I was driving on 95 North on a Thursday evening when a rock hit my windshield, leaving a baseball sized hole and multiple radiating cracks on the driver's side of the windshield; visibility was not great and driving was not safe. Every place I called Friday morning had no availability for a week, which meant I would have to pay for a rental or an Uber to get to and from work every day. Ron had the same wait, but after hearing my desperation he stated he would fit me in the same day (after verifying he had the part in stock). Ron was communicative throughout the day and arrived mid afternoon. He replaced, calibrated and tested the windshield in less than hour. The Audi dealership sent these guys to my home to replace my windshield. Steve (I think that's his name) performed a clean install and treated my car with care. Although, he had to actually come back and replace the one he had installed, because he had a found a factory defect, a contamination within the glass as he was cleaning it. I honestly wouldn't have noticed it if he didn't point it out, because it was so small. He also took part of the blame claiming that he should of caught it before installing. He explained that he didn't feel comfortable leaving me with a non quality product, so he asked if we could wait a few days for the seal to cure, and that he would return with a new windshield and replace it. I was impressed with his honesty and attention to detail. Employees like him is what drives a company forward.
