Honestly mediocre. Expensive with tiny scoops, floppy/ old lettuce, no air conditioner inside and poor customer service. I waited 12 minutes to get a large bowl because they had to make new tuna luau. Fish was ok, didn't taste fresh to me, but honestly didn't taste terrible. I was excited a poke place opened up near me, but bummed it was the quality it was. Hoping for a better experience, perhaps I'll give it a second try. read more

The bowl was good but it was soo small for being a "large". I ordered through post mates which was a mistake because I would have atleast asked for more rice if I had known they were so skimpy with it. When I opened the bag I was surprised, I thought they gave me the wrong size but I looked at the receipt and apparently it was a large. I was more surprised at the tiny bit of rice I was given which is the cheapest thing!! I got enough fish but I paid extra for it. I've tried many poke places and normally a medium is enough to be full but their "large" was not filling I was still hungry when usually I'm stuffed from a medium at other poke places. I was just shocked when I opened the bag because what I payed I expected a decent size bowl. Even the presentation was horrible and such a turn off like if your going to be charging $17 for a bowl that is considered small at other places atleast finesse it and fill it in with some rice to make it not look tiny. I'm use to paying $$ for poke I understand poke isn't cheap but atleast I'm satisfied after. I genuinely feel so ripped off from this place. read more

I used to love this place. We always come here because my boss loves their food and we HAD great experience with the servers... but today was something different, I came in, Nov 5th at 12noon. There were 2 TONTAS working the counter. One fatty and one short with glasses. I'm describing them since they dont want to give their names... the fatty was ok... but the tonta with glasses fuck our order up like shit! They charged 3$ for 1 extra scoop of rice... wow!!! That's a RIP off!!! Now whoever's trained these fools need to train them again!!! I miss the old girls that used to work there!!! But they just lost a customer here... urgh! At first we wanted 2 orders of large one with rice as based and the other with half salad and half noodles. We wanted them in a huge container... so for the rice base she charged me 3$ extra... please tell me if that is reasonable??? Then for the salad and noodle base she was gonna give me a rice... then when I corrected her she said "you should have told me... " bitch i did, you just dont listen!!! Omg i am so furious right now I'm shaking!!! Oh and my order was to go and she didnt bag my orders... so I carried it out!!!
