I used to swear by this place! Kellyn is so very sweet and a joy to deal with. Alex on the other hand is AWFUL! The last time I had my car fixed, the problem returned. It is still under warranty, but I would rather pay another shop to correct the issue than ever step foot there again. I called and asked to speak with Kellyn, but she was out on leave so I had to speak with Alex. I asked him to look up how my car was diagnosed previously because my auto warranty did not cover that method. He pulled up my last visit but insisted I needed a diagnostic exam. I tried to relay that I UNDERSTAND that a vehicle needs a diagnostic exam and that I am not opposed to that but whatever method they used to diagnose the issue previously was not sufficient per the warranty coverage. He was so arrogant and kept insisting that they can't fix my car without a diagnostic exam. I wasn't sure if it was that I was a woman or he just didn't understand. So, I told him that last time I spoke with Kellyn, and she told me the type of diagnostic exam they conducted. If he could just look my last visit up and let me know I will call and verify with my warrantee company what other methods of diagnosis they except for that particular issue. Again, he just insisted I can't have my car fixed with it being diagnosed. We must have gone in circles about this for several minutes. So, I said never mind and called my warranty company to have them look it up for me. After I received the information from my warrantee company, I called them back and explained that last time they did a visual diagnostic exam and they required another (I believe they said digital or electronic exam - I don't recall now). I asked him if he could perform that type of exam or if there was an alternate method that would meet the warranty company's requirement for reimbursement and he again kept insisting I have to pay for the diagnostic exam up front and they can't do repairs without a diagnostic exam. My mind was blown! I said I understand that. Kellyn relayed that to me last time and I paid upfront, but the warranty company did not reimburse me because of the method used for diagnosis. He responded, "I see, the problem was between you and Kellyn." It was hard not to take misogynistic offense at this point. I tried to explain to him that he was just not hearing or understanding my question again going in circles for several minutes, when he finally said, "Look, I'm not going to argue with YOU about how to fix a car!" I finally realized that there was no way that he was going to have enough respect or be able to drop his arrogance for long enough to actually compute that he was incorrect in his assumption regarding what it was I was asking him. So, I said, "Now you're just being condescending!" and I hung up. He was so stuck in his head about being right and so convinced I was just some dumb girl with zero automotive knowledge that he couldn't stop and open his mind to what I was actually asking. He just kept going in circles with me about a nonfactor that had already been established. The entire encounter stressed me out so much that I couldn't even bring myself to call back when I knew that Kellyn was back because I got anxiety every time I even thought about calling and having to even speak to him again. I'd scheduled an appointment through my warranty program as the warning light came on my dash. When I arrived, I found out that I needed to drop the car off early in the morning, as warranty programs require a full diagnostic. I am a visiting nurse and use my car to work, and that would be difficult for me to arrange a rental, etc. the lovely receptionist asked a tech to run a quick diagnostic to see what the problem was so I could plan to drop off in the future: it turns out all it was was low tire pressure! I purchased an oil change + tire rotation via Groupon for a place called All 4 Tires in Marietta, in hopes of keeping things simple, by taking my car to one place, instead of two. We arrived at 10am, to find out that there was only ONE mechanic working and 6-7 cars ahead of me, so I should drop my car off. I couldn't do that, as I just drove my car there. The mechanic was nice enough to fit me in and do the oil change really quickly, which I really appreciated. I inquired about the lack of tire rotation, to which, the man at the desk (named Barrett) tells me that since I told them I'd be getting new rear brakes soon, they'd take care of it. That wasn't the issue! I paid for the service and it wasn't performed. PERIOD. Then, on the drive home, we hear rattling and banging from the undercarriage and upon returning home, find that the engine splash cover was not bolted back in place and was essentially destroyed on the drive home. Understandably, I was ENRAGED. I call the shop, speak with Barrett, explain the issue and he advises me that, "oh the dust cover doesn't really have a purpose and it happens sometimes." DOES IT?? IT'S NEVER HAPPENED TO ME! He said he would get me a new one and would send someone to my house (25 miles away) to come take the engine cover off, which they did, he came 45 minutes later and tore it off. He advised me that they would order me another one and have it to me in a week. 15 days later he finally calls me, after I have followed-up via phone numerous times to no avail, and tells me the part is in and to bring my car back. So, I did. After an hour and a half waiting in the waiting area, it is finally put back on. I AM SUPER UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE and would really suggest not sending any other customers there. read more

