Sergio came to check for hive after we found melted honey running down the outside of our home across our patio and hundreds of bee's around the honey! They already removed a hive 6 months ago I was afraid they were back... Turns out with the 110 degree weather it was just the honey from the old hive that came out and scavenger bee's trying to collect it. Great service, efficient and thorough. We noticed bees around our steep tiled roof for a few weeks, and tried to block them out with foam spray. But it was apparently way too late for that -- AA Beekeepers removed a huge hive tucked between the roof tiles and the roof. They relocate them into bee boxes, and cleaned out all traces of the hive. They did a great job replacing the large tiles, and then sealed everything up to deter future bees. Nice, friendly guys and they came out within 48 hours of calling them (on a holiday weekend.) I had a large hive/swarm of bees high up on the backside of my house- I called AA Beekeeper and talked to Ed. He got me in the same day for an appt and Ed gave me a quick quote over the phone after texting him a photo of the problem. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Right away, he told me that the bees would probably be flying out that day, because of their location and the fact that they had no shade. I said no, no let's make an appointment, so he did. I am very happy with the service I received from Victor at AA Beekeeper. We had an active hive inside a brick enclosure, and I didn't want to bust open the brickwork if I could avoid it. I also didn't want to fumigate, I wanted the bees to relocate but not be killed. Victor came out and was able to get the bees to leave, using an ingenious solution. AA Beekeeper was recommended by a neighbor when my "bee" problem reached epic proportions. After spotting a cloud of bees hovering and swarming in my front yard, I knew it was time to call someone. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. It took a very short time, one business day to get an inspection and quote and the workers were at my house the same day I accepted the quote. The bees were nesting inside a column along my front walk, requiring Thant the cut into and open the column. They took great care in opening a space just big enough to remove the hive and capture as many of the bees as possible. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Because they took such care removing the stucco from the column they were able to put the pieces back saving me another expense to have it repaired. Thank you so much to Sergio! We had bees get in our attic and make themselves at home very quickly. There were a couple delays, due to other bee emergencies, putting the job a day behind what we had thought, but he kept us up to date throughout the whole process. He gave us a reasonable deal and removed as many of the bees as he could, alive, and in a box, for transporting to areas that need them. Most importantly he took the queen, so the rest would not stick around. Some bees did manage to make their way into my daughter's room and other areas of the house, as he left the attic, but he was thorough with his explanation for how to take care of the issue and reminded us to make sure we vacuumed up any stray insulation that had also come out of the attic and air out the room. He had also advised us over the phone, before ever even coming out, to make sure we covered and sealed off the recessed lighting in the house, so the bees did not crawl out of them. I am extremely grateful for that tip, because they did, in fact, start crawling out of the lights, and were thankfully stopped by the plastic and tape we had used. I did not know that bees could crawl through those. My only issue was that not all of the holes to the attic on that section of the wall had mesh added to them, to keep future bees out. Only the immediate ones that they had entered through. This was going to be an additional cost, that my husband thought was already included, since they could just move a hole over and go back in, however he did guarantee that if they returned through the same location, he would come back to take care of them.
