Not to mention, they were an hour and a half late with no call of explanation, the move took 4 hours longer than quoted (with an in person quote!!) and to top it off, they would not unload our belongings until I went to the ATM and gave them the additional $400 more then what THEY told us to have on hand two days earlier. HORRIBLE. Please do not use this company, and PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!!! (other reviews as well) Because I wish we read the reviews before we hired them. We simply asked to move a baby grand piano from the previous owners. First, they took 5 hours? to move.. It's not like we are moving an entire house????? then they damaged the house AND the piano, so we told the movers but said "just claim through the company" and asked for more money. How can we pay them MORE when the piano NO LONGER WORKS after the move????? They kept calling us and threaten to just charge our credit card because they had information. We said we cannot pay for extra hours service on top of the payment we made because damages were too big And the guy name Joseph said we are lying about the damages?? we have proof in the pics: pics from previous owners took photos WHILE moving (all in good condition), and when it arrived and moved to the house, they damaged our stairs, floor, and piano. UNBELIEVABLE! I also have phone recording of Joseph calling us "dead beat" because we didn't want to pay. This is the worst service I've ever seen. Please do not use this service. This company is the worst. They will tell you not to buy insurance (since they claim to never break anything) even through they broke many of our expensive items. You will get 5cents per 1,000 pounds back with the standard insurance they have. We got $45 bucks for the thousands of dollars of items they broke. Good luck with that! They appear to be nice and friendly until they deliver your goods and then will not return calls. We had a long distance move with them and they held our items for months. The just threw our items on the truck for delivery with no regard. Anyone knows not to put heavy stuff on top of light stuff! - they simply don't care. On 7/3/2018, Advanced Moving & Storage moved us from a Chicago suburb to Milwaukee. They are an excellent company, dealt with us fairly and delivered services on time, on budget and as promised. We'd give them an A+ except for the following: it was the first time for the crew that packed the house, all of the boxes were labeled MISC/PBO so unpacking is still a mystery; the crew in Milwaukee was experienced with appliances/furniture, but didn't unpack or find the missing hardware; I tipped the driver, Robert, $200 because he said he and the crew chief would help up clear out the old house, that didn't happen. The move this company did for me was awful. The movers they sent were rookies and completely unorganized. One of the guys had to have everything dictated to him on what to move. The truck ran out of gas, the workers cell phone battery died, so he had to use my phone. They charged me additional money for the extra time. I've done this move twice before - 3rd floor no elevators in snow/rain and It has never taken more than 3 hours. The guys wouldn't unload my truck until they had additional cash in hand. Nice customer service, I take you to get gas AND you use my cell phone multiple times and you won't unload truck till I return with cash. I called and complained the next day, and they are not willing to do anything for me. Lets not forget that my original move was scheduled for Saturday morning at 8am. Then got moved to Saturday at 2pm. Manager calls me that afternoon to reschedule me for the next day. Which I was nice enough to agree too. I'll make sure I tell everyone about this experience. I used their services to move from Chicago to Dallas and this was the worst experience of my life. My stuff was picked up on 2/14 and I was given a seven day delivery window between 2/21 -2/28. After repeated calls and emails on the exact delivery date on 2/27 they say that the truck driver quit and they are trying to locate a new guy. Thanks to them, I had to stay with 2 toddlers in a hotel for an extra week. I was given a $200 discount which does not cover anything. The Experience: The best part of it is they give you an estimate and mention that the final price will be based on the weight of the stuff. I was dealing with a lady named Sue North. She mentioned that the truck would arrive with its unladen weight and once the furniture is loaded they go to the nearest weighing point and get weighed again. This would be used to calculate the exact weight and give me the right price. The trucker came without any weight related documents. When questioned he mentioned that he was not aware of any such things. When I got back to Sue she mentioned that the furniture would be moved to another truck which would be weighed and I would be notified on the exact weight. I have a total of 14 emails in my inbox where I kept repeatedly asking her for the weight of my furniture. I never got these numbers. So there is no way to know if I paid the right price or was I over charged. They even acted in a rude manner on the day of delivery when I asked for the weight details of the furniture. Sue was gone for the day and I had to deal with an a@@hole who behaved as though he was doing a favor by even talking to me and threatening me saying that all the stuff would be moving back to Chicago if I start asking for documents. read more

