On Friday Mark & I were headed to Gwinett as we were exciting the freeway his truck started to shake violently. I looked out the window & saw his back passenger tire was completely off the car. We had to stop immediately on the freeway over pass because the truck could not move. The lug nuts had completely snapped off the back tire we saw them in the middle of the street. The police came & called a wrecker. When the wrecker arrived he said we needed to carefully get Kenzie out of the car because the car was basically sitting on 3 wheels & could fall at any minute. The car is towed & the mechanic tells Mark that it is by the Grace of God that this did not happen on the freeway because if it had happened we would have had a horrible accident because not only were those lug nuts not on good the front passengers were not on good as well. We would have a rollover situation. The mechanic could tell that Mark must have had work done on his truck & Mark had just had 4 tires put on by All 4 Tires - Goodyear Store in Marietta. When he contacted them today their response was it wasn't their problem & there was no warrant on the tires. They had no concern over the fact that 3 lives including that of an 18 month old child was in jeopardy due to the negligence of their company. Not to mention the money Mark was out to due to having to get new lug nuts & getting the truck towed. If your in the Marietta area NEVER use this company for ANY service!!! i was gifted a groupon for an alignment to all 4 tires for my recently purchased used car. They drove my car around dirtying up my steering wheel and floor boards with oil. Then they told me I needed tie rods that would run me $1200. About a month later I went to Pep Boys on Macland Rd. where I found that not only was an alignment never done, I didn't need tie rods. I ended up getting four new tires an alignment and some mail in rebates for $650. I don't suggest getting your car serviced here. They don't repair vehicles read more

I'll never use this business again, and recommend you to stay away. I bought an oil change gift certificate for my girlfriend. When she redeemed it, they said she had to pay an additional $10 because her car requires a "special" oil filter. She drives a 2016 Toyota Camry, one of the most commonly driven cars in the USA. We've had the oil changed 12+ times, and no one has ever charged a premium because Camry's require a "special" oil filter - because they don't. The technician who worked on the car also left oily footprint stains on the driver side car mat, because he didn't put a paper floor mat down to protect the carpet. It was very inconvenient to clean up after the mess they made. read more

I came to this shop 2 days before Christmas And I told them I had long drive planned and I wanted to get an oil change and inspection done. I bought the groupon for the full synthetic, filter change, and tire rotation. First when I went to the shop they told me I had a recall on my car and this is when I made my first mistake by telling them I didn't know much about cars and asked if they could explain to me the details about the recall of the part. I then I went to the waiting room and waited for my oil change and inspection to be done. About 2 hours go by and they come back to tell me my car has several things wrong with it. 1. My front tires are bad and need replaced. This is true so I was fine with it. 2. My break pads all need replaced. I thought this may have been true so I was fine with it. Then things got weird. 3. My engine water pump has a huge leak so that needs replaced along with the entire thermostat because it goes along with it. 4. My front axle is completely broken and needs replaced so the tires cannot be replaced until that is done. I was completely in shock because my car drives fine and I have no issues with it, I thought I was just there for a normal oil change. All in all the repairs and parts came to a total of $2,000. I became probably visibly saddened because I'm a young college student and I explained that I was driving up north and didn't have the money for all of this. The woman warned me not to drive my car up north and instead insisted I ask my parents for the money to fix the car (which I knew they didn't have). I went home feeling weird about it all so it is now the day after Christmas and I took my car to a Firestone with 5 star reviews and got a full diagnostic inspection. I left Firestone paying $400 for 2 new tires, an alignment and inspection with absolutely nothing found wrong with my car. There is no broken axle, no broken engine water pump, and even my break pads only 2 of them need replaced within the next 3 to 6 months but it's not urgent. These people completely tried to scam me out of $2,000 and felt no remorse in telling me to not drive my car to see my family when it was all complete lies. Ive read reviews about this shop taking advantage of women in this way and most likely young people with limited knowledge beyond the basics and now I know how true it really is. The sad part is, if they had just told me what I actually needed they would have gotten my money and future business. I will never come to shop again and warn all of you not to. read more

