Rum bean iced coffee and Dulce de Leche iced coffee with Supremo beans (non-alcoholic)

First off, Sydney is lovely, knowledgeable about coffee, and genuinely enthusiastic about her work. I learned a lot about the beans and was truly impressed. I absolutely loved the Rum Bean Iced Coffee--it was incredibly delicious. You can really taste the dark chocolate, cinnamon, and nutmeg on the palate. The seating is super cute and relaxing there too.

Great coffee shop with baked goods too! They had fresh cookies on the counter when we stopped by. The chai lattes were perfect!

First off, their coffee tastes great. This is where this review ends on the positive notes. They have fine beans I think a lot from Puerto Rico. But this coffee shop and its employees are also great scam artists. We came in here after brunch this weekend. My boyfriend asked for a cup of coffee and much to our hilarity they respond with 'we don't sell that here'. And then she went on into a long detailed demonstration of what a pour over is or that she could make him an americano. Then she went on with her spiel that included you can pick out your own beans and customize your coffee experience. Myself and his friend immediately wanted to leave but my boyfriend insisted we stay and just get a cup. So I picked out a more exotic beverage of an iced tres leche latte and we got him an americano. She insisted we 'have' to now pick out our beans. So we did. My drink came out to $12 and his was $9. I don't even know how that's freaking physically possible. But yeah, if you want a cup of coffee that costs more than a cocktail or beer, here's your spot. I didn't realize until I started sifting through reviews of the place when I came home that you don't have to 'pick out your beans'. This is a $3 add on that's available but was definitely never mentioned as being an 'extra fee'. She insisted we had to pick our beans. But what also irked me not just that she probably charged extra for ice, for the beans, for milk. . . any god damn thing she could think of. . . . my iced latte came to me in a freaking plastic bag. How ghetto can you get? The place attached also is really a site to behold. It gives me all these really cheap and tacky foul-mouthed nepo baby vibes. Literally has obscenities and swear words all over the walls in the coffee sitting room. Keeping it classy. Edit: I just realized that because I paid with credit for my $12-13 iced latte that they decided to automatically subscribe me to a mailing list for a reward program. (I never provided my personal email to them.) In which they've graciously said I've earned 1 whole star and need 10 more to earn a $6 beverage (which I'm pretty sure doesn't exist). So beware. Docketing another star for this.

Came here for a bit because I had an hour to kill before meeting a friend. Probably should've been a sign that this was the only coffee shop around with seats.. I ordered a matcha latte, and it was a ripoff. Yes, there are a lot of places that charge nearly $10 these days, but this one I found to be chalky and watery, and overall just not good. You can tell from the color that the quality of the matcha isn't high. I also don't get the concept of serving in a bag, like surely this is just worst for the environment than using paper? The seating area was also not fantastic. It was a hot summer day and there was no AC. The tables were sticky in some spots, and there were a few flies buzzing around. Overall not pleasant.

Food/Drink: $9 bag coffee but you get a lot! It's also delicious and I was told they import coffee from Mexico every 2 weeks. Loved the dulce de leche with only 1 pump, less sweet so it was perfect:) Service: really friendly staff when I visited which made everything even better! Atmosphere: really cute inside, not an ideal wfh cafe! They don't have wifi but they do have outlets!

Their sign advertising their horchata Latte lured me into this neat little spot. Turns out they're a Puerto Rican chain with a few locations across the city. A portion of their proceeds helps fund the farmers in Puerto Rico where they grow and source their coffee beans. They have run and whiskey infused beans which smell and taste amazing! The barista at the front desk was sweet, gave insight on their proceeds and looked genuinely invested in what he does. The place isn't too spacious and it was pretty busy, seems like a good-to for locals. Love their in-your-face decor haha and they make it a point to represent. I wish there was a location near me! Will pay a visit when nearby.

Calm ambiance with inspiring art work and apparel on the wall. Definitely plan to be back and be work with the inspiration in the space. I'll be back to review the Americano coffee. The service was cool, too. No extra flare because it's unnecessary. But definitely offered exactly what's required -- acknowledgement, quick service, and kindness.

Midday Sunday coffee break at 787 My personal favorite is the Mint Infused Cold Brew Coffee, which I believe is a Summer special menu item. The Rum Infused Cold Brew is also amazing. It's always good vibes, great service, and cute atmosphere. The barista I usually see, Serenity, is amazing! Serenity brings the energy, the service, and the good vibes.

Decent coffee but I got scammed by this place. I was offered a 7$ vanilla latte except bourbon beans, not thinking I thought it sounded great, turns out the beans are 3$ extra. They offer this to everyone to upcharge. Kinda scummy. The quality of the coffee is decent but NOT worth 10$

The restaurant is open 24 hours and is the perfect place to go for those late-night cravings. One can sit at the full bar, in the dining area, or get items to go. The restaurant is always lively and patrons get seated quickly. The most I have ever waited for a seat is 5 minutes. There are more than 40 empanadas in corn or wheat shells to order. The menu celebrates diversity through its' empanada pairings. Greek - spinach pie, Cuban - ham, pork, and cheese, Americana - cheeseburger, Bombay - Curried chicken, Brasil - traditional ground beef, Hawaiian - ham, pineapple & mozzarella cheese and many more. Besides empanadas, there is a full menu of Colombian delights to eat including arepas, salads, sandwiches, soups, tacos and tapas. They have dessert empanadas as well. Love the USA empanada, which is apples & cinnamon baked and the Nutella & banana one. You can get it topped with ice cream as well. Really looking forward to my next visit.

We ordered the octopus, tuna tartare, skirt steak, and chicken, along with a margarita and the Palermo Mezcal cocktail. Every single item was exceptional. Even the complimentary bread that came out at the beginning was a 10/10. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we loved being able to watch the kitchen prepare our food from our table. It's a small kitchen, which makes it even more impressive that they're consistently turning out such thoughtful and delicious dishes. I noticed some reviews mentioning slow service, but I honestly think those people missed the entire point of the experience. Palermo isn't meant to be rushed. The atmosphere is cozy, intimate, and feels like you're sitting in someone's living room enjoying a meal they've carefully prepared just for you. We never felt pressured to order quickly or rushed through our meal, which made the experience even better. Every dish was meticulously prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. You can tell that everything is made with care and attention to detail. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, Palermo created an experience that felt warm, intentional, and memorable. If you're looking for a spot that makes you feel like you've been transported to Argentina, where you're welcomed to slow down, enjoy great company, and savor your meal at your own pace, this is the place for you.