The owner of the company has a policy of quoting a low price only to double it when he gets his people to load the truck. He has you pay with cash or money order before he has his staff unload. Opinion about company/ Owner (JIM) : Dishonest, rude and unprofessional Opinion about Movers: Lazy, lacks urgency, Liars and unprofessional Opinion about Drivers who delivered: Very nice and Professional Opinion about Lynn: Has no clue about the business and should not be dealing with Customers I have to write this about our experience with this company during 2016 move from Lombard, IL to Florida. I initially spoke with Lynn and gave her all the info on all the objects that would be on the truck. I asked her if I need to do anything like take the TV of the TV stand or take the Beds apart or any thing before the guys comes and she said " oh no, we do all that, you just make sure every thing is packed in the boxes". Lynn was pleasant and gave me quote that was reasonable and within our budget and to deliver around two weeks. Basically initial quote was based on 4600 lbs and weight of your belongings is less then charge will be less. On moving day, 3 guys showed up, Mark was doing all the inventory while other two are loading it in. It seemed like they were taking their time on purpose and for stuff we had should have taken 2 hours but it ended up 5 hours for them to load up everything in the truck. In addition, when it come time to wrap up 65 inch TV which was still on the TV stand. Mark was acting like a child and whining the whole time while he is taking apart the TV stand and wrapping the TV. So they came around 9 15 am and left around 2 20 pm. I called the next day to speak with Lynn about the weight of our belongings and she told me it was rounded up to 3700 lbs. So I said Ok and she gave me final invoice that I have to pay when it gets delivered in Florida. After three weeks and multiple phone calls I spoke with the Owner "JIM" and he told me it will be delivered this week. I called one week later ( 4 weeks now), He told me that they were having scheduling issues but it will be this week. Few days later, he calls me inform me that the weight for my belongings was actually 4200 lbs and not 3700 lbs because there was a mistake calculating the weight. Also he began blaming us that it is our fault that his Movers spent 5 hours to move because movers told him that we did not have every thing Packed and ready to go which is obviously a lie. I was really furious but did not lash out because at that point, I just wanted our stuff to delivered ; therefore, I did not argue with him. Later that week, our belongings were delivered to us in Florida end of week 5. All of our belongings were not damaged and drivers who delivered were very nice and professional which was great relief. Without going in to details, I will say that the movers were careless. Also, the company has poor customer service. It took getting the owners attention to receive any answers to my claims. Every moving company has good and bad reviews. Every person has good and bad experiences. This happened to be a bad experience for me (us). I personally would not use this company again. We had an excellent experience using Advanced Moving they were on time had plenty of team members to make the move fast and efficient. They solved all the moving problems with couches beds etc. Out and into the new house in great time. The crew chief delegated well and we were happy with how well all the boxes and such were handled. My advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. My husband and I booked a household move, rather small project of ~3 hours containing only larger items (couch, freezer, etc.), local ~4 - 5 mile move. The upfront service (quoting, confirming, communication) was ok and didn't give us any indication of what to come. The team was supposed to arrive between 1:00 and 3:00pm. We called at 3:00pm when we hadn't heard or seen anybody. The lady called us back stating: "We are not coming, sorry, but you'll get your deposit back". WHAT??? It's moving day, this day is not flexible ! Even speaking with her manager and management of the company, the statement was the same, apparently the first move earlier in the day took longer and there is no time for us. Not even later in the day, not even first thing the next morning. Nothing. They offered to move us in the next week or two. Whose move out date is flexible on short notice? We had our final walkthrough scheduled, new tenants were moving in. Moving day is not flexible. We've received an email that night from President Jim Lalagos with a standard apology message and offering $100 off of our next move. I took this as an insult. Does anybody at Advanced Moving and Storage really think we would ever call them again? Everyone who has moved before knows how stressful it is. I've moved around the US a number of times, in fact, this was my 9th move in 12 years. I have NEVER had to deal with a more unprofessional company as Advanced Moving and Storage. To close the loop on our story. My husband got on the phone to see if we can rent a U-Haul to start moving items that the 2 of us physically can move. This wasn't easy as by that time most vehicles were rented, however, we found one a great distance away. I got on the phone and started calling every moving company under the sun. You can imagine how difficult it is to find a moving company at month's end, before the school year starts, where everyone is moving. Every moving company was booked solid for at least another 2 weeks. However, I was very fortunate to find one, they were absolutely great and I will leave them a nice review. Advanced