The lamb haneeth with basmati was tender and it had a nice crust on the outside. The rashosh bread (which could be a meal by itself) was also a good complement to the meat and rice. I felt like my order could have used more lamb and less rice, but it was still enough to feed two people. The dressing for the greens was quite acidic and helps cut some of the richness from the fatty lamb.
