I had the best experience here with Ace Motors. I am sure everyone else's has a different story. But from the time I contacted them via email, I was never let down. Let me just add that I have been emailing them for about 6 months because I didn't know what I wanted. Anyhow, I bought a 2006 Mercury Milan thanks to HERME and his sales managers help. He was not available the day I came in, but his mangers got me in and out of there within 30 minutes! And that my friends is the fastest I have ever been in and out of a dealership. I took the car off the lot, it was dirty due to the shop being closed down, and I of course got there at like 8pm. But they told me to bring it back and they would put mats and wash it really good! Anyhow, upon taking it home, it was having issues with the Air Condition. When I returned it, i mentioned it to them, and what do you know, THEY FIXED IT.... Overall it was a great experience for us, I just wish they would have gave my car a complete tune up and oil change etc etc... When I took it off the lot, the spark plugs were horrible, and the oil was disgusting... So my only advice is to make sure you take it to get it maintenance the next day, or ask them to do it for you! Along with proof!! Other then that, THANK YOU ACE MOTORS!! read more

Absolutely the worst place you could get a car from. I've been telling them for over a month now SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE CAR THEY SOLD ME. I go out of town and of course my check engine light comes on ,THE SAME Acceleration issues I've been having is still happening so I automatically knew what was wrong. I ended up having to replace a part that was causing the acceleration problems since I got the car. They wouldn't do anything about it because no codes were reading. Went to buy a ram. When we got there the first day we drove it and looked at it everything was fine. Turned on perfectly. The day we came to pick it up they left it on for a good while Meanwhile we signed the last papers and then we took off to the gas station literally a mile away and we noticed the radio didn't turn off and it didn't look the doors, we tried to turn the ram on and it was dead. We jumped it and then the dashboard said service airbags we got back to the dealer and they wanted to take it to the mechanics but we decided to cancel out contract because they had told us it was in a minor accident and the air bags didn't deploy but the dashboard said service air bags and the headliner was loose. All they did was give my down payment back and said they were going to call another customer. PLEASE CHECK THE VEHICLES GOOD. BEFORE BUYING. Two Things: Amazing, friendly service and Quality used-cars. First, the salesman I had, Carlos, was not agressive. He was very compliant with our wants and I never felt at any point pressured to buy the car or do anything which I wasn't that all inclined to do. All in all, very knowledgible, friendly, easy-going sales staff, which made the buying process very easy. Second, the dealership really takes away from the risk of buying used. Primarily, they offer a free, 3 months' warranty if any problems arise. Furthermore, they will print the comprehensive Carfax reports for you and tell you about the car if you have not done so prior to visiting. I felt confident that if I had problems or concerns about the car after buying it, I could take it back there, no hassle, and work anything out with them. In brief, this is a great dealership. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra from here. On the drive home it stalled at a light. I couldn't move no matter what I did. I turned it on and off then it finally turned on. Seconds later the check engine light comes on. My husband calls obviously very upset. They say to bring it in the next following day to have a mechanic look at it and they'll take care of it. The next day I'm at work and he's taking the car back to them to have it checked. As he's driving there he noticed the vehicle smoking. He pulls over and the car just exploded. He calls the dealership and they have the audacity to act like he did this on purpose. Went looking for a newer and safer car for my fiance but the car that she wanted had a few problems. The seats were damaged and the trunk cover was missing from the Mazda hatchback. Herme made it a deal by switching the seats to newer conditioned seats and reupholstering the rest. He also made the effort to find and give us a trunk cover at no extra cost. Bought a 6 yrs old Japanese economy car here with around 100K miles on it. Their prices are fair for a dealer, however you need to know exactly what you are buying. Not until you visit the place and look at the actual car then you will notice things that they don't disclose or show on the ad online. The car I bought had a clean carfax and title. Carfax however will not tell you if the car had been in a minor accident that was not reported. Upon close inspection the front bumper had been repainted and had an obvious damage since the panel was not lined up. You can tell that the paint is a lot newer on the bumper than the rest of the car. Also there are numerous dents and dings (minor) all around the car. I test drove the car and checked everything on it mechanically and it was good. So aside from the cosmetics I still went ahead and bought the car. This was a few months ago and glad to say that the car has no major issues and run well. Also the salesperson was professional as well as the manager. No pressure was given in buying the car and was let me test drive the car twice. Things that annoyed me however that warrants a 2 star review.. Some of these are safety issues and this dealer should have caught it even before offering the car for sale: The car had a slow air leak on one of the tires. Before test driving it, they filled it with air, but realized a week later the tire had a nail puncture and I spent $25 to get it plugged. Right stop light bulb was not working as well as both license plate light bulbs. Spent $20 for replacements. Battery hold down bracket was broken and corroded off. Which means the battery was not held down as it should be in the engine compartment. I spent $20 for a new one. You can get a good deal here but my advice is to know what you are buying and have a checklist of items to cross off as you are checking/driving the car. The reason the prices here are good is because most of the cars they sell here are not perfect cosmetically and some may even have been in an accident that carfax won't show. So as long as you are ok with some of the imperfections then it can be a good deal. read more