Moving is run by a crooked owner who will scam you! Would never hire them. Their sales people are great and make all sorts of promises, but after the "sale" or contract, they disappear and you will not get what they promise and it will end up costing you more. They will quote you a certain number of movers and hours, demand you pay cash up front (or they hold your stuff hostage) and you will end up paying more than they quote and not getting the amount of movers or the time they promise or the "refund" or credit they promise. They told us they would credit us back $700 as we used less hours and only had 4 movers vs the 6 they promised and quoted, and have since gone dark and have outsourced it to their "claims" email box. They also move at a snail's pace to rack up as many hours as possible. The movers were looking at their cell phones, taking frequent smoke breaks and no sense of urgency. One guy walked off the job after an hour. They also told us they would show up at a certain time, which we scheduled our closing around then they showed up 3 hours early and charged us for the time. I had Advanced Moving do a local move for my family which resulted in a two-move process. To make the movers lives easy we provided them with pizza and water to be kind for the first move which they appreciated. An accurate and detailed accounting of all family belongings got inventoried right from the start. The first move went without a hitch and my family belongings landed in the storage facilities at Advanced Moving (Glendale Heights) for three weeks. Only one item was broken during the first move and the movers feared the owner so they said not to report it and they would take care of the parts or so they told my wife. We tried to respect this process and let the guys replace or fix the broken item which ultimately landed up getting broken more along the way. This item never got fixed and landed in the garbage in the end so $999.00 down the drain. Now onto the storm of why I would tell anyone to run away from this company. My wife called to confirm delivery of the second move and she was told we had and outstanding balance and that move would not take place. My wife was very frustrated as this happened the day before the scheduled delivery. We got told that we had to make an immediate payment or we would not be getting anything delivered. It was not possible to even understand what this additional cost was as we got forced into a pay or get nothing model. My wife made payment immediately and was told that we would need cash for the second delivery or they would not unload the truck when they showed up. We had no choice but to get cash regardless of how we felt about that. Cash is a great way to avoid taxes or pay people under the table but who knows why this is a requirement from Advanced Moving as they took credit the first time around and over the phone. The day of the move the drivers showed up at about 1:45 PM in the afternoon and they used smaller trucks to get the job done the second time around which forced one of the drivers to make another trip during the move process. Of course this design violated the moving contract as we should have had 5 movers at all times. The employees got everything unloaded at my home by 5:00 PM and they had to wait for the other mover to arrive with the remaining truck. All of the workers showed frustration in this as they did not understand how it could take 3 hrs to make that trip. The other worker showed up at 5:15 PM and they unloaded the remained items on that truck by 5:45 PM. None of the inventory was checked during this process most of it was just unloaded and dumped off at our house. We had a number of items broken but thought we had paid for the additional insurance since we asked for it three times in email exchanges. We also had a number of items that did not make it to the house as well and filed a police report regarding those items. Some of the workers complained about not being paid and complained about why the other worker took so long to return. And at the end of it all they locked the keys in the truck and one of my neighbors had to help them cut a lock off the truck. After emailing the company about all of the various events they said we owed them an additional $154.00 dollars for and extra hour of the move and we could not file a claim until that was paid. We got told we would be allowed to file the claims even with the so called outstanding balance that the owner Jim needed to look into. I guess they would allow us to file a claim at $.30 per pound as the additional insurance somehow did not make it into the costs. Now anyone would spend more time gathering details to file a claim based on default insurance so that is not worth wasting a second on. After filing a complaint with the state I did get a final inventory from the Illinois Commerce Commission but it looks sketchy at best as it done after I filed a complaint and was never verified and never provided to us for verification. I lost thousands of dollars of goods in this move to damage or them growing legs and walking away so while I thought I would save money I paid in family items that I can never replace. The move cost me about $4000.00 and I have probably lost about $6000.00. I would post pictures but yelp does not have enough space to show all the damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Update 2/26/17 After going dealt with this so months I got a check for a little over $150.00 dollars which was a joke. I just put it in a slot machine to see if I could get something more to make me feel better. The police investigation turned out that I had a number of criminals on my move and some that had a few drug habits. Nothing was recovered. The video in the warehouse is good for two weeks only and the owner is not sure how to work the system. So no security in place on anything you store. They took items from my kids....... Horrible! Short of filling a case in court and working the paperwork not much you can do. read more

