Ordered the Nuoc Mam Fries and Pho Xe Lua. The Nuoc Mam Fries were a novel twist on french fries. Their fries are thinly sliced and fried very well giving them a slight crunch but nice chewy texture. The nuoc mam flavor is a great way to create a fusion dish so you could probably skip the ketchup. The Pho Xe Lua is one of their popular dishes with thinly sliced beef belly, beef tendon, beef balls, braised brisket and flank, and 1 lb short-rib. This pho was a very nice choice if you've got a big appetite and looking to get a little bit of everything beef. The broth was good and the noodles were a good consistency. It's nice to have a variety of beef forms, the brisket was very soft and the short rib was easy to pull apart. The beef belly cooked just in time in the broth and was tender. The Beef tendon was plentiful and retained its shape like little jello cubes. Oh and there are free unlimited thin noodles for dine-in. This place has a lot of foot traffic and gets busy during the dinner rush so you'll likely have to be on a waitlist before it's your turn. The inside gets loud with lots of conversations happening around you and thankfully the background music is an appropriate volume. Fortunately, parking is adequate in the general area as this seems to be part of a much larger plaza. We both said,"Not at the moment" and looked at each other like that was strange. Honestly at this point I'm not sure if I want additional noodles because I just began my meal. How am I supposed to know...? I'm maybe a third of the way done with my bowl of pho and the waiter comes over with the check. He begins to put the check down and says, "Take your time." Then I said, "Thank you. Can I get 2 more bowls of noodles?" He then says, "Oh..." and takes the check away. Honestly I came here because I'm hungry and the noodles are limitless or so it says on the menu. I finish those two bad boys down. The waiter again tries to put the check on our table and we ask for more noodles for my friend. He didn't even get one extra bowl of noodles yet. The next bowl of noodles they come out with is a smaller bowl than the first two extra noodles. I wanted to ask for more noodles for the both of us, but honestly I was afraid the next portion would have been a sauce plate. Also I didn't care to ask because it seemed by the look of how things were going they just wanted us out of there. AND I WAS REALLY TURNED OFF WHEN I SAW THE SERVER GRABBING FOOD BEHIND THE COUNTER AND EATING IT OUT IN THE OPEN ON THE JOB... I'm all for people eating when they are hungry, but eating on the job and then not washing your hands after... Honestly this whole experience made it hard for us to really enjoy our food. I heard so much hype about All About Pho and had to try it out for myself. This is a very trendy and modern Pho restaurant in Cerritos. The workers were super friendly, welcoming, and super attentive. I tried the fish sauce fries, which I highly recommend for starters. The fries were super crispy and the flavors were savory. For the main course, I had to try the Pho Tai Wagyu, which is pho that comes with premium thin sliced beef; one of the most expensive pho item on their menu. The wagyu was tender and flavorful. I really enjoyed it. I also got to try the Pho Tai Bung, which is pho that comes with marbled beef belly. Honestly, out of the two pho items I tried here, I actually really enjoyed the Pho Tai Bung more, because it was delicious and fatty with a super creamy broth. One of the best parts about eating here is the unlimited noodle refill! Such an excellent deal that's hard to beat. I left overly stuffed and satisfied.
