We placed a call to our home warranty company to have someone come out and repair our furnace that was not working correctly.  Air Experts contacted us and scheduled a date and time within 24hrs.  Nermin called when he was about 10-15 mins out from our house and arrived promptly. I was not home at the time, so my wife called me and I spoke with Nermin over the phone and explained the issues we were experiencing. He was very professional on the phone and listened to the details I provided.  During the time at our home, Nermin was very courteous, clean, and explained to my wife and I in detail what he was able to diagnose, and how to fix them. We appreciated his patience and honestly.  Nermin was able to fix the issue and also suggested a cleaning of our furnace. We have not cleaned the furnace in many years, so we agreed to do so. Scheduled an annual check-up through my home warranty. Air Experts was great to schedule with, and actively followed up with me when i missed their original call. They gave me an approx window of 10-2 for arrival, and their tech Chris was at my front door by 1230. Chris also did a great job of explaining what he was going to do with the system, then gave me a run down on everything when he was done. Gave me some tips for regular maintenance and took the time to explain what's going on in the industry and things to keep an eye on with my system. Friendly, professional, honest service. Despite my system being original and over 30 years old, he did not try to up-sell or scare me into replacing parts. He gave me a recommendation for a package that could help extend the life of the current components, but said they'd email it so i could look it over on my own time. read more

This company was assigned through my First American home warranty policy. The reached out fast and scheduled a next day appointment. Alex was my technician. He was on time and called 30 min beforehand as I had request. When he arrived he was very respectful of my house and covered his feet every time he entered the home. He was able to quickly figure out our issue and ended up replacing our old thermostat. Afterwards he inspected our ac unit and assured everything was operating as it should. 5 stars! We had Air Experts out through homeowners insurance to redo all of our ducts for AC/Heat. They did a great job. The air is flowing like crazy to all of our vents. Nermin came and fixed our heater and replaced our thermostat. He is very friendly, professional and prices are very reasonable. He explained exactly what needed to be repaired (igniter) and stayed until he made sure everything was working properly. He offered a very reasonable protection plan but was not pushy at all.