When I called, Ebony the lady at the front desk was rude, tried to argue that there were other issues with the car that my personal mechanic had already taken care of and if he were not out of town, I wouldn't have come to All4 Tires in the first place. So much for haste and Groupons. When I called to reiterate that the air wasn't cool Ebony (front desk receptionist) basically told me that because I used a Groupon that the work was undermined. Do not take your car here, they are not accountable for not providing the service that you pay them for, and Ebony will think of every excuse possible to make their neglect of your vehicle right. I took my vehicle there for an oil change and wheel alignment. I used a Groupon discount as a price matching for the service. I was told that the oil drain plug had been rounded off from my previous oil change at a AAA certified repair shop. I approved the $2 and change for a new oil drain plug. Next they were to do the wheel alignment. They stopped to tell me that the mechanic who had installed all new front end parts on my vehicle had improperly installed the inner tie rod end to the rack and pinion. I've used this mechanic for 20+ years and his work has always been impeccable. The manager/owner used scare tactics to convince me to hurry and get it taken care of as they were soon to be closing. He stated that the wheel could fall off on my way home if I didn't get it fixed then and there. I called the mechanic that installed the parts and I let the shop manager tell him the problem over voicemail. He was very upset that his work had been criticized by these scammers. I support my mechanic who's been doing a great job on all of my vehicles in the past rather than this place that I went to for the first and last time. My check tire air pressure light came on inside my car. Since it is late on a Friday evening, I knew there would be no Honda dealer willing to accept my car without "checking it." All I need is some air, not a new engine, radio system, and whatever else they can think of when a single young lady arrives looking wild-eyed and frightened. I decided to give this place a try and I am so glad I did. Kenny is a very friendly good nature man. He works quickly and efficiently without the useless chatter. He is there to access the customer's needs and get you going. He put air in all of my tires, and the spare for $5. Easy peasy. Easily and by far the most cost-effective Emissions Testing in the Metro area. The young lady at the counter doing the invoicing was extremely personable and pleasant. They were well on the way to 5-stars and then the reality of it all manifested itself in FULL. Apparently, there was some statewide system calibrating or updating that was started right as I pulled up, which put a delay on my test being able to be run by the system, but the Technician was gracious enough to give me a heads up about it, so kool - No worries. However, as I was forced to linger around, I soon realized that there was a lot of confusion going on between the service area and the front desk, which made me wonder how many service hiccups happen here due to the constant miscommunications. I can only speculate, since all I had done was an Emissions Test (Which ultimately took waaaaay too long to complete), but maybe the 2-star overall rating is much more appropriate than I'm thinking? read more

Please ignore all of the FAKE 5 star reviews to bring their rating up and read through the 1 star reviews. My husband reached out to this business in search of tires for our Infinity EX35. Upon bringing our vehicle there, they took two hours to replace our tires. The excuse provided was that the bolts to our wheels were rusted on. I know this to be a lie due to the fact that my husband and I recently replaced the brake pads and had no such issue. The aluminum valve stem protectors were marred by whichever employee worked on the vehicle along with one of the valves damaged. On top of all of this, the business illegally sold me a tire that was patched from the inside and also had a plug. I should have known considering I checked my psi before leaving and this tire was significantly lower than the rest. Upon leaving a negative review of the business and notifying them, they requested that I contact them to come to a resolution. I called and I spoke with a manager that claimed I spoke with him before, I did not, and that I was a liar who patched and plugged the tire who was trying to get free stuff. I never requested anything from them. Then he proceeds to hang up on me and block me on Facebook when I provided pictures/evidence to back my claim. Scammers! I have had several issues with this establishment the last being on my daughter's 2006 Honda pilot. I went for an oil change and approved air filter replacement. I didn't approve a few other big ticket items that they told me had to be done immediately as it was dangerous.On the way home the car started smelling like fire and the brakes went out. I took it back and they said the intake hose had cracks that the owner Alex(who did my oil change) didn't see. They replaced it and only charged