I had a really tough move…read moreas I live up 3 flights of steps, I have a lot of stuff, and tons of artwork that needed careful wrapping and handling. I ended up having a 2-day move. Steve and his assistants were so funny and they were quick and professional. I loved listening to them joke around in their Caribbean patois. It made the move more entertaining! When it was time to unload at the storage unit, I watched steve load many dollies, 4 wheelers, and carts with the experience of a master jenga player. He knew how to load each with a max of things that was easy to roll without anything falling off. I was super impressed. Inside my storage unit, things were packed in very well so that they left me a lot of room for me move around in between the boxes inside while the placements of everything in there made great sense. We ended up working with Dottie, who was incredibly easy to work with. She set a cheerful tone from the moment she arrived and helped us make some tough choices to get rid of stuff, while being very respectful of things we did not want to get rid of. Ultimately, we felt it was a good value as well. We had Dottie for about 5 hours, accomplished more than we were hoping to, and felt the bill was very fair. The final invoice was also split with the deposit, which we paid a couple weeks in advance during the scheduling process, so the final invoice wasn't nearly as bad as we hoped. All in all, we would definitely recommend ClutterGirl.
