I'll admit, my first thought was, oh great, here comes a pushy salesman. But within the first few minutes, it was clear Todd was different. No pressure at all--just genuine questions about what we were looking for. We ended up talking for a good 30-45 minutes, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. I told him we needed time to think and that nothing was set in stone, and again--zero pressure. He spoke with his manager, called me back within a few minutes, and we sent over our information. We had a preliminary offer the very next morning. My husband and I went back and forth for a bit, ran the numbers, did our due diligence... and ultimately decided to go for it. We actually ended up with a slightly better rate than the preliminary. I called Todd, said "let's do it," and that was that. The car was already in stock and is being delivered from Redding to me tomorrow. Bottom line: if you're in the market for a Nissan, reach out to Todd at Crown Nissan in Redding. Convinced us of a warranty, told us it would be $4,900 added on ended up being about $8,900. So double. Do not recommend but if you do go here avoid this lady at all costs. Thankfully the manager made things right after a Cpl of weeks of calling and arguing with them. Still hard to trust this business after that.

We were able to call and talk to the sales manager at Miata within minutes of having walked out of the sale with Colin. the manager at Miata confirmed the sales prices were accurate and was happy to send over additional information on pricing If we wanted. While Colin refused to budge from the MSRP price and only offered us a discount (of 750) if we were to take a loan and not pay in full. Will not shop here again will not recommend. I do want to say however Mick the initial sales person seemed professional, kind and authentic in his dealing with us but sadly his sales manager ruined the deal at no fault to him.

This time they told me i needed a new engine, because one head gasket was blown. My car has never heated up and was running like a champ. I told them not to touch it anymore and that i would be there to pick it up. I asked for paperwork but they would not give it to me. My car currently runs fine btw. I do not recommend going there. They will add more and more to your bill. It is a shady business in my opinion.

I bought very expensive aftermarket bulbs but discovered the front bumper must be removed to change the light housing which I also wanted to replace. I saw this body shop had high stars on Yelp so I called to ask if they would perform the work. Their immediate response was "no" and "we don't do that kind of work and only install OEM components." I kindly asked " do you recommend anyone else that will do this work for me?". Immediate "nope, you'll just have to call around" They were about as helpful as a broken fence post and could care less in my opinion. My next phone call was to Underhood Automotive. Immediately helpful and professional. Chris said they do this kind of work all the time and install DOT legal headlights on older Shasta County Search and Rescue vehicles. Every single question I asked was answered. I live 4 hours away from Redding so coordinating this was somewhat of a Challenge. Chris even told me my mom's car had loud squeeking brakes and he would inspect those as well. Strong Automotive has high stars so I'm guessing their body work is pretty good but customer service is also very important and in this department, they have a long way to go.