I bought a BMW here about 2 months ago the manager or owner was very rude and the next day I got a light on my dash saying it had no oil in it so I take it back and they make it out like it was my fault then the car keeps saying "check brake lights" even though they work (I checked them) their response to me about that issue was "if there's nothing wrong why does it matter what it says?" Got to the dealership for a 2014 ford f 150 and they said that the bumper was stolen. I noticed the tow hitch was missing as well and they said that it did not have one. I showed him the photos that they put on offer up and he gave in and said that they would put it on the truck. We test drove the truck and it ran smoother than any truck we drove all weekend. Also we pointed out that the tailgate did not open and needed to be fixed and he said that he will see what he can do. They didn't want to fix anything that we pointed out. So the next day they called me with some outrageous numbers and I told them that my bank is about get back with me on a loan for the truck. They called me back later and said that something was wrong with the transmission and that they were sending it back to the auction. I truly believe that they did not want to fix honor their commitment to doing the work on the truck and sold it to someone else after already running my credit. I specifically told them that I did not want my credit ran until we agree on a vehicle. Then they tried to offer me to come back and get another vehicle. HELL NO!!! I hate dishonest people that would blemish something as valuable as your credit score to scam you into something other than what you agreed on. This sucks!!! read more

Only one star because the truck I saw was beautiful BUT DONT GO HERE EVER. They don't have a single good review. The kid I talked to had a gym picture as his profile picture and looked like a teenager and his grammar was horrible, he ignored my questions, then went off on me in message because I called out that he had no good reviews and I'm not about to buy a car they tampered with. Something isn't right with them. I tried attaching the screen shots I took of the crap I was being messaged. So unprofessional. I loved the car but these people are not only breaking the law and lying to you, they're customer service is crap. I love having new car (new to me) but I hate the stress of buying a car. I am defensive and distrustful of car salesman. Ace motors had the 2014 Camry I was looking for so decided to stop in. I went in there armed and prepared, but was shortly disarmed by Amy from sales. She was friendly and not pushy. She was helpful and I felt that they were trying to help me find what I wanted, not what they wanted to get off the lot. I didn't buy the car the first time because I always have to sleep on big decisions. The second time around Sarah helped me and she was also very helpful and friendly, I was ready for financing. I recently bought a Chevy Express 2500 Van from Ace motors in Anaheim and had a very positive and interesting experience. I was in negotiations with the assistant manager, Herman. He showed me the Van and I really wanted it, so I made an offer to him. He couldn't go down on the price that I offered him at first, so we both politely said thank you as I was off to shop around for other Vans that fell within my budget. He really tried to get that Van for me though and was on the phone with owner for awhile, but just couldn't meet my offer. Later on that evening Herman called my cell and said he was able to meet my price! Wow what a treat! He really worked the deal hard for me and this time he was successful.
