The…read morecarelessness that went into my car was beyond insulting when I got it back & for over $460 I expected the same good job I got on all my previous vehicles when Chris was here. I had to have him redo one window already but I'm going to have to have the entire car redone. There are things between the tint and the glass... like sand, hairs or fibers, and even bubbles. They cut a couple pieces too small and it's noticeable, and the back window was cut too big covering the black dots which isn't a smooth tintable surface but is rough, and now looks like an amateur did it with air bubbles everywhere - highly noticeable. Marks on the tint all over from the plastic card they used to smooth it out. And on top of all this... they left the inside and the outside of my brand new car with soapy water residue all over my doors and paneling inside and out. The guy here running the show also would not do the windshield as dark as my other car which was tinted by his previous business partner. He just told me he flat out won't go that dark on the windshield... well it's not his car it's mine and that's what I wanted so idk why he cares so much to flat out refuse. That's bad for business imo. Guess I gotta find a new tint guy?

The warranty and repair expectations were clearly and thoroughly explained to me. Funny story, I arrived a week early for my appointment and they still worked me into the schedule. Yes it does so he says he can't calibrate my windshield because of the water tank and I asked him why and he did not know. therefore these people are not qualified to install a windshield on a Mercedes Camper Van because a fresh water tank that supplies water to the Camper Van and has nothing to do with the Sprinter part of it.

Fearing further damage, I called around to see if anyone could help me repair this chip. At 4:30pm, ONLY Brock was willing to help me! He asked me to send some picture to give me a quote. After sending picture of the damage, he informed me that I may have been hit by a rock but not there because the damage had already been filled by resin and that the repair was failing. I called the rental company and they confirmed this to be true. Brock is an honest man! Almost every time I head to Vegas, my windshield gets hit and chipped by rocks. I had sent a quote request for ceramic auto tinting and this amongst other four businesses had responded back to me. It was easy to send up appointment and there was someone online to assist you if you had any questions on that end. Second, what really sold me about this place is that they had a demonstration of how each tint performed in sun with light bulbs as an example and that it was only five minutes from where I live. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. He offered insight about night driving with certain levels of tints and offer to used his vehicle as an example! Finally third their work is amazing! Tint looked amazing from all angles and did what it needed to do. I ended up getting the triple layer ceramic tint which was a little bit on the higher side of price but worth every penny especially in this Vegas heat. My car is cooler than without the ceramic tint when I enter the vehicle and the air conditioner cools down the vehicle in less than few minutes top! That's in about 90ish degree Fahrenheit weather but we will see how it performs in 100+ degree weather in the next few months. Be mindful with anything below 20% tint at night because it will be dark! The privacy and aesthetic is the perk though! They worked fast and efficiently and gave me a time window of 2 hours but finished way before the time they gave me. The waiting area was cozy and they had complimentary coffee, snacks, water, tea, sprites and Gatorade. They had a TV as well where you can change it to anything on YouTube.
