I bought a vehicle from there after being told that junior had done all the maintenance and repairs to the vehicle over the past couple years and he told me to my face it was mechanically sound . I told them I drive alot and needed something that I wouldn't have to worry about driving long distance. Within a week of buying the vehicle the car started having steering issues, I repeatedly told them something was wrong they said probably an alignment issue. 1. Had two valve stems on tires cause flats on the highway couple days after purchase, 2. Found out rack and pinion is bad . The salesman was completely aloof, has terrible customer service skills, no ability to act normally with perspective clients and literally hikes his cars up 1500 plus what he pays for them. He repeats himself over and over. Just throws out a bunch of stupid one liners. If you took all of the terrible typical used car salesman stereotypes and you added them together, it's this company. It was a highly obnoxious interaction. Totally cringe. He talked on the phone to other people the entire time, and all he talked about his how good of a deal he was giving us after we decided on a price. He wasn't willing to negotiate. Was looking at a 2007 f-250 here and they treated me like complete crap. Called multiple times saying they would call me back and they never did. I teat drove the truck and it was shaking at 65 MPH i didn't know if it was front end damage or just a wheel balance. BRANDON said he would get that looked at and balanced and see if we could teat drive it again. He never called me back and both times i called him he came up with lies. In the end i knew their stuff was over priced but it was the truck i have been looking for, and all i wanted to know was if it was front end damage or just a balance. bought a 2004 dodge 3500 cummins from them, in less than a months time throws a code, goes to limp mode.first rain comes and I see it leaks from the front windshield into cab down the cab pillars, putting moisture on inside of windshield. then w/ only 1000 miles on it since purchase truck check engine light comes on again, back into limp mode. If your thinking about buying a vehicle from here please dont. I bought mine 3 months ago, paid 8,000 for it after tax, and had to fight junior for the warranty. Just 4 days after buying it was getting stuck into first gear. Had to get the sollenoid pack replaced. Also had bad connection to the battery. 2 weeks of having the car it started over heating and completely shutting down putting me and my husband in danger cuz when that happed there was no power stearing and it would die while driving down the road. Found out it was bad wiring to the battery while at the same time i found out the right axle seal leak. Also it needed new brakes and tires cuz they were to bald to get replaired. The key fob didnt work in the door. Found out the hard way when buying a new battery. Range sensor went out in the transmission. The buttons on driver door was popping out easy. They didn't disclose any of these problems. If I had known I would have gotten a used car from a crown motors or something. They even charged me for a tow package and there isnt one on my car. You dont even deserve 1 star read more

Make sure to have your own mechanic check out anything before you waste your money on one of the vehicles from here. Bought a truck there April 15th, and it's now July 4th and it's still in the shop $1,000's of dollars later. Had a warranty through them which was not honored. Jr avoids my calls, he paid $1,000 towards a shop of his choice since his mechanics screwed the truck up even more. The grand didn't even touch what I'm having to pay to make the truck drivable. His mechanics aren't even certified. Shady business is stay far far away from. Learned my lesson. If it looks to good to be true it's because they are hiding something. Truck ended up having multiple oil leaks, rear end was bad, leaks all over. He will not ever return your calls even if trying to make a car sale! Staff have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to the cars either! read more

Well I can't speak for the quality of the cars since I have not been on their lot, but I can speak about my customer service experience or lack there of. I was initially skeptical after reading Yelp reviews, I but I found interest in an SUV and submitted my application for credit. I shortly received an email stating that someone would contact me soon. Well it's been approximately 5 days and I have heard nothing, so I responded to their email stating " I guess you could not help,thank you". You would think they would have interest in my business, wanting to sell me a car.I admit my credit is not great If that was the case I would assume they would have the courtousy to contact me and say "hey we can't help you", or we can help but you would have to put down $$xXxX or require a cosigner, But nothing, nadda, zero contact. This to me is not great customer service, if it's this difficult to get a sales call back, I could only imagine how hard it would be to reach out to them if you had a problem. Bought a Box Truck from Junior. This piece of crap has been the worst nightmare of a vehicle I have ever owned. After a week the truck would not start. Despite the stickers that said the truck passed smog and safety inspections the check engine light was brighter than a Roman Candle on a sunny day. Needed to replace the IAC, Map Sensor, EGR Sensor, Valve and EGR. Two days later the starter went out on the truck. Replaced the starter and starter solenoid. Called this clown and he did not offer me any help on the parts. Now the transmission has gone out on the truck It is costing me 4300.00 including the tow from Hayward Ca to Modesto to get the truck to the transmission shop. The Air Conditioning system has also gone out in the truck and its over 100 degrees. AND I am still awaiting my tags for the vehicle which was purchased in April 2017. Buyer beware!!!!!! I got a vehicle here almost two years ago and they told me belts were fine and everything was fine, but since then I have had to replace all belts, my tires, the differentials, shocks, both axles and the tire boots. I have to replace both catalytic converters. There are so many oil leaks, I don't even know where to start. Not to mention they charged me almost 2 grand over kbb price. Maybe it was my inexperience with buying vehicles, but when I asked to take it to get it looked at by a mechanic they insisted on going in the car with me to their own mechanic who lied about everything that was wrong with it. I still have a check engine light on and I'm all out of money to fix this car so I don't recommend ever buying a car from this place. read more

Do not trust these people! The car salesman lied about several problems with the car I purchased. He told me the car did not have a timing belt because I was concerned that it would need to be replaced, which would be an expensive job. When I pushed him about it, he found out it did have a timing belt. Since the car had 98K miles, I didn't want to buy it. He called "his mechanic" who said this particular car didn't need a new timing belt until 150K miles, which made it more acceptable. He also lied and said the car wouldn't start because the car had sitting on the lot. He started it with a jump start however, and he said it just needed to be driven to recharge the battery. This was not true, the battery had to be replaced. He said the car pulled to the right when driven because the tires were not inflated correctly and as soon as he had that fixed, the car should be fine. He told us we had to pay $175 to purchase a buyer's remorse option if we wanted to return the car. This is not totally true! In addition he said "nobody buys them". We had the wheels aligned and found out the car had probably been in accident because some parts had been replaced recently. I thought I asked all the "right" questions in order to make a good purchase, but I never to expected the salesman to outright make up lies and misrepresent the truth. They totally took advantage of me and I would never recommend this business. read more

Well I have learned a HUGE lesson from purchasing a vehicle from this place. The truck we bought in Feb 2016 immediately needed to go in the shop for alignment, which during this a MULTITUDE of other issues were found, it's been in the shop every month since. So many things were found, UNSAFE things, costing thousands!!! We were told by the mechanic and alignment place that this was a horrible purchase and that Junior's is a shady place and they try to hide issues with vehicles. I'm not sure how these people can sleep at night knowing they are selling unsafe horrible vehicles. They clean them up, spray paint things so it "looks" good... Terrible...