Do yourself a favor and call a different moving company! I would rather move my stuff myself than ever use them again! Worse decision I ever made. They did a half ass job first off they didn't put padding on my items when taking it out of my house. And when it was time to unload the items into the new house it was basically just thrown in the rooms. I stated I wanted beds and couches put together they just put my slabs in my bed and the mattress on top with out screwing the slabs down like it was before the move. I have no idea where my screws even are! They lost a slab in the truck and I didn't realize until a couple days later. When I contacted them they magically found the slab and a leg from my bed had I not called would they even let me know? Probably not! I went to pick up my items and was asked if I wanted someone to come out to fix the problem yea no thank you I'll pass I fixed all the problems myself (which there was many beside my slab and leg from my bed). Owner doesn't care about his customers only about getting his money. During the move the movers stopped to collect the money which is very unprofessional finish the job than I pay you. I created a Yelp account just to write this review. The most horrible moving experience I have ever had. They showed up 2 hours late, so we missed our loading dock reservation to move into our new apartment. They showed up at 4:20, didn't start anything until 5 and didn't finish UNTIL 9 just LOADING the truck. We saw them on their phones constantly and after I didn't hear any movement for about 30 minutes, I found them just standing around in the truck. We had to pay them before they unloaded the truck and they DOUBLED the quote. They said they wouldn't unload unless they got the money right then and there. Once they had the money in their hand, they were able to unload and put together the furniture in an hour and a half... SHOCKING. I felt taken advantage of and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. read more

This is absolutely the worst moving company I have ever encountered, Sue quoted us 5 hours for our move. The movers arrived on time but were 3 very slightly built men. They took too much time on everything, and 7 hours later they had just packed up the house. So, upon arrival at the new house, less than 2 miles away (and after a 55 minute lunch break) they held our belonging hostage. The owner Jim was called and said the contract states that they will be paid in cash upon arrival. It does not state this. it states that the balance due shall be paid in cash at the time of delivery. Nothing at this point had been delivered. They estimated that we owed them for 11 hours, and refused to even open the truck until we paid them in cash. Jim, was rude and degrading on the phone and stated that the contents of the truck belonged to him until we paid. Period! Of course we paid the money. We were told if they didn;t use 11 hours they would refund the money. Of course there wasn't any incentive at this point to hurry. The 11 hours came and went and still they weren't close to being finished, so my husband and I started moving the stuff ourselves. They refused to move a couch upstairs without more money, and now couldn't find the parts that they removed from our exercise equipment. I searched the truck myself and found the parts in one of the movers personal bags wrapped in a sack. We believe this was done with the intention of extending the time. They refused to put the equipment back together without more money. I again called Jim, he simply hung up on me. This was our estimate 3 Men & 1 Truck @ $98.00 per hour X 5 hours = $490.00 Flat Truck Fee @ $98.00 = $98.00 Total Estimated Cost = $588.00 We ended up paying $1274 just to get the furniture out of the truck, not reassembled. DO NOT use this company. They are horrible. It would take hours to detail everything awful about this company, but here's the short version: 1. It took them more than a week to move our things from Chicago to West Michigan - and at least two days longer than what they promised. 2. When our truck arrived, numerous things were broken, damaged, and missing, either stolen or lost. 3. A box of jewelry, which we specifically requested NOT to get put on the truck, was taken anyways. The box was obviously cut open though the tape and most everything was gone, including my grandma's engagement ring, a diamond necklace from my husband, my other grandma's emerald necklace, etc. etc. 4. Some of our things were delivered to SOMEONE ELSE in Detroit. 5. Our college diplomas were totally ruined, damaged with water. We didn't have anything liquid in any of our boxes, so the water was probably from leaky truck. They claim this was not their fault. 