Let's just say beware of taking your vehicles here. The time I took my car and my wife's car here for emissions, oil change, other services, we continuously dealt with nails in the tires of both cars. Prior to having our cars serviced here, we've never had any issues. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say these nail problems are purely coincidental but it really makes you think if they are putting nails in on purpose so you have to paying them to patch them... I mean, the chance of driving over a thin nail that's sticking up off the ground at the perfect angle so it get's embedded in the rubber.. hmmm One time, after servicing my wife's car, they never put the cap back on. Of course, the tire started going flat and we were convinced it was the lack of cap that was causing the air to go out and we were frustrated at All4Tires. I took the car there and they brought it in showing 2 nails in the tire. Paid to replace that tire and after that we decided we should take our cars elsewhere. Maybe it's just bad luck with them. Out of the people that work there, Al is pretty cool. Alex has anger management issues. Prices are very fair for services. Good luck if you take your vehicles there. read more

STAY AWAY, this is my first yelp review. I had such terrible service with this place i had to report it to the public. The owner is a hack mechanic. I went in for a simple alignment on my car only to leave with a cooked steering wheel and a car tracking to the left. I called back and he proceeded to tell me something else was wrong with the car. Its impossible for the computer to make mistakes. I ended up going to the dealer and having it adjusted for free since this guy did such an terrible job. incompetent mechanic with uncalibrated equipment. Also while I was there I heard him and his co workers selling customers BS services like engine flushes and other services. Avoid! They have a "cheap" groupon it get you in the door. Once there they cannot honor because you MUST get an additional inspection. If they "find" anything, they will not charge you if you agree to the repairs. If you decline then you will be charged for the inspection which you never requested. I declined the inspection and he reminded me that I couldn't get a refund of the groupon. I didn't care. I figured they would do something to my car. And low and behold, I see other reviews about my fears. Sorry those people got caught in this gimmick. Glad I avoided it. When I explained this is bad business and this could hurt his business long term, his response was, The small tire hits the road more than the big tire. We can adjust faster." I just responded, ok and left. I'd rather lose $60 on a groupon than to give these guys more and start issues with my vehicle. Just stay away from these guys. And read other reviews about them. I came here to get two tires replaced. The job took them 2 hours! When I went to pay, the owner/employee attempted to blame the wait on whomever I took my car to last by asking me who it was and continuing to say they stripped the bolts to my wheels . The bolts are not stripped and there was no previous place my vehicle was taken to. There is no issue with removing my wheel, because my husband and I have removed them twice before to install new brake pads. Come to find out, the employee who installed the new tires not only marred the protective caps to my valves, but also damaged one of the valves. Now the tire with the damaged valve continuously looses air and I am stuck with repairing what they have damaged. Do not take your vehicle here, especially if you have a nice car. They do not know what they are doing and they do not confess to their mistakes. You will end up paying more in the end. Horrible service. read more

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Do not do business with the owner (Alex) of this business (All 4 Tires) At best he is a liar and con artist. Alex sells cars as a second business. I purchased a Chrysler 2006 300c from him with supposedly completely rebuilt engine. After about (800) miles I had to take it back because it was using a qt of oil every 175 miles. Alex said he had rather install another rebuilt HEMI engine instead of rebuilding the engine that was in the vehicle when I purchased it. I told him I didn't have a problem with that. It took about 3 - 4 weeks to get the car back after many phone calls. It was a continue string of lies from Alex and his business partner who supposedly built the engines for my car. After about another (700) miles the engine blew. The engine blew up so bad that it put (2) holes on each side of the block at the base plus it blew a hole in the oil pan. Needless to say I had to get another block to rebuild. What really upset me the engine that blew had never been rebuilt by Alex. When the heads were removed you could tell everything was old like a used engine. All the Pistons were covered in carbon deposite. I repeat this man is not to be believed or do business with including his business partner. There is a lot more to this horror story. WARNING!!! WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! WARNGING!!! Terrible experience! My mom and I brought our cars in for detailing using a Groupon and I was also getting an oil change and tire rotation. They said it would take no more than an hour. THREE hours later we leave with the cars looking no cleaner than when we arrived. Just when we thought it couldn't get worse, a couple of months later I go to get new tires put on at a different store and these people apparently never put the lug nut keys back in my car from the tire rotation! Total disaster all around, and definitely not worth saving the few extra bucks upfront. read more

