Stay away, unless you want to hear "that's not my responsibility" or "oh, I'm not doing that, that would be a lot of work" when you have a problem. These phrases are in quotation marks because they are verbatim quotes. This parking lot kiosk might be ok if you're just in a rush to get a key copied or buy a cute plastic keychain but this is not a quality retailer with integrity that will stand behind the products they sell and I certainly wouldn't recommend risking the it-must-be-your-fault attitude if you need any complicated work done. First trip I asked for a lockbox and the salesman talked me into a cheapie hide a key phony plastic sprinkler head that looked like a kids toy, I regretted the purchase and went back and said I wanted something more secure and asked to exchange it for their best quality real lockbox instead. So, then they sold me a key box that jammed the first time I tried to use it, ten minutes after purchase, locking in expensive multi lock keys, couldn't get it open or get the giant padlock shaped object off the door, and when I called an asked for help, they told me it was my fault since it worked fine during the demo at the shop. I expect products I buy to work at home too, sorry if that makes me a difficult customer. So after this unfortunate purchase it was looking like it would cost us hundreds of dollars to get a locksmith to come cut it off our door and rescue our locked in keys or start over and be stuck with the unsightly thing on our door forever. We eventually bought something higher quality that is working for us from Koontz Hardware over on Santa Monica, where the knowledgeable salesman who heard the story and was familiar with the product we had been sold was able to instruct my mother on how to go home and pop it open in 10 seconds with, literally, the equivalent of a butter knife--yep, my 83 year old mother pried the thing open with a letter opener, so that tells you the quality of products and service you can expect from this place--they should change the name from A+ to D- read more

We had a few locksmith issues and Yaron solved them all. Our front door lock is probably close to 100 years old and we have all learned a series of pushes and pulls to get the door closed and latched. Previous locksmiths have not wanted to touch it. These guys were great. I had a broken dead bolt knob. Came on time the next day. Cut open the broken deadbolt, replaced with new lock, filled old holes, as its a wooden door.
