Went here on my last night in Boston while meeting a long time internet friend after going to the beach for the day. They said they eat here all the time and it's one of their favorite restaurants, so I had to try it. My friend gets the Idaho Maki roll as a starter, which had sweet potatoes in the roll! Ive never heard of that before that night and had to try it to. You HAVE to get it when you visit All Seasons. So savory and sweet at the same time and really surprisingly tasty. Once you enter into All Seasons Table you are greeted with an amazing A-team who are well polished and have that desire to serve good quality customer service. I called on a busy Friday evening and made a last minute reservation. I spoke with a person by the name of Andy who was so accomodating to serve my party of 12. I appreciated his welcoming approach and how he called me to verify if I was still arriving because I did arrive a tad bit late. My whole party hadn't arrived yet but the staff Tony and Annie were ready to grab our orders and would check on us at timely manners. I had a great dinner at All Seasons. I tried their crab Rangoon and a Mongolian beef dish. Both were excellent. The beef came with a huge portion of veggies which is something to note. The flavor packed into each item was good and the prices were reasonable. It has a very nice atmosphere and was fairly busy which reflects on the quality and care they put into their food. I'm local to the area and have been to All Seasons Table a few times. It's one of my favorite local dining areas in Malden. Pre-pandemic, they had live music but I haven't experienced it since. However I believe they still offer it! If they don't have live music, there is background music playing as well. In the times that I've been there, the music wasn't too loud to have a conversation. They have a wide variety of Asian food. It's a spacious place and they're pretty busy usually. Reservations are recommended just to guarantee a spot. It's a nice spot for a date too. The adult drinks also taste very good. Definitely get a scorpion bowl while you're there! The prices are good for the size of food that you receive. Came in, stand there like an idiot, 3 people in the front and not a single eye contact or acknowledge our existence. All Seasons Table is a great spot to go. I ended up choosing this spot last night as I was meeting a friend in Malden Square. We decided on All Seasons which was a great choice. The waiter was extremely nice and they have a person going around and filling everyone's water which is great. We decided on some oldies but goodies. First selection was the all popular Chicken Wings, they were nice and crunchy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside exactly how you would hope they would be, and they are accompanied by a tangy sweet sauce which is served on the side. Second selection - Boneless Spareribs, also cooked perfectly. They seemed to have a touch of honey on them and tasted great. Lastly we settled on the basic Pork Fried Rice, which turned out to be much more than basic. The rice soft and fluffy with large pieces of pork and veggies in it. The restaurant itself is very stylish with an awesome vibe which makes you want to stay there the entire night, which is no problem for the manager who told us to relax and sit as long as we would like. Come here for a good Asian Fine Dining experience! I first learned of this restaurant after I went to their sister restaurant, District Kitchen, which is another of my favorite restaurants that serves Asian Tapas. This restaurant is off Pleasant Street and it's within walking distance from Bora Borg. The interior inside is beautiful and very modern with an Asian influence. The Food: For appetizers, we got the Crispy Ribs with chef special sauce and Lemongrass Pork Skewers. The Crispy Ribs are fried and came out with about 6 pieces. It was very juicy and tender and melted off the bone. The Skewers were also good and an excellent choice. For our entrees, we ordered the Walnut Shrimp, Basil Crispy Duck with Chili Thai Style, Malaysian Style Lamb, Chicken and Rice, and Ginger & Scallion Lobsters. We shared our entrees family style and agreed that the Basil Duck was the best dish. It comes out sauteed with fresh basil leaf, garlic, scallion, onion and green and red peppers and was just awesome. I personally got the lamb and was a huge fan of it. I normally don't order lamb, but the Malaysian spicy flavor sounded interesting to me. The ginger & scallion lobsters and walnut shrimp were on par to dishes from Chinatown. Overall, this restaurant was good, but it is more fancy, expensive, and upscale than District Kitchen. I would probably come here for more formal events, but I prefer District Kitchen for its greater variety in food and better value. read more