me labor so I felt good. I took the car to Weaver Brake and Tire(who are awesome!) and they said NOTHING was dangerous, just maintenance! On top of that my oil was over a quart low! I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, I even got Chick fil A for everyone while they were replacing the hose. They then charged me an additional 15 to recalibrate the stems (which should have been included the first time, it wasn't). But here is the kicker. Took my car to Discount Tire and noticed my back tire was low. Turns out it was my front. The 15 we spent was just him filling my tires up with air. Not pleased with the service experience nor the operation of my car post labor. I purchased the Groupon of 4-wheel alignment with tire rotation. Upon my 1st arrival an assessment was performed on my car and I was told that an alignment could not be performed until repair/replacement of my front tie rods were completed another $318 estimated repair. Unbeknownst to me they redeemed the Groupon WITHOUT my permission and by default had to patron this shop since unable to get a refund on my Groupon. I scheduled an appointment for repairs and alignment. Upon arrival my parts had NOT been ordered which extended the wait time to nearly 3 hours. After having repairs completed by this shop, the alignment was "attempted". I was told that the rear alignment could not be performed since they were locked perhaps since my car was stationed up north considerably amount of time. FALSE!!!! I have indeed had alignments completed successfully while a resident in Georgia, the issue was more so the ineptness of the attending mechanic. No concessions were offered. Now after driving the car for sometime I have to say the car drives WORSE now than it had prior to repairs, shaky, unstable drive on expressway level speeds.... why does 1 star even exist. I though I could trust this place I recently took my Jeep in to get the lift put on. I usually do everything myself but I was clueless with the adjustable control arms. So I said, I'll just pay to get it done right at a shop "All4Tires in Austell, Ga" 3 days later I get a call saying that the Jeep is ready. I went to pick my Jeep up at 7pm The Head tech said the Jeep is good to go and he test drove it. I didn't think about checking it out because their supposed to be "professional" according to the Ad. Drove home 30 minute ride Jeep felt weird I figure it's because it's a new suspension? The next day i decided to get it Towed for an alignment and clunk concern to Off-road Mafia Up in ball ground Ga. Y'all check them out these people are great! Great service. And here is the results below.80% of the bolts weren't tighten and parts put on wrong. The suspension is completely jacked up!! I had to pay $1300extra to get my Jeep right. I was in yesterday with a Groupon for a 3D 4 Wheel Alignment with tire rotation and high speed balance (only on the front-found this out after checking out). Make sure to read the fine print completely on the Groupon. If I had been told this I would have paid for the other two to be balanced. I will take the blame on the balance issue, but who only balances the front tires. Well on my way to work this morning the vehicle is still pulling to the left and the vibration is still there when I reach a certain speed. I am very dissatisfied with the the whole process. And on top of all this one of my lug nuts was stripped. And I do not believe my personal mechanic did it. I received a quote from them of $147.00 to replace it. The part only cost $5.00 (really). Took my car in for an alignment. 55 mins later I was told they wouldn't align my car due to a vibration caused by me needing back brakes. It took 15 mins for them to bring my car down so I could leave. After I left and took my car somewhere else and they said my back brakes were fine and completed the alignment in less than an hour. Diagnosed my mother's car for an oil leak and stated it was a rear main seal issue. They advised an astronomical amount for repair. Before agreeing to repair I sought a second opinion of which they found it wasn't the rear main seal after all. It wasn't even an oil leak. It was engine coolant dropping on the bottom of car that became soiled and it looked like oil. Or only did they mis-diagnose the car, they actually added 2 quarts of oil, charged my mother for it along with $100 for a diagnostic fee. The second mechanic had to drain the oil that was overfilled. I've called twice to try to get a refund for my mom for the mis-diagnostic charge since having the car repaired and have gotten no response. Taking money from an older woman on a fixed income is terrible. So sorry we gave them a chance a small local business we were only trying to support! