Had they not charged us $???...I'll tell you how much at the end ....to get us into our apartment at 10:30pm on a Tuesday night last month after I lost my keys at the Hollywood Bowl I would've said yeah, sure...4, maybe 5 stars. Okay, we had to wait a bit for the very local A+ technician to arrive (about 40 minutes), but the service seemed professional. After a lot of hammering, it appeared the one locked lock wouldn't budge, so the technician drilled holes into it, finally pulled it out and replaced it with a new dead bolt, nothing fancy (we have two, but only one was locked). He then added up the bill: all in: $800. I said "whaattt?"I should've balked, but I wrote the check (checks or cash only. Hmmm, I wonder why?) to "CASH" and chose instead to contact his boss the next day. I got a lot of yada-yadda. He said the check hadn't been cashed...but I should come by...but it was cashed, and finally out of some feeling of guilt, he returned $50 in cash. The only reason I took it was the principal. I wanted something back and I didn't want to go to small claims court. Everyone who I've told this story to has made the same "whhaaatttt?" face. $800 to get us into our apartment. This was the worst instance of taking unfair advantage of a customer by a merchant I've ever experienced. I did learn one thing: Don't lose your keys. read more

I needed a last minute lock to be opened at an AirBnB location and this was the only company who could be at my location in 15-20 minutes. Yaron gave me an up front breakdown of how much each attempt would cost so I would know what I was getting into. And because he was sympathetic to my situation (for which it was not my fault for the faulty lock) he tried everything to make sure I would not be responsible for the entire cost. He was efficient and very informative about the type of locks which we were dealing with, which assured me that he knew exactly what I was doing and I felt safe trusting his advice and knowledge. Overall I would recommend this company to anyone because of everything they try and how up front and no hidden fees I experienced. Nir is so friendly and helpful! He even saved some byproducts from making keys for my artwork. In LA, you've got to have a good place to get your keys made. You'll be moving often, if you've had the typical LA landlord. If I could Yelp my landlords I would, and my readers know I'm merciless when I need to be. Just got off the phone with the owner and spoke with Mario last week. Both very friendly and helpful so this review so far is based off customer service experiences. Mario was patient and explained the things involved in duplicating my key. I'm going in tomorrow to get my new car keys cut and programmed so I will update this review tomorrow with my experience and the final product! So far a good 5 star review! "24 hours" is just for the locksmith service, the booth off of Roberston/Cashio closes at 7 PM. I needed to make a copy of a key and no one was there. The signage is misleading. I'm sure they're decent if you're locked out of your apartment or car or something though so they get a few stars read more

I absolutely loved there service, I was evicting one of my tenants and the Sheriff department was on there way to lock them out and my lock smith canceled on me at the last minute, I called this company and they came to me in 25 minutes and changed all my locks in a 30min time frame. Not to mention they waived the emergency service fee. Yaron was a lifesaver. I found myself locked out of my back house with neither the deadbolt nor the regular lock working. A+ sent Yaron out immediately. He worked hard to remove the broken locks and replace them, even as dark was setting in. He was able to re-key the lock to match my other keys and even came back the next day to replace the door knob with a matching one. The prompt response and good work was fantastic.
