Inside was on the smaller side with several tables and high top seating but very clean. Menu had a solid range of options for a smaller place.. Subs, sandwiches, burgers, soups, and salads. One of those spots where you could come back a few times and try something different each visit. Only regret.. i missed the special sign that mentioned they had a breakfast burger available that sounded delicious, would've ordered that immediately instead. Overall, Stubbys is a great spot to stop in for a quick bite to eat if you are on the move with solid options to choose from.

I felt like I could get a better fried chicken sandwich from Popeyes or even KFC and that's saying something. What really sealed it for me though was finding some kind of fibrous material in the bun itself. I only noticed it because I was inspecting the sandwich more closely to see what parts were actually enjoyable. I've attached a photo. It did not look like food at all, which was somewhat concerning. I liked the pico inside it added good flavors, and the steak was good but it tasted more like a ground beef. My boyfriend got the plate with carnitas, he really enjoyed it. I wish I tried a torta as it looked really good, but next time! They also have locations in other cities--there's one in Medford too. They also do takeout and had a lot of people in and out picking up orders.
