They worked with me on a holiday (new year's day) and weekends. My dryer was stopping mid-cycle. During the first visit, Sergey diagnosed the issue as the timer and replaced it. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the problem. After I contacted them again, he returned to recheck the dryer and was able to identify the actual issue, which required ordering an additional part. The part took about a week to arrive, and although I did have to follow up, he returned at a time that was convenient for me and completed the repair. My dryer is now working properly. Overall, YZ Pro was professional, friendly, and made a genuine effort to accommodate me and see the job through. Their pricing is on the higher side, but they ultimately resolved the issue and completed the service.

He had to take the old cabinet to a cabinet maker and remake the cabinet 9" smaller. Sid made all of the arrangements. He cut the granite with a saw and regrouted and caulked the countertop. Though he thinks it's "probably" corrosion he wrote his report stating it needed to be cleaned, collected his payment and told us to get a second opinion. He literally did nothing. And when followed up confirming what he said during the visit that he suspects corrosion, he said his report was written stating it was dirty and get a second opinion.
