It can get really busy on the weekends but a helpful manager really makes the team move smoother. They also had fun decorations up for Lunar New Year. A new pho spot in Cerritos! The atmosphere and design inside is great, very clean and modern looking. The presentation of the food was also a plus. Free herbal tea with Yelp checkin was provided in a unique mug with a flower on top which was such a nice touch for a free drink. Service was good as well, very attentive and friendly. Now the reason for the three stars- personally, the flavor of the food wasn't my favorite. I ordered the pho tai which had beef belly. The beef belly was nice and fatty, but the broth wasn't anything to write home about. I will say it was very clean tasting if that's what you're looking for but it tasted a bit flat for me personally. Not as rich and flavorful as other pho places I've tried. We did get one each & its not like a super small portion, its like another bowl. That itself got me to tell the boys, when we out here we eating hahaha. The short rib, meat slid right off clean & they give a generous amount of meat too! Yes the price is higher than SGV but they also accommodate with the unlimited & a lot of meat. Wife finished her bowl, meats included. Which in our 9 years together, never happened & she would have to give me like half the meat. It could be because they are more thinly sliced but we counting pieces not alice thickness Service was great. Wish i saw who helped us (or remembered his name) but he was great & very attentive. After my recent poor review about how they wanted to kick us out before we even received our food orders, the owner replied on my post apologizing. They instructed me to reach out directly to make arrangements for our next visit, hoping to make up for my recent terrible experience. So I reached out to them directly as instructed, and NO ONE ever replied or called me back. I used various ways to contact them (through Yelp messaging AND on their restaurant website's email), and no response after almost a month. The worst part is the Yelp messaging actually shows that they READ the message. So that only means they are purposefully ignoring me. All About Pho offers nothing but fake apologies and falsifies their value on customer service. I will NOT be coming back, and I hope others won't make this mistake like me and waste their time on this place. read more

Had to try this place after seeing it on Instagram and I have to tell you that the pho was pho-nominal! Super rich in flavor. I came on a Monday around noon and the wait wasn't bad at all. Parking lot had plenty of parking. The pho really stood out here with its flavors because I didn't even need to alter it with sauces, limes, or anything really. Other people mentioned their rib wasn't tender or fall off the bone so I was hoping this wasn't the case for my bowl and honestly my party each had fall off the bone quality when we went so we were not disappointed. The only thing I would say is the fries were a little heavy on the fish sauce side so if there was an option to have it 50% less sauced I think it would have been better (although it was still pretty good). The place has a good amount for seating, which looks nice, and the waitress was very nice and told us recommendations and what's most popular there. Saw the other table order the pho with 2 bones and decided to try that as well. Super cool that they offer a free herbal drink with a Yelp check in. The free drink was surprisingly good, very refreshing. My first time trying the 2 bones pho, the meat literally fell off the bone. It was so tender and overall it hit the spot. I came back a few weeks later to get the same thing, this time the meat was not as tender as the first time. Still very good. I really do like that they also offer free thin noodle refill - felt very well taken care of! Also definitely get their fish sauce fries, the umami makes you keep wanting more.
