Sadly I must redact my five star rating to one star as there was a major issue with the recent purchase of my all electric Denali truck. I was misinformed before and during the purchase process to find out that the range on my truck is not what I was disclosed the entire time of the purchase. The range I thought I was buying played a very big role in the decision of purchasing the vehicle.I have reached out to management and no one has responded. Beware when purchasing an electric vehicle and make sure you get what you were told in writing. I will report this to GM as well. read more

I was looking at cars on the website and sent in an inquiry about one. I got a text back from Jeran with a video of the car I was interested in. When I was asking him about prices and down payments he sent me a link to fill out. I had asked if this would run my credit at all. He said no it was a soft pull and he wouldn't run anything hard without my approval. Two minutes later I'm getting notifications that he ran a hard credit. I asked him why he wasn't upfront with me. He proceeded to blame me and then gave me Sam's number. Sam was very nice and apologetic and said he was going to talk to the manager and follow up with me to see if there was anything he could do to take off the hard credit check but I never received a call back. read more

Took my gmc truck in for the free oil change and get some minor recalls done. The auto stop still wasn't working, ON STAR said oil life was only 17 percent and my back tires were on the front and front tires were on the back. The service advisor said ON STAR was probably wrong. Checked the truck,it said ON STAR was right. I made mention about how capable the mechanic was or wasn't. that pissed the service jockey off. They said don't say bad things about their grease monkey. They can't build good vehicles and certainly can't fix them. read more

When I purchased a car from here they told me the previous owner brought the car to them for every service, one year later I called and asked the service team for the service records because I moved and they told me the car was never serviced there, they only had record of receiving it into inventory. I overall liked the location so I'll keep it at 3 stars, it's a general rule of thumb to never trust a dealer but disappointing when you catch them in a lie. read more

Made me sign 3 times and kept make small changes like adding tax and kept lying that he had to call the owner to get deal done. All bullshit and wasted 2 hours of my time.
