I ordered via DoorDash and it was ready in about 10 minutes. These wings are so good!!!! 10x better than wing stop, which is where I'd usually get wings. I got the 6 hot wings with fries and asked for them extra wet. Their hot is pretty hot, I would probably get mild the next time

    The fried rice was bomb.

The wings are ok , their not breaded wings more like wingstop wings . If I go back I'll probably get the philly , it looked very enticing. The place is small about three tables . I took mine to. I wouldnt eat there , from what I've seen and heard they are always packed. So if you were to eat there you would probably be annoyed about how many people come in and just stand there waiting to order. I also say that to say the building is small and crowded. I also tried to place an over the phone order but the line was busy for like 15 min . We were told by a friend that they will ignore the phone if they are too busy. Its unfortunate that they do that because we almost said nvm we will try another time because we couldnt place an order. Honestly it's just chicken wings it's the rice that was the star of the meal. The fries were good unlike wingstop they were crunchy and soff.

The cheesesteak was good. I ordered the combo that comes with wings, fries and drink to go. Dine-in is not available at this time. The wings went to my hub, he wanted lemon pepper. He wasn't impressed. Said they were overcooked. Said that the ranch had too much mayo...reminded him of tarter sauce. My cheesesteak lacked sufficient onion, mushroom and peppers. It did have a good creamy cheese flavor and a good amount of tender meat. The bread was fresh and tasty. The crinkle fries were hot and we liked the seasoning they add.

6 piece Lemmon pepper wings and Philly combo comes with ranch!

Our reservations were a…read morebit last minute, so we didn't get there until 8:15pm, but this was kind of nice because the main dining room wasn't very busy. I love the dimmed lights and homey yet upscale feeling this place gives. We had a really amazing server who offered up some great recommendations as first time customers. She had only been there two weeks, but told us she went through a two week training prior so they know their stuff!! Don't be afraid to ask questions. How I would rate our meal: Drinks: I got the amethyst dream and he got the smoke haus. Presentation of both was really nice, enjoyed both drinks but would probably try something different on our next visit. Appetizer: we got the Caesar salad to share. Loved the croutons and the dressing. It seemed a bit small but possibly for one person it would be enough! Entree: I got the crispy chicken breast, the piece of chicken is huge!! All the flavors of the dish come together so well, it's truly one of my most favorite things I've eaten recently! We also tried a side of mashed potatoes which were good and my fiancé got the red fish which he enjoyed. It is pretty light though, so maybe wouldn't recommend if you're REALLY hungry. Dessert: we got the milk and cookies. I wasn't honestly too impressed. I think I expected them to be warmed and gooey and they were not. However reheating the chocolate chip at home was good! For it being a farm to table restaurant, I found the prices to be very reasonable! I already know what I plan to order on our next visit. Also looking forward to bringing some friends/family to the third floor for drinks and live music!

We started out sharing the deviled eggs and fried shrimp. Both very tasty. SIL got the chicken fried steak and it was excellent. Brother got the roasted half chicken and a side of sweet potato fries. He said it was really good. Not dry at all. Hubby and I both got the Creole pan seared shrimp. The shrimp were very small but the overall flavor was very good. We will definitely be back.

I was unable to visit with those across from me because of the reflection. The food and the service were fantastic! I did have to ask for ketchup that did not have the additional strong, smoky flavor added to it. Can't figure out why y'all needed to change the taste of basic ketchup. The fries are freaking fantastic!! Our group was able to enjoy the cowgirl option!! The 5 ounce steak was amazing. The appetizers are fantastic! The cheese board, pork belly bites, and friend green tomatoes are delicious! The double cheeseburger is served with the best fries I've ever had. The drinks are really good! Lemon drop martini, old fashioned, Texas tea, and the $7 Happy Hour drinks are the best! This place is a busy place. We made reservations, however, I'm not sure if you have to have them to eat here. Our server was attentive and you could tell that a lot of locals swing by because she knew a lot of people coming in. The seating is first come first serve so be prepared for that. They have patio seating for those that want to enjoy the outside. The inside has a bar and plenty of tables. It can be a tight squeeze at some tables but makes it feel more homey. We love downtown McKinney and so many establishments have that southern charm, friendly service, and just love people. We always bring in a group of paying patrons. Early on we felt there was a clickish vibe, but never thought anything about it. We make friends everywhere, since we are travelers . Last few months we noticed a shift, bartender ruder, lack of service, the regulars shifting their gaze as if something was wrong. Last night ended that for us, and I'm sure they will be thrilled. Our bonus son chose to come here for his celebratory event. We invited a variety of people we knew, local talents, professionals, and family. Hateful comments about having a few balloons and party hats and how "you BETTER clean all that UP, I'm not doing it." We were treated with disdain. No service, each person had to get our own menu when we were ready to order, , and silverware after food was served, no one took our drink orders, when we went to the bar-our tabs were closed after each drink order. The bartender, Chevon, (who is always there) was rude and ugly to our whole group and to those she didn't even know was in our group. The new DJ, (Shawn) skipped over our friend twice. Chevron (bartender) who didn't know the person she was speaking to was my sister, said "I hate that guy, all he sings is rock songs." I mean... it karaoke. And that guy she's talking about has been bringing a group of people here for over a year. So carry on the "high school drama" there are a ton of places in McKinney that are lovely and welcoming. When you are hateful to singers, doctors, nurses, business owners, and veterans... that news will travel fast. And as rude and ugly as this review is, it's not near as rude or ugly as we were treated, individually and as a group. If you are gonna be bias to people, you don't need to be serving them. It's sad, because I know Karen and what Spoons means to her and her family. I hope they clean house and start over in the back. FYI (Shawn was a really nice DJ, he was so kind to people celebrating others.) But other than that, I wouldn't recommend The Garage for any new Collin County resident, any bridal party, bachelor party, or group celebrating anything... you can DM me and I'll give you a personal list of plenty of places to go. Many of them walking distance.