I was told that I needed a new tire on the front driver side and was shown a brand new tire only to find out that even though I paid for a new tire, I was given a used tire that was patched on the outer rim of the tire which usually cant be patched because of the location and risk of a blow-out. I drove all the way to MI with that tire and was lucky that it did not blow but only deflate. I called and spoke to the owner who was completely rude and said that I was sold a used tire and not a new one...although my receipt says otherwise. Then he proceeds to tell me that he would refund my money but he is not paying for the disposal fees for the bad tire and he would deduct that from my refund...needless to say I went up there and threw the tire in their lobby and was refunded fully and I intend on filing a complaint with the BBB regarding this issue, because they are scamming customers. read more

Got an oil change coupon off Groupon. When I went in, the lady told me it'd be an extra $7 for my 'special filter' (not mentioned anywhere in the special language of Groupon). They didn't do the 30-point inspection (supposed to be included too), dirtied up my car, and didn't replace the hood latch correctly. Customer service was ok, not great, and the place just felt.... I go back & they tell me its because I need performance tires and I must be "doing donuts in the parking lot" (Which I most definitely do NOT and never have) I buy brand new #1 rated performance tires AGAIN and THEN THE SECOND SET OF TOP QUALITY TIRES ARE ATE UP AGAINNNN, not a drop of tread, steel coming out of tires in 4 WEEKS FLAT AGAIN! I take my car to a new shop and they tell me it's because ALL 4 TIRES DIDN'T DO MY REAR END ALIGNMENT RIGHT so my car was so out of line in the back it ate up not one, but TWO SETS OF BRAND NEW TIRES. $750 IN TIRES GONE IN 8 WEEKS FLAT. I tell All 4 tires they screwed me up by not doing my alignment right, then told me it was because I had the wrong tires, and since my tires I got from them are under warranty, I want a refund and THE MANAGER AL, (who is writing below) had the nerve to tell me he would not take my tires back or give me any money back. This is the worst place EVER for an oil change. I could have done a better job!!! Now I have a nice( big) little oil leak all over my garage and when I took the car back, they said it was just split oil from when it was being changed. I got under the car and there is no mistake it is leaking oil. Someone is going to answer for this.. It's my new car and now it's getting oil all over my new engine. These guys have had my car since December. Replaced the motor and clutch. Went to pick up my car 3 weeks ago and the oil light was on and the engine sounded horrible (only drove car across parking lot) and returned it. They said they would rebuild the bottom of the engine. Picked car up again a week ago and drove 5 miles and car started smoking and leaking anti-freeze. They picked the car up and haven't returned my calls.Sad!!! read more

