I grew up eating pho my whole life and I have to say, this is THE BEST pho I've ever had in my entire life (I'm over 40 years old)! The broth is so flavorful - cooked for 48 hours! And there's NO MSG!!!! I had the short rib pho and it comes with 2 giant bones of short rib. And they also offered to give me extra noodles for FREE! When you check into yelp, which I obviously did, they also give you a free herbal tea which is the most delicious blend of chrysanthemum tea, chamomile tea, and monk fruit in the coolest ceramic vessel. My belly is so full and happy and I even got to take some home for a second meal. The prices are a little higher than your typical pho place but it's worth every dollar. Will def be back the next time we are in Cerritos! This place is pretty new and family owned - head on over if you're in the mood for a delicious gourmet bowl of pho. I heard so much hype about All About Pho and had to try it out for myself. This is a very trendy and modern Pho restaurant in Cerritos. The workers were super friendly, welcoming, and super attentive. I tried the fish sauce fries, which I highly recommend for starters. The fries were super crispy and the flavors were savory. For the main course, I had to try the Pho Tai Wagyu, which is pho that comes with premium thin sliced beef; one of the most expensive pho item on their menu. The wagyu was tender and flavorful. I really enjoyed it. I also got to try the Pho Tai Bung, which is pho that comes with marbled beef belly. Honestly, out of the two pho items I tried here, I actually really enjoyed the Pho Tai Bung more, because it was delicious and fatty with a super creamy broth. One of the best parts about eating here is the unlimited noodle refill! Such an excellent deal that's hard to beat. I left overly stuffed and satisfied. Went to try out this place since I heard their beef bone broth isn't made with MSG and they have beef belly in their pho! And I was intrigued about their Hanoi custom made decor and cookware from Saigon in Vietnam. The restaurant is located two doors to the left of The Habit Burger store in the same plaza as TJ Maxx, Burlington, Chuck e Cheese, Olive Garden next to the 605 freeway. Upon entry, we were greeted fairly quickly with friendly waiters and seated right away. The restaurant wasn't crowded during lunch on a Friday. The tables and chairs were dirty though. FYI. At the top of the menu it states they automatically add a 2% fee for their kitchen staff in the back, but you can always ask to remove it. Also, it says they are a cashless store. I got the Pho Xe Lua since it had all the different types of meat and was the most popular option. The beef broth bone was clean and flavorful! I really like the beef belly slices in my dish and there were a lot of those. The short rib wasn't as tender as I wanted it to be since it didn't fall off the bone as easy... lol took me a bit of biting to get all the meat off. I wanted to give this restaurant a higher rating but just couldn't because of the service. I've been seeing All About Pho on Tiktok as the new pho spot. I was excited to try some of their items and recommended it to my friends. For starters, we got the roasted bone marrow ($18) and fish sauce fries ($10) - a must try. For drinks, we checked in on Yelp for free herbal iced teas and got the mid-autumn dream ($5). For pho, we got the pho tai ($16), pho chin ($16), and pho xe lua ($19) - best seller. They give unlimited thin noodles, but it takes long to arrive. My favorite was the starters. I enjoyed the bone marrow and fries the most! The pho was decent, but nothing special. Presentation wasn't that appealing unless you get the pho xe lua. Pho broth should be clear, but ours was not. The broth was also lacking in flavor. Compared to other pho restaurants in OC, I've had better. Now service is what made our dining experience less enjoyable. The waiter we had was nice, but lacks experience and forgot everything. He confirmed our order, but forgot to bring out our drinks until we had to ask someone else. We also never got our bone marrow. We had to check on it multiple times. Imagine trying to enjoy your meal but drinks and appetizers don't come out until the end when they bring out the bill. Food and drinks were presented beautifully, but not sure if I would come back after experiencing the service I got. They didn't do anything to make it up. They also charged for a kitchen fee. They emphasize a unique cooking method and no msg (not that I mind) for their beef broth and it had a clean, slightly sweet and fatty taste with depth of flavor.
