This was our first time visiting and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. It was pretty busy so we put our name on the waitlist, but we only waited for 5 minutes before being seated at bar. Sam was our server and he came by to walk us through the menu and let us know that there are unlimited thin noodles with any pho order. I ordered the Pho Xe Lua and my friend ordered the Pho Tai Bung. We also checked in on Yelp to get a complimentary Herbal Iced Tea for each of us. Food came quickly and was as delicious as it looked. The Pho Xe Lua was packed with different types of meat and the meat on the short rib was super tender. The pho here is MSG-free which we appreciate. The broth is tasty and flavorful. The Herbal iced Tea was served in a cute mug and it was light and refreshing. It is not as herbal as other similar herbal teas, but we enjoyed the chrysanthemum flavor. It was the right amount of sweetness as well. Overall, giving All About Pho a 5/5. Food is great and staff are friendly and patient. Service was awesome. (Thank you, Sam and team!) The food here was undeniably tasty, but the service was completely lackluster--especially if you aren't Asian. I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but we were repeatedly ignored despite sitting directly in front of the staff. From the start, our ordering was rushed; the server walked off without taking our drink order or asking what noodles I wanted. Meanwhile, a table seated after us had their order taken immediately and received their drinks right away. When our server finally returned, we explicitly asked for our drinks. They never arrived. I eventually had to get up and pour our own water while the staff stood right next to the station. Twenty minutes later, a server asked if we needed anything; I reminded them about our drinks, yet it took another 15 minutes for them to show up--right as we were finishing our meal. To cap off the night, it took 30 minutes just to get a takeout box and the check. When we voiced our frustration, management quickly dismissed it and insisted race wasn't a factor. I rarely bring race into an issue, but as a Hispanic customer, I was made to feel entirely unwelcome. Great food doesn't excuse terrible, dismissive service. read more

He was super funny and a vibe, one of the funniest servers I've had in a while lol. If you come on a night, it's going to be super busy and a long line. Next, the pho is so flavorful from the broth to meats. The Filet Mignon was the tastiest meat I've had in my pho forsure. They have plenty of seating inside and try to get everyone in as soon as possible. I got the beef belly pho was tried some of the brisket and ribs from my parents and think they're all solid options. My go to pho is their beef belly pho because the meat is so tender. Their broth is also top tier, and if I could I would come eat pho here everyday. I would rate the overall experience a 4.75. I was seated right away, and after ordering, the food arrived incredibly fast. The beef belly pho was listed as 16ish dollars, but compared to other pho dishes in the area, I would've expected to pay much more. The service was excellent, and by the end of my meal, a complimentary satchel of pandan jelly with aloe bits was given to me. So why a 4.75 and not 5/5? Simply because there did not appear to be enough workers to manage the upkeep of the ever constant flow of patrons. Some trash on the floor had been left unattended to for the entirety of my visit, but I've gotta give props to my guy manning the front. His hustle and excellent customer service made it apparent that he has mad love for this establishment. I plan to return with loved ones in hopes of giving All About Pho a higher rating. read more

I can see why All About Pho is popular. Prices are on par with most other pho places these days; $16 for the cheapest meat option but they also have some fancier premium options. I had the pho tai bung (beef belly) and the thin beef slices were tender, fatty, and flavorful. I got the thick noodles, which is nice that they have the choice; you can get unlimited extra thin noodles. Now the broth, which I quite enjoyed! Not too salty, and had a slight hint of sweetness that added a nice depth. A little bit of a glittery sheen on top but far from being too oily. However, my boyfriend's bowl of pho tai filet mignon had a notably blander broth for some reason. The fish sauce fries are something I didn't think would work, but they are excellent. I love the shoestring texture, and they are perfectly cooked to a beautiful shiny golden yellow. The fish sauce flavoring is COMPLETELY addictive, and I could go back here for the fries alone. Service is just fine. We got our orders taken and delivered in a reasonable time, though the wait got super long after we were sat.
