The other day I drove over and there was only one parking spot available in the little section west of the store. There has been no change. Albertson 'associates' continue their selfish, thoughtless, entitled ways. What has changed is my attitude twords unions. I will no longer support service oriented unions. (Imagine a Union that would threaten the economy of the entire nation. Once the RNC spits out Trump, I very well may reregister.) I will buy my meat at Costco and Stater brothers, I will buy my vegetables at Aldi's. Used to be in the store three or four times a week because it is only a mile away. Never again. Imagine, a relatively small group of inconsiderate, egocentric, self serving absorbed people, can change one's political view. read more

I came here and bought my CAREMAL kisses flowers here all the time then she became my daughter's mother! My daughter had a play last week and I bought her flowers. Which made me sad because I remember the feeling of coming being in love buy her mother flowers. Just to see her in my daughter! Want some flowers to surprise your loved ones I'd say come here. I was happy my car made it before the engine broke down and died. The prices for food and flowers are affordable and cost effective. It's the light skin dragon blasting through chino and chino hills to find something else to leave you with. read more

The bakery is phenomenal! I had a photo cake being done in a 24 hour turn around. There was a problem, but didn't pick up my messages until an hour before I was to pick up cake. I walked in thinking the worst ( when I had one done at Ralphs, and there was an issue,they didn't even bother to call. The person in charge of designing just sent out a below acceptable cake) Albertson's cake designer made the most beautiful cake and worked with the issue of the picture. This cake rivals Hansen's Cakes which would have cost $100 plus. I so appreciate the cake designer being able to roll with the issue and make it work out. read more

customer service is FANTASTIC!!! i've been to many supermarkets in my lifetime; from Vons to Ralph's to Whole Foods, i've never found staff who are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. all the staff actually seem to take pride in what they do, and that's pretty rare these days. i also love their rewards cards. i always save a lot every time i use it. it's too bad that they don't have a Coffee Bean, instead of Starbucks. but the fact that there is a dry cleaner, it's ingenious! the dry cleaner has extended business hours and their prices are very competitive. read more

Always the nicest people here. Very clean, has excellent quality produce. I love these people. They're open super late and super early. Lately they have been opening two hours later due to coronavirus and they deserve that. They are overworked and I hope they get some good rest soon. This is my favorite store to shop at in all of Chino Hills because the people are down to earth and kind. I have never ever had a bad experience at this Albertson's. I went over to this Albertson's because I can't find any sort of toilet paper or supplies anywhere. When I got there, there was a huge line, they were catering to the seniors, which touched my heart. I was not able to find any toilet paper or anything like that, but just to see them being so gracious to others, especially the elderly, was an awesome thing to see. I really wish they would stock up the store, the shelves are empty. read more

Good place. Was buying fireworks yesterday so I needed an atm and there was open and fast and the store was clean!

There is an old lady cashier is a RACIST, make me feel super uncomfortable, why they hired this guy before.

Went and made my own 6 pack with me and 3 other friends, our beers were expired in 2014. Not doing again!

Albertsons is price gauging their customers for paper products. I will never shop there again.
