John who did my nails was awesome which is only reason I'm giving 2 stars, but we will not be back. Came in and asked for a fill and pedi for me and gel mani pedi for my daughter. Von evidently over booked and then claimed to not have heard me ask for a pedi. She took a known customer before my daughter and then tired to lie and say she had an appointment when we were sitting here when she walked in. 90 degrees outside and they have doors open no AC on. Michael didn't seem to know what he was doing and took forever leaving polish all over my daughters toes. Plus they add on extras to everything. I will be going back to LUX. read more

So let me start out by saying that I've been coming here for the past couple of months since they've been under new management- I used to love it here they were kind, fast & excellent service. The last couple- 3 times i've been here the people were rude to me and my mother. I would make an appointment and have to wait at least 10 minutes. The last time i was here i asked why they were not doing the callous treatment the way that they normally do and the manager proceeded to tell me that it was not up to state code... then why did you guys do it in the first place? Also, the nail tech painted down to my cuticle on one foot and not the other so when I asked her to the fix it the manger came over and says "what's the problem now?" and proceeded to tell me that I was asking too much for them to clean up the polish... like it's gel? Then I told her I didn't want the scrub anymore- feet were raw and cold took too long- and then the nail tech but my shoes on my feet... I basically got a poor polish change when I came for a nice pedicure. Don't recommend :/ read more

I scheduled an appointment today at 10:45, my first time here. This is a busy salon so I still waited about 25 minutes. The woman who did my pedi was just ok. If you ask for the classic pedicure, they will give you a 5 minute massage and not a moment more...they time it. Very little done on the cuticles. Next was my manicure. I previously had gel polish so it had to be removed. She put my nails in cotten and foil to soak for a few minutes and went on her merry way to do a full set on another client. I sat there for 20 minutes at least until I finally got up and asked her who was going to finish my nails. By this time I had removed all the foil because my fingers were soaking in acetone all this time. She said the other girl was almost finished and she would be right with me. This woman I could tell was trying to please me but she barely touched my cuticles and "asked" me if I wanted a hand massage. Polish turned out nice. I paid and told them I would never return. I do not recommend this salon. They don't give a rats ass about the client clearly. read more

I'd been here once before and it was a great expire be, thank you Lee for doing just a great job on my acrylics!! However my second visit for a fill and pedicure was AWFUL!!!! Tiffany did my nails I had requested that she take off the old set and put on a new one she refused and said it was just better to fill them because they didn't look that old (through though she commented on how they were separating ...). She did ok I guess except they're all crooked and u even and you can see bits of the old polish from under the fill because she didn't take it all off. My biggest problem was the pedicure that took 2.5 hours!!!! And it was just a simple pedicure nothing special. I never got the girls name because she didn't speak much English and just kept telling my I was cute...? As soon as I sat in the chair I asked her for the gel colors to pick from for my pedicure she didn't understand and the manager next to her had to translate. Then after she was finally getting ready to paint my nails she started with regular polish. I stopped her and asked again for the gel color and showed her the color I had chosen (she never asked after getting me the samples.) she said ok but kept painting with the regular polish until the manager came over and spoke in another language to her. The manager then told me that the lady didn't know i wanted gel so she had to remove the regular polish .... but I had told her. Then the helper had to come over and show the lady how to use the light for my nails because she didn't know how to do gel polish. The helper left and the lady continued to struggle hitting my nails each time she tried to put the light over to cure the polish. Which then cause her to try and fix the polish but she couldn't so she had to wipe off multiple nails and redo them. I ended up helping her put the light over my toes because she couldn't do it without hitting my nails and the whole time the manager was sitting at another table doing another employees nails trying to talk her into doing easter colors. My toes were also rough on all edges because she did not file after painting and on EVERY SINGLE TOE the polish is missing in random stops, she couldn't even manage to get paint on the whole nail. Once I was finally done I went up to pay. They asked what the lady (Tiffany) who had done to my hands I explained she only filled the exhausting set and painted with gel. They said "no, we need to ask her.." there was a conversation back in forth (non in English enough though they all spoke English well) and in the end I was charged $63.00 for this awful experience and job which included being charged for a full set and add ons. Needless to say I will not be going back and you shouldn't waste your time or money either. I also find it interesting that when the "owner" responds to any review it is the same story of how we're sorry you had this experience and had a meeting with the staff blah blah scripted BS. read more

Tried this place for the first time today! I found it because the Nail Technician (Mai) I have been going to for a long time moved to this salon. I was so impressed... it is hard to see from the Main Street but it is super clean inside, has great chairs and gives you Water, Beer, Wine or soda if you want it! The prices are good too but the best part is Mai! She does such a great job (which is obvious because I followed her from the previous salon). read more

I've come to this salon on multiple occasions and have always left happy. Me and a friend came in for the first time and got manicures and pedicures by Lee and we left loving our experience. I've also come for an eye brow and lip wax that turned out great. Lastly I came for a facial by Christine who did a fantastic job and left my face feeling great for weeks. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I've personally recommended this place to my mom and she's also had a great experience every time she has gone. read more

This is one if the best nail shops I have ever been to..Von is the manager and she makes you feel like you are the only one in the shop..I have no complaints on anyone in that shop..and if you have any issues Von is the best..Julia is such a sweetheart she does a great job on my toes, she did my9 yr daughters toes and she is so caring my daughter really enjoyed her listening to her..GREAT shop and GREAT People..customer service is very important and you can tell by the service they give..this is the place to go!!! read more

I have been here three times now and it is now my go-to place. Everyone has always been welcoming and cheerful. The Hawaiian pedicure is less an indulgence than a healing treatment. Lucy has done my last two pedis and a facial and she is so sweet, kind, and, honestly, nurturing. I feel like she goes out of her way to make me feel taken care of. Love her. I was recommended this place by a girl at my gym and I walked in for a manicure/pedicure after the workout. It's super clean and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They have a great selection of colors and offer many different types of services. My nails look amazing. Sometimes it's hard to find a place that can do a really good plain color standard paint job where its neat and uniform, but this place did great. Very satisfied customer, will be back. read more

i went with a friend yesterday. we both got full sets. usually length depends on pricing, however for this place all fills are $50. i got short coffins and my friend got long coffins, same price. when i press down on the polish (this is a day later btw) the polish moves around as if it didn't dry all the way before they added top coat. i got a matte topcoat as well, and they didn't get all of my nail, i still have shiny parts. the lady was nice, not rude at all though. overall wouldn't go again. read more

I did the pedicure at this place, and the tech cut my cuticle to the bleed and pain. Now im freaking worry to get an infection or even worse as a blood borne disease, cause im not sure if they sterilize their tools properly. read more

I came in for a pedicure as a walk in. One of the ladies said it would be about a seven minute wait which was fine. She gave me a pedicure chair with a drink and it was very relaxing. Unfortunately I sat in my chair waiting for the gentleman ( Micheal) who was said to work with me. I was left sitting in my chair for over half an hour waiting when I was told to be attend to after the previous client. The client had left 20 minutes prior and nothing. The gentleman man I'm assuming returned from break and didn't even know I was there. The salon is beautiful and very nice but the service was appalling. I was ignored and wasn't even checked up on. It's not about the wait it was about the customer service and just being treated with care and acknowledgment. I work in customer service and losing a customer due to ignoring them and poor communication is simply not acceptable. I wasn't even offered a discount or at least "I'm sorry we can schedule you for a special appointment ". Nothing. What's sad is before coming here I was treated disrespectfully by another nail salon that told me straight up, "Come back later." Everyone else was treated with communication and attention and I wasn't. It wasn't even that busy. There was not even a waiting line.... read more
