I have been using Import Auto Stuff for my wife and I's cars all the way back when they use to be called Honda Auto Stuff. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent professional service. I went to these guys years ago when they were Honda Stuff, things have gone downhill since then. I gave them 2 stars because there are some people there that know what they are doing. Unfortunately they don't seem to be the same people that do the actual automotive work. They were unable to provide an estimate until i pressed them for one. They gave me back my vehicle with bolts loosened and things not properly reconnected. No 10% discount for mentioning yelp. Really they don't seem to me to be that much more skilled than your local shade tree mechanic. If you have something simple to fix and easy to diagnose, they can do the work. If its slightly complicated then they pretty much just ask for a blank check. And they didn't include the cost of my initial estimate/visit toward the work i had them do. read more

I've been going to All Around Auto Care for over a year and I'm a happy customer. I'm picky about my vehicles and the only problem I have had with their work was a failure to lube my old truck when I had the oil changed. Since I don't think I've ever had a place correctly lube a vehicle the first time I stopped in (and I know newer vehicles don't need lubes), I didn't consider that a major problem. I was more concerned about their response when I brought it back, and they promptly took it in and did the lube. Very courteous and apologetic about it. Every other service has been on time and at the cost quoted... and done right. I also expect nothing more than the exact service that I ask for at an auto repair shop because that's what I usually get, but All Around replaced burnt out taillight bulbs, topped off fluids and noted other issues with my vehicles... at no extra cost. I have been going to All Around Auto Care since I was 16 years old and now at the age of 27 (11 years) I could not have asked for a better Automotive Repair shop. They have always been honest and up front with me and when asked to get something done they jump on it and make sure that they explain in detail what and why they are doing such repairs. I have noticed that they might be a little more expensive on the front end but to be quite frank, I could care less as their customer service is impeccable! After many years of going to them I have never been disappointed and I will not lie, there has been some mistakes made but being human I understand that is apart of the game. However, when the mistakes were made they have and always will make it right and that is why I will not go to anywhere else. There once was a missed note on my appointment and when I called them at 5:15pm on a Friday afternoon and asked to pick up my car, well it wasn't ready was their response. After talking with Chris he then stated, "give me 5 minutes and I will call you back." No more than a few minutes pass by and he called and said, "it will be ready in 20 minutes for you to pick up." ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. That is when I was sold and became a loyal customer to this great business! Sometimes, I like to use the cheap side of things and usually get what I pay for, but since I am a traveling salesman and it is imperative for me to have a reliable vehicle I couldn't ask for a better company to always be there when needed. Worst oil change ever. Do not go here with a German car for any reason. They said my car was in "pristine condition". I was not told of an oil leak when there was one at the time and I was told my coolant level was checked when it was in fact so low my car wouldn't start less than a month later. When this was Honda Stuff (and later Import Auto Stuff) they did a great job at reasonable prices. However, in the last few years the quality of their service has gone completely down hill. They still have relatively good customer service skills, but apparently they can't seem to find quality mechanics. The last two times I've taken\ my car to them, it ended up stalling out due to faulty mechanical work they provided. They did make amends both times, but have not been that apologetic about their mistakes. This once really good shop has seen better days, and I would think twice about using them. I was a little skeptical because I feel like these deals always end up the same way - the shops roping you in to spend the big bucks and tricking you into unnecessary services. I recently had the pleasure of speaking with a new service manager here. His name is Jonathan. He is very sincere and convinced me to allow All Around be my sole service provider for my vehicles. He offered me a customer for life packet for 1/2 price which is a good value.His philosophy is sound. They want to diagnose, maintain, and do all repair work on my vehicle. Jonathan told me it makes sense,because once they begin working on your vehicle, they will know everything about it, and they can schedule proper maintenance tasks and help me avoid big costly repairs. I always thought All Around's prices were a bit high, but when Jonathan told me he would go to work and always find me the lowest price for repairs on my vehicle, I believed him. They have always done quality repairs on my vehicles in the past, but since speaking with Jonathan, I believe he'll really look after my best interests and give me the best deal he possibly can. Staff seems nice at first, but blatantly lied about a transmission problem telling me there definitely wasn't one when there was all so I would pay to fix my clutch with them. The owner offers to talk to me about it, spends the entire time talking down to me, talking in circles, literally telling me that I am better off because now I can have a car worth more money, making up in his mind that my car was undrivable when I brought it in (it wasn't), getting offended when I mentioned I dealt with a shady guy even though he is the one who implied the whole time that was the case, tries to convinced me to drive my car from first to third gear because that will be fine, aggressively accused me of wanting him to pay for my transmission which wasn't even on my mind, and then finally to top it all off yelled at me, hands waving in the air "STOP BEING A VICTIM" proceeds to tell me multiple times how nice of a guy he is, admits to being mad that I won't accept his help and overall ruined my day.... but still wants me as a customer. Don't bother buying their little pamphlet of discounts, they will fuck you over before you can use the coupons. I too thought I found an awesome honest placed to bring my car, couldn't be more wrong. Some of the mechanics seem honest but I can't put money in a business owned by someone like that. read more

I must say this is one of the Friendliest auto repair shops I've been to outside if my mechanic back home. I had an issue the night Before driving form LA to Omaha and was staying the night in Denver. Spoke w Bob and made an appointment the next day. Car was dropped of 8 am and diagnosed w issue and car ready by 1030. I wish they were my neighborhood mechanic. It's seems they have alot of repeat business and referrals. I have had a good experience with All Around Auto Care for the most part. I did have an up and down experience with one particular repair and had my doubts about whether I wanted to keep working with them. But when came into talk about my concerns, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. Jonathan, the GM is very personable and trustworthy. He recognizes that taking care of the customer is the most important thing to maintaining the lifeblood of any business. I came to him with some dissatisfaction I had with another employee (who has since been let go) and he took strong, immediate action to address the problem and make things right. Steve, the automotive manager is also a very hard-working and diligent about communicating to the customer and helping to fix the problems that are coming up for your vehicle. I thought this was a shop that I could trust. But when my wife went in for a transmission flush they charged her $300 and $250 for a battery that retailed for $90. Horrible service does not even begin to describe my experience... Dropped my car off to get it checked out (despite a weird, long winded pitch that started off with "Look, I'm going to be honest with you...") and after almost 2 DAYS to look it over they came back with a ridiculously high estimate. I told them I would be taking the car somewhere else. When I got there they refused to give me the car, conveniently calling it "unsafe," and I had to call the police. It literally took two officers showing up and telling them they had no legal right to keep the car before All Around Auto Care would give my car back. I took my car to another shop and had the same work done for a fraction of the price AAAC quoted and it was completed days sooner. read more