She let us know it came on the bone, and to get the other rib dish if we wanted more meat. It was delicious though- so crispy and tasty, and in this tangy sauce with cucumbers. The sushi was okay. I was expecting more after the way some people have raved about this place. My husband got a sampler and house rice to split with my son. The food was dry and tasteless. My SIL and MIL both got pad Thai. The dishes looked very different. One had plenty of sauce and chicken with scallion and tofu and the other was bland, dry and had one piece of shrimp, no tofu, no chicken and was sent back. It didn't come back much better than it was. Not to mention our sushi (main meal for 3 of us) came out 20 minutes after everyone else's meals. Totally ridiculous. We wanted to eat together. All Seasons Table located in Malden, MA and serves up modern Asian Fusion with their own twist. The service, ambience and of course food is always superb and that is why I consider it one of my favorite local restaurants. They have 2 bars with lots of seating and a mix of tables and booths lining their roomy dining areas. It's typically dimly lit with lively music and the white tablecloths give a polished touch. They have an extensive menu which gives every guest a chance to find something they will enjoy. To start, I never stray from their spicy edamame and crab ragoons. The spicey edamame is generously dressed with a mixture of chili, garlic, and a house blend sauce with an addictive amount of heat. The crab ragoons are cooked to a crispy golden brown and served with their duck sauce. The cream cheese crab combination is just right and extremely flavorful dipped in the sweet duck sauce. The spicy salmon Maki roll is always a no brainer for me because it is just that amazing. They add tempura flakes in the roll which brings incredible crunch and texture to the sushi. I recommend their maki rolls to people who are scared of sushi because of the texture! All in all, if you have not been here, please RUN! read more

For many years, this was the only place in Malden where I would eat. The place is exceptionally clean, which is of the utmost importance. The staff is friendly and professional, and when you tell them that you're gluten free, they UNDERSTAND and act accordingly. This is by far the BEST SUSHI around. The rainbow roll is my favorite, and they often have some unusual offerings. Great sashimi that melts in your mouth. The bartenders are terrific and it's also a fantastic venue for large parties. Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this place. Have gone many times and always bring friends/family that are visiting from out of town.The food is amazing, the atmosphere/vibe is always great. That being said... We went as a party of 2 last night (9pm Friday night). The main room was packed with diners as was the bar. With no room at the bar, the very welcoming/jovial host suggested we move to the bar in the second room, which also had bustling tables but nobody at the bar. It was perfect! So we thought. Right off the bat the 'bartender' was clearly unhappy he was going to have TWO customers. He never greeted/spoke a word to us (literally the entire time we were there). He had a scowl the whole time. We had two drinks each. Tito's Cosmopolitan and Kettle One Dirty Martini. Terribly made. (Flavors way off, chunks of ice floating in drinks served 'up', rudely delivered as if we ruined his night). At 10:15 he passed by us and dropped the check in front of us (again, not speaking). They close at 11pm. We paid the bill and left. It's such a bummer that this one guy put such a bad experience into what has been a string of wonderful times spent there. Speaking of strings, my husband was wearing a double loop beaded bracelet that broke just as he was getting up to leave. Imagine a hundred tiny beads noisily bouncing and rolling and falling all over the bar and floor behind the bar. HAHAHA Karma, bitch. I'm so glad I discovered this place for my sushi fix! All Seasons Table serves up a variety of cuisines, such as Japanese and Chinese fare. Its interior is lush and spacious with dimmed lighting to set the mood. This review is for take-out only, since I've never dined in before! I always order their Veggie Maki Combo from the lunch special menu, which consists of a mixed vegetable maki (lettuce, carrot, asparagus, cucumber) and a shiitake mushroom tempura