5. After going through the claim process for a FULL YEAR, and calling weekly for updates when we still hadn't received our check, we finally got a claim check for $300. That amount was basically an insult - not even close to covering everything that was broken, damaged and stolen. Please, please don't use this company. I just wanted to write this review to warn the public about the Scam operation they are running at Advanced Movers. My initial experience over the phone was awesome. I spoke with someone named Karina. People, please do not be fooled by her. Do not believe ANYTHING she or any of the other sales people have to say. Karina told me my deposit was 100% refundable. Now, I am four days from my move and it was this same Karina who now says, "Sorry, no refunds." As you can see, I gave the company ONE star. If it were possible to give ZERO stars, trust me, I would. By the way, I needed to cancel because at the last minute, THEY could not accommodate me, and they kept my money anyway. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau. I feel like I have been robbed. This is a horrid company. Besides broken things. Damaged furniture. Things i do not find, just disappeared. They drink on the job!! They quote one thing then charge more at time to unload your truck. Do not give what was agreed upon. I have had things move across country without damage, but to go across town, so much broken. Paid almost 3 thousand dollars to go across own, the damage and missing will cost more. Like my china, thrown into a dumpster without telling me. Both my desk top and lap top computers gone!!! All that info in them, gone. Antiques, damaged!! A 130 year old mirror, damaged. I can not imagine a worse company to move someone. Would not even recommend them to my worst enemy. And just so everyone knows the Boss, Joe, the owner is as bad. Tried to call him 6 times during the move, would not call back till 8:30, then said i needed another 400 to get my things off the truck. Or he would have the drivers take my things to his warehouse. I paid for two 26 feet trucks, they sent 1 26 and 1 18 foot trucks. Everyone from the office staff to the movers themselves were efficient and extremely professional. We had several large pieces of furniture including a grand piano. I must say after our movers did not show and I was forced to call another company ( Advanced) they came the next day. Truck was a little beat up, but they sent two guys to move my Mom out of my house into my brothers a mile away. They came ontime, they wrapped everything! and moved a 290 sf room of furniture into the next location in about three hours. I would use them again. They gave me a quote and the price did not change. The one thing I can say for people who have issues is you need to have help with you when your moving and be somewhat involved. That's what needs to happen to insure all goes well. Unless you want to be over charged, lied to and STILL have to RENT a personal uhaul and move the rest of your items-run away! They seemed super nice at first. We had to move in 2 days-they came one afternoon and got "everything" and then they deliver to the new address the next day. We told them exactly what we had and they quoted us around $700 over the phone, when the email came and it was time for me to pay the deposit, it increased to close to $900 because they never mentioned the minimum 3 hours for BOTH days separately (so a 6 hour minimum) and another truck fee. Because it was so close to us moving, there were no other movers who weren't booked so we bit the bullet and did it. We were told that the movers would arrive between 1-3. At 3:15 I had to call to see what the hold up was and the office said the movers were running late. When the movers came, they got there at 3:49 and called into the office and spoke with them until 4. They said the office had just called them 10 minutes prior to tell them they had to arrive at our location-they were not running behind as the office told us. They asked my husband to write on the paperwork the arrive time at 4 since they did not get off the phone or start working until 4. The movers said that they were told much less items than what we had and that it would take several more hours then 3 to get it done but said they would try their best. The actual movers were very nice and worked so hard. I asked at one point if the truck was big enough for everything since it looked questionable and they said yes it would be. Time went on and again, the workers were super quick with everything and they "finished" in 2.75 hours! At this point I was gone and they asked my husband to sign all the paperwork and pay the amount in cash. Because my husband was unaware of total cost he paid the amount they told him.When I got home I had two HUGE problems: They changed the 4 he wrote down and put a 3 in front and a 5 behind to make it 3:45. they changed the time (later after confronting them the next day the main guy said the office told him to do it). So we got charged for 3.5 hours when it took 2.75 ( and I understand we had to minimally pay for the 3-so we paid for 45 more minutes they were not there because the office told them to do so!). My second problem was that not everything fit! Luckily my brother has a truck so we had to arrange the next day PAYING again for a Uhaul truck to pack everything else up that didn't fit in the moving truck. So they showed up late, we paid more than we should and we had to pack and move a good amount of our stuff on our own after the fact. Again, the workers worked hard and were really nice but that does NOT excuse the office lying and being unprofessional. Unacceptable. NEVER use this company. A few items of ours broke in the move and I don't even want to call them to get refunds because I would rather eat the cost than deal with this TERRIBLE company. That says a lot. I used these movers in 2012. DO NOT USE. They are the worst. I had a lot of damage because the help were not trained properly, also they make 2 trips because the sent to small of a truck even though I have them a list of what was being moved. I asked for and paid for 4 men and only received 3. Was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was 68 at the time and my husband was 72 and he has some medical problems. They threw all the boxes in the garage and I had to get my daughter help me get them in the house all of the next week. I repeat DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS YOU WILL AVOID A LOT OF HEADACHES. read more