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE I took my car to "all 4 tires in Marietta, ga" two weeks ago, I truly wished I looked at the reviews before. The only reason I took it here was because there was a Groupon deal that stated I get an wheel alignment, tire rotation and a state inspection for $40 something. Which I thought was a great deal. I was unable to get the wheel alignment because he made up a FAKE issue, he stated I need front quickstruts lower control arms. He was gonna charge me $700 to repair. Thankfully, I refused because they are incompetent and unable to fix cars properly. I did end up paying for a brand new tire, got my tires rotated and a "state inspection". Fast forward to a week ago, my passenger lugs completely broke off and has caused other damaged to my car. Their mistake could have caused a accident or something much worse. I also need new wheel barrows as a result. The expenses are $550. The technician that is repairing my car PROPERLY has said that the lugs were not put on correctly, they were loose. Alex Munoz, the owner refuse to take responsibility for his employees mistake. He says I have to bring my car back up there, he has to find the reason for why this happen and if he believes they are responsible, He will fix it. But I refuse to let him touch my car again. I can't say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of this place. I purchased a Groupon for a 4 tire alignment and they had me out within an hour. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and we're totally honest with any potential issues that I could run into that they found with my car, without shoving extra services at me. They also told me as I was checking out that they will honor the Groupon prices without having to purchase from the Groupon website, you just simply call to request an appointment for what you are looking for and mention the Groupon price and they will honor it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! In December I brought my car in to to get an alignment and I was told that the alignment couldn't be done because I needed new axle joints, tie rods and tires, Jeremy proceeded to quote me $1400 bucks to fix it. Thankfully I work with a bunch of car guys, so I asked one of mechanic friends and he told me to walk out of there, that it should only be $400ish to fix. So I told Jeremy that I would think about it and let them know, but I asked them to go ahead and change my oil - I normally only go to the dealership because I've had issues in the past with other places but I was already there, so why not. I took my car to my friends shop and he inspected my car and said my tires were fine, my tie rods were fine and I only needed one of the axle joints replaced. We went ahead and replaced both the axel joints and after parts and labor is was a $350 fix. In regards to my oil - I just hit 3000 miles a week ago since they changed it and I had planned to take it in to the dealership this coming weekend to get it changed. Well this past Friday my check engine light came on. I took it in to the dealership today and come to find out my oil was never actually changed my oil and there was almost no oil in it. It still even had the same oil filter that the dealership had put in when they changed it. Thankfully my engine is fine. But this is unacceptable - first they try to swindle me and then they pulled this, thankfully I caught it in time. This could have done major damage to my vehicle. read more

I was not able to take my car to Carmax which is where I always go for repairs, but they had no sooner time available and offered ALL FOUR TIRES WHICH WAS A MISTAKE. i went to have my car to have oil leak repaired, the window on drivers side was going down slow to repair it. Since I started these repairs I have had to take the car back to them 3 times, to date it is still not fixed and the oil is leaking still, oil was leaking after repair was supposed to be done. The management Alex and Jeremy had employees who left, a very big turnover of employees. My warranty paid however the situation is not resolved and the manager stated I am sorry but I am not in the office much. The manager Jeremy feels and sounds compassionate but the work is still not done. I now have to pay another deductible to have someone else try and determine the issue. They said i would need a suspension check first then I was told the alignment could not be done with out a camber bolt kit that the car doesn't come with from the factory, front rotors, and brake pads. I got an oil change back in July 2018 and afterwards I was worried because the check engine light had turned on. It turned out that they had been careless. They checked my air filter and failed to place it back properly. Now that I am performing an oil change on my own, it seems like they used the wrong socket size and destroyed the oil plug. I cannot get it out myself. Went there to explain the situation, said they don't have time to fix it until next week and have the audacity to ask me how they would be charging me for their service instead of fixing their mistake for free. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone UPDATE on 11-16-2018: since I had an appointment for today, I arrived on time to get a new oil plug which they had damaged in the first place along with an oil change. I had taken off work early since the appointment fell during the day. After giving them my key, they returned it saying they were unable to help me because of my negative review in the first place and that I was lying online. I assure everyone I have no reason to be making anything up or lying about anything. In the end I was rejected just because of a negative comment instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and fixing the issue. I lost time from work for no reason. They could have given me a call and let me know they would be unwilling to do the work instead of telling me at the last moment. Terrible customer service and experience.
