Bourbon Chicken Combination Platter Sweet and Sour Chicken Combination Platter Beef Lo Mein

Absolutely delicious! The Bourbon Chicken is tender with a generous amount of sauce, the pork fried rice that comes with it is so flavorful and has the perfect texture. We're both so happy with our food, this will be our go to spot from now on. I highly recommend both bourbon platter and sweet and sour chicken. We ate in complete silence, it is too yummy to talk through!

Amazing wings! Just a hint of curry flavor...

This place wins the award for most improved chicken wings! We ordered some wings here a few years ago, and they were kind of meh. I don't know what they did, but we tried some yesterday, and it was a complete 180! The best way I could describe the flavor would be "yellow curry fried chicken." It sounds odd, but tastes amazing. I'm looking forward to getting more soon!

We have been getting take out from 888 for many years. We find recipes are always consistent, taste good not overly salted and the portions are large. I don't understand the negative review where they wanted to send the food back for s refund. Please give this place a try, you won't be disappointed/ we have tried many different dishes. Chicken and Broccoli is great, so is egg foo young, sweet and sour chicken, soups, egg rolls, pu pu platter, lo mein and their specialty dishes. Wings at a Chinese places are overdone generally. If you want perfect wings, go to a chicken place. Don't give a bad review over over cooked Chinese wings, that's ridiculous. I just wish they would use paper containers and not plastic and styrofoam.

    Delicious juicy wings!

We had visited once or twice a few years ago and weren't left with much of an impression. We stopped in for a quick snack a few weeks ago and fell in love with the fried chicken wings! They had changed the recipe since we'd tried them years ago. They were perfectly cooked to a golden yellow-brown, hot & juicy, OMG. Since then, we stopped by twice for that same juicy perfection. Don't get me wrong, they were pretty good that 2nd & 3rd time...But not quite like the first. They were a little overcooked & drier...but still good. But we will always be reminiscing about that first time when they were so perfectly golden brown and juicy delicious... Hopefully well catch them again, just like that...Maybe God knows I should not be eating too much fried food, lol.

Food is pretty good for Florida Chinese food. The Sweet and Sour chicken is always freshly fried and the sauce is tangy.

The staff kindly packed up our leftovers for us, but when I got home and opened the bag, I realized some of the untouched dishes weren't included. It was a bit of a bummer since we were looking forward to enjoying them later. Even with that hiccup, the food was outstanding and definitely worth the visit. If you're a dim sum lover, this place deserves a spot on your list!

It's clean, if not a little outdated. There are huge shelves around the windows with plants, art, and lights. You can see there's been a lot of water damage to the shelves. The menu has a nice selection. We ordered the lobster platter, scallops, red snapper, and the sea bass. The sea bass was the best! The red snapper was a close second. We ordered it Szechwan style. The lobster was a strong third. It wasn't prepared in a way that I'm used to, or how I expected it to be, but it was good. My friend said it was the best lobster he'd ever had. The scallops were in last place. They were pretty tasteless. Some of them were "dirty"; you know when you don't clean your seafood really well and get some grit in your teeth when eating it... So, I wouldn't order those again. We also had a nice sake, white wine, and whiskey. The service was a little slow- not very attentive, but they were very nice. The bill came to a little over $300 for the four of us. The only leftovers was the lobster. It was quite a large amount. Pretty reasonably priced menu. Definitely will cure your seafood cravings.

I ordered the chicken fried rice and my friend ordered the crab rangoons as well as the pan fried noodles and general Tsos chicken. Everything was delicious! Ordered Jumbo Shrimp Pan Fried Noodle here $16.95 takeout. While waiting for the food. I was asking the gal behind the cash register if they have been busy lately with the Chinese BBQ and she stated this past weekend they were really busy. I then told her it's because Kai Kai owners left Kai Kai and sold it maybe to another owner but they no longer run Kai Kai. So as the conversation passes she told me - The Crispy pork they cook there is NOT ROASTED but FRIED. It was brought up because i was telling her a few people have said kai kai fell off as far as taste in the bbq / meats. So then I said yes the skin part is not crispy like how you guys do it. So she mentioned she wondered why they have been busy with Chinese BBQ meats as of lately. I ordered the $4.95 boba smoothie (mango) as a refresher because it is hot outside - For the price it is not bad I think they use mango puree as the base. The dishes here are delicious. This is why I keep coming back.

These legends welcomed our whole crew with zero wait like it was just another Tuesday--talk about VIP service. Now let's talk food. First up, the tofu and veggie stir-fry--a glorious mix of crispy tofu cubes with perfectly sautéed broccoli, carrots, and bok choy in a savory brown sauce that hugged every bite like a warm hug from a Chinese grandma. The beef with broccoli? Tender, flavorful, and bathed in rich umami goodness. Honestly, if I could bottle that sauce, I'd put it on everything--maybe even my cereal (don't judge). The Honey Walnut Shrimp was love at first crunch. Perfectly crispy shrimp in a creamy, sweet glaze topped with candied walnuts and nestled on a bed of fresh steamed broccoli. This dish was the Beyoncé of the table--everyone wanted a piece. Those crispy, golden Shrimp Ball Fritters? Imagine a crunchy sea urchin made of joy. Light, airy, and addictive--basically the potato chip of appetizers. The pan-fried dumplings were thick, juicy, and had the perfect crispy sear. No sad, soggy dumplings here. Then came the crispy duck--dark, rich, and bursting with deep roasted flavor. It had that satisfying crunch you want, and the meat melted in your mouth. A must for meat lovers. But the real MVP? Those soup dumplings. Steamy little flavor bombs that explode in your mouth like a culinary fireworks show. Served in their own mini tins like royalty--juicy, delicate, and impossible to eat just one. The table went silent the second they landed. That's how you know it's real. With quick service, huge portions, and a menu that hits every craving from noodles to dumplings to sizzling plates of joy, Peter's Kitchen China Bistro was the unexpected gem we didn't know we needed. Cozy, authentic, and efficient--this place made our group dinner easy, delicious, and downright memorable.