I am new to Yelp,and decided to do some reviews of companies i have reviewed in the past on other sites. I was SHOCKED to read some of these reviews, as my experience was nothing like the reviews. I have used Advanced twice. The first time in June of 2013 from Chicago to Virginia Beach,and the second time in April of 2015 from Virginia Beach to the state of Washington. They did a great job both times. The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. The price was pretty much right with the other quotes I received from other moving companies. There were a few minor dings on some of my dressers, but other than that nothing was damaged. Because they were moving my husband's motorcycle I decided to purchase the extra insurance in the first move. The second move I didn't even waste my money on the extra insurance, because nothing was damaged the first time. I would use them again and also recommend them to anyone needing a move. Well I'm going to keep this super short despite everything I could say. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Maureen is the most god awful human being I've ever had to deal with and honestly I could've been more ok with how horrid the service with if I'd been treated like an actual person. Never let me finish a sentence, essentially called me a liar and hung up on me multiple times and I still have no idea why. She is a joke. You've been warned! one of the worst moving company ever. very unprofessional, rude staff, argue with customers all the time, sucks money from customers. really had bad experience with them. even though it is time based their staff wasted almost 2 hours as he got lost with the truck and came back to my new home almost after additional an hour late taking his own sweet time. they didn't bring carpet protector sheet, argued with us almost an hour with us for that. in the end he charged us for 2 hours extra. they broke my nice glass lazy susan during the move and they are not even ready to replace it and giving all lame reasons. one of the worst moving company ever. just run away from them. can not give rating 0 here as i have to select something i have selected one star. but in reality i will not give them even one start rating. read more

Bogus company to do business with. We had a signed contract for our move and when the crew arrived, the guy in charge of the crew didn't like the working conditions, so they walked off the job. This put us in a bad, bad situation. This company blows! Stay away or you will be sorry. read more

DO NOT USE. Your move will be grossly under quoted to get your hooked. Then they will at least double the price. They will also damage plenty of furniture along the way, with no intention of reimbursing you, whether you file a claim or not. Sue North is the main office person, shes great. Horrible people. Gave me a quote of $500 a month and when all my stuff was already in their storage and they knew i would be out of the country for a year, they billed me for $700 a month and kept saying my things took up that much room. Liar is what they are and the owners are rude as hell. When you question them they get angry at you, the guy especially. Juts got my my things moved to another place. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I don't know where to begin with this review other than to advise people to stay away from this company at all costs. They are nothing but trouble and I have tears in my eyes when I think about MY experience with them. Because less is more, let me begin by saying I paid them over $30,000 in storage fees only to receive MY items back broken, scratched, water damaged and abused. This was SUPPOSEDLY a temperature controlled unit! Let me add that some things were also stolen. I trusted this place with my most prized possessions and they returned everything ruined. The return movers were lazy and refused to attempt to move half of the items the same company moved out of my home years ago, constantly stating they were "too big". I had to hire another company the subsequent day to get the job done. If you are a moving company, how are you unable to move items? The same items your company moved and you moved onto you truck? They left items in the alley and sped off with no warning. I will post pictures to this review as well. When I tried to speak with the owner regarding his business, he cursed me and used every racial slur in his vocabulary. I will fight this shady company until the very end. read more

If you want a company that sends young men whom show up late, laden with tatoos, piercings and total disregard for your property, time and money then this is the one. They blow off appointments and will ruin your day. They don't wrap furniture, pack or handle anything properly. The put heavy items on light crushing things dropping boxes of china scratching furniture and have the nerve to tell you they won't unload your furniture without payment in full. Nothing good to say about this company. Worst of the worst and does not deserve another client or business license. read more
