicken wings. Save yourself the time and money, go elsewhere.

The food is okay, the service is very average, and the prices are high for what you are getting. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Our bartender was like any Asian auntie. Sweet and accommodating. She served up a "strong" lychee Shirley Temple!

The service wasn't great. However, our pepperoni flatbread and caesar salad were really good. I'd go back.

Typical hotel food. But very high prices for just average offerings. Better off exploring the city.

The Winery Collective is a local wine collective that's comprised of several different SF based wineries. Sometime before COVID hit, several of these wineries had tasting rooms on Treasure Island. I remember visiting the tasting rooms, all unique with different varietal specialties. Through this collective, these same wineries have been able to survive through their wines, and I'm so grateful for that. Speaking of the wines; they are so delicious! What I love about this collective is the variety. If you're craving for a tasty sparkling wine or a California staple (Rosé, Chard, or Cab), they have the Winery SF label. If you're looking for some Italian goodness, the Sottomarino label is fabulous for it. If you want some amazing light summer whites, the Viognier and Gypsy Blanc from Sol Rouge will be your babies. I could go on, but you catch my drift. The selection is top tier! The events are super fun and engaging as well. Attended a Drag and Mimosa show about a Month ago, and it was honestly all the rave! Brought a friend along with me and she couldn't stop talking about. We had a blast! The mimosas were on point too. There's always something fun happening at the collective, so never fear the FOMO! Lastly, I need to shine a spotlight on the staff and the stellar service. Kostas and Michael are absolute gems! They've hosted my friend and I in the tasting room, and it is always a pleasure to chat with them both. They are knowledgeable, fun, and filled with infectious energy that can be felt throughout the tasting room. Hats off to them for never skipping a beat and always keeping the wine spirit alive! I truly adore this place. If you're in Fisherman's Wharf (or anywhere in the city honestly), you must stop by to experience the magic. Tell them that Shayla sent you ;).

The people were laughing, the drinks were flowing. It smelled really good, which we would later find out was from the food especially that Mac and cheese. We started off with different wines, some that Tom recommended based on what we told him we didn't like or did like. He apologized for our previous experience and was genuinely a nice guy. Honestly it's very admirable for a business owner to take feedback to heart and want to incorporate it. Plus he's a really cool guy when you get to know him. The staff was busy running around but still made time to come check on us. Our final verdict is we came on a bad day. This time we got the actual Waystone experience. We finally got to try the chicken bites with a creamy aioli, fries with yogurt sauce, and the star of the show was the Mac and cheese. Tik tok did live up to the hype and we will have to come back for one of their jazz nights. Be warned this place gets busy! But it's worth it.
