He's like a musician who can play by ear - I just show him what kind of haircut I want, and he'll personalize the style to fit me. Even after moving away, I literally plan my travels to get in a haircut by him. It's worth it. And he's such a great person to converse with and be around. I was that Asian chick who spent years looking for the perfect hair salon until I just gave up and got that $35 cut from the random hair place in the Asian strip mall. Until I met Chris! I also balked at spending what normal people spend on hair but I actually now believe it's worth every penny. Yes I am no longer paying $35 for a cut, but what I'm getting is quality, superior products, and a stylist who actually listens to me! After each session, my hair feels remarkably healthy again after all the distress I put on it at home!