I went to all 4 tires with a groupon for an alignment. That went well. I was told I needed to get rotors and brakes. I did. After about a week I began to notice a sound coming from my left brake. I went back to all 4 tires, the guy sean was rude and disrespectful to me. He test drove my car and came back in aggressively saying mam I don't hear no noise! I said sir my car is making a noises mam I don't know what to tell you! I did yours brakes and I know how to do my job and walked back into the shop. I have never felt so belittled in my life. If I could give 0 stars, I would...I bought an alignment deal from Groupon. I went in & I was told that my alignment couldn't be done bc my tire rods were rusted & the mechanic couldn't remove them...I was also told I needed brakes & rotors. In order to get the alignment, I "needed inner & outer tire rods". I was quoted almost $700 for these 3 parts. Immediately after leaving, my truck felt VERY unbalanced. It was not the same as when I 1st came in. I went & purchased my own parts & took my truck to my personal mechanic. He took the tire rods off with no issues. He said the brakes & rotors needed replacing but there were no issues with my tire rods. I went ahead & replaced them anyway..if my mechanic was able to remove them why couldn't they be removed by the mechanic priori to the alignment? Bc all 4 tires are a rip off..that's why. When I returned to talk to the owner about it, he made excuses, was impatient & rude... I asked how to get my $ back & he told me to contact Groupon. I walked out & he said "your welcome". PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! I BEG OF YOU!! I purchased a Groupon and got an Oil change/rotated tires/safety inspection. The owner called me and said I needed 2 tires, front brake pads and rotors. I decided to get it done because I was headed out of town the next week and I wanted the car in great working condition. My car was worked on Saturday (June 18th) , not even 2hrs later, one of the two tires they put on my car flattened. I brought my car back to them and they changed it. Thursday, June 23rd, I headed out of town. While on the road, it felt like my wheel was going to come off. I had to risk driving on it because I was in the middle of nowhere. When I finally got to my destination, I had to pay someone else to check it out and they told me whoever put the tire on did not screw the nuts in all the way and the remaining three were improperly installed. I contacted ALL4TIRES and the owner, ALEJANDRO did not once get on the phone after I specifically asked to speak to him. His receptionist kept referring messages from him. She told me to bring the car back in but the problem was, I was out of town and couldn't do that. I ended up having to rent a car for the rest of my trip which I did not budget for AND pay someone to make the car at least operable so that I could make it back in town to Georgia. I told the receptionist the exact day I was coming back in town and I wanted to speak to the owner in person since my issue wasn't important enough for him to even give me a call back or get on the phone during the initial call. When I got back in town, I brought my car back, once I got there, he's nowhere to be found even though I said what time and day I would be there. The receptionist stated he was NOW out of town for a week. As a result, I had to continue to drive around on a bad wheel for a WHOLE week as I could not afford to RENT a car for another week. I came back after the week, yet again (mind you I'm taking off work to do so), and he happened to be there. I could have told him how unprofessional he he handled my situation or his lack luster attitude about it or how he ignored my repeated calls but at this point I was exhausted. I just told him I wanted my car FIXED IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN BEFORE THEY EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR. I had none of these wheel issues before they worked on it. He brought it to the back and pretended to check it out. He said he didn't think it had anything to do with their work unless it was the tire. I told him the wheel may have gotten damaged BECAUSE the nuts were not installed properly and unbeknownst to me, had fallen off. I had driven 500 miles before I got to my destination and someone was able to check it out. So yes, their work was the byproduct to the new issue that had arose. I HAVE NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES WITH MY WHEEL EVER BEFORE ALL4TIRES WORKED ON MY CAR. As my husband I noticed that Alejandro was dismissing their wrong doing and continued to check out tires instead of looking elsewhere to the structure of the wheels, we decided to take my vehicle to somewhere else because we were getting nowhere. So now I'm stuck with more damages to repair than what I did before I brought my car here on June 18th. Not to mention the money I paid for the rental car I had to use out of town instead of using my OWN car and the money I paid someone else to just put a band-aid on the problem so I can get back to Georgia safely. Not to mentioned the time wasted on phone calls trying to hunt Alejandro down and missing work trying to bring the car in. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE LONG READ BUT PLEASE TAKE HEED TO MY MESSAGE TO YOU WHEN I SAY, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THIS OWNER IS MAKING HAND OVER FIST MONEY CATCHING PEOPLE THROUGH THE GROUPON BAIT BUT DOESN'T REALLY CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH HIS WORK.
