He was helpful, honesty, knowledgeable, explained things clearly (I'm a bike mechanic, HVAC might as well be rocket surgery to me). So, having the clear explanations of what was needed, what might be needed, and what will be needed was incredibly appreciated. I put a service request in on the weekend received a call first thing Monday morning and an appointment scheduled within 2 days! My air conditioner had stopped working and Norman came out identified the issue, had the parts on hand and did the repair with in 1 hour. THE WORST HVAC company have ever dealt with. DO NOT hire these guys. #1 First they brought in the wrong units. Another 2 week delay. #2 Failed to replace Heat exchanger with heating strip so very little heat Still not fixed #3 Failed to hook up the air conditioning property. DOES NOT WORK #4 When I called the company to come out and fix it they didn't return my calls #5 When I told them the A/C didn't work they said it was beyond 45 days and I would have to pay to have them come out and fix it. Wow #6 I asked to talk with the supervisor and they refused to get on the phone to help me. #7 It was on delay after another and when I told them if they don't come out to fix it I would hire a lawyer. They refused to give me their address. HORRIBLE!! read more

Actually the issue was not with the thermostat and it was a wrong diagnosis. Also the common wire is not missing .. the real issue is with the control board . Your guys did a wrong diagnosis and made me waste my money ($285) on buying a new thermostat. The issue was power is not coming consistently to the device. No issue with the thermostat. The same doubt I had raised to the guy who came and he completely ignored. read more

Alex and Bailey came to my house for a Spring HVAC tune-up via my home warranty company (First American Home Warranty) on April 3, 2025 Both Alex and Bailey were super courteous, professional, patient and knowledgeable. Bailey consulted Alex to ensure his answers to my questions were properly done. They were very carefully checking all the necessary tune-up steps and explained to me thoroughly whenever I had a question. This is the second time I received the HVAC spring tune-up, My experience with Alex and Bailey made me realize that I was totally fooled by the previous tune-up technician two years ago who spent less than 10 minutes in my house and mistakenly told me there was no air filter designed and required with my AC. Update - the company reached out to me to solve the problems from the last time. They offered to install a larger system but my current ductwork would not support so I had to get that upgraded. I got them to do that as well. The installation went well this time overall and the system is working well. They also upgraded me to a higher quality brand (Carrier) than what the home warranty company paid for. The installers did a clean job. I am satisfied this time round. The only quibble I have with the installation is that once again they didn't do a bubble test or other test to ensure that the gas line was properly installed. I had a talk with one of their supervisors about this and he told me that he would talk to the installers to fix this issue. Otherwise, I don't have complaints with how the installation went.