maki. You can choose either a hot & sour soup or a miso soup to pair with your rolls. The mixed vegetable maki is yummy and tastes very healthy. It's a lovely combination of fresh vegetables and goes great with soy sauce. The shiitake mushroom tempura maki is w o n d r o u s. I would've never thought of such a combination!!!! The mushroom isn't fried to a crisp- it's breaded, which makes it all the better. The eel sauce is a lovely touch! Their miso soup is a little diluted, so you don't get much of a flavor factor here. I give the food 3/3.5 stars. As a gathering place for friends, atmosphere, full house crowd, and cocktails.... it deserves a solid 4 stars. All Seasons is almost always packed, the patrons are fun, engaging, and loud (oh so loud). The bartenders are very decent (except there's always that one guy that thinks he's entitled to everything.... but that's the norm I guess in this city). They have a full, VERY full bar, so there is no shortage to cocktail inventions that don't exist anywhere else but Chinese restaurants in New England. The place is HUGE, so there's always something to see for you people-watchers. So here is my take on the food. It's decent, and other than maybe 4-5 stellar dishes, everything else is pretty average. You MUST have the crab rangoon (seriously, Boston Asian restaurants pride themselves on this, and All Seasons is right up there with the best). The spicy tuna on crispy rice is one of the most unique and delish versions I've ever had. It isn't entirely authentic Japanese, but whatever they did, it's amazing. I should have ordered 4 plates of this. The thin-crusted sushi pizza..... total bomb. I think I've enjoyed the Taco Bell taco pizza more. I like the concept, and the description is great, but the fried seaweed/rice crust is too overpoweringly bland, and kills any flavor they tried on top. I did not enjoy the drunken noodles. They were.... bland. Could have been a bad batch, but I had to force myself to eat it beyond the first 4 bites, for no other reason than my Catholic guilt of wasting food. I also ordered several of the little neck and seafood dishes with the basil and garlic sauce. I can't decide if I liked them. They were tasty.... but slightly off, sort of like a date that starts with a good kiss, but then..... lazy lobster. What I think happens is they pre-cook all of the seafood, or at least cook them all in plain water, then put the food in on a bowl and pour the sauce over it. The sauce is AMAZING, but there simply isn't much profundity to the dishes, so when it touches your palate, it's good, but within a few seconds, there is no more flavor. If you've had that yummy chewing gum that loses all its flavor within 2 minutes, that's exactly how it is with these dishes. Given the ginormous menu, I'm going to have to come back here a few more times and try a few more things. But at the very least, I'll have fun. read more

The shrimp, EHH, shrimp could be fresher....the california roll was okay, very pretty. The ice cream? could be more fried..it was a bit soggy??!?! Maybe they wait for my friends dessert which was the banana balls with ice cream ...$8.95 i think. IT LOOKED SO PRETTY. but she didn't like it. the banana balls were hot and she didnt end up eating it all..she just ate all her red bean ice cream.......hmmm my server was very nice..a bit too polite, but whatever. i'll prob go back because the atmosphere is very nice..it was a non-peak hour when we were there...3pm so it was fine. My go to spot for a quick drink and quick bite. The sushi is amazing, it's always fresh. The waitress and bartenders are always attentive and make sure I never go thirsty. I like that there are side sides of the restaurant, some nights have live music one side and the other side is quiet for a more intimate dining experience. The only compliant is parking I have is parking, if your lucky you will find street parking but if not there is limited parking spot across the street but its always filled. Came here with family. It is a swanky place for sure. And packed. Every table was taken on a Sunday night at 7. We sat down and read thru a very extensive menu of both Chinese and Japanese dishes. We opted for the Japanese meals. We had the sushi deluxe dishes, some rolls, noodles and what they called a sushi pizza (sushi rice that is cooked into a crust and mixed with nori, topped with salmon and tuna sushi and then drizzled with a spicy mayonese). It was really good. The portions were a good size. Just enough and not overwhelming (or skimpy). Prices were reasonable for sushi meals. Will definitely go back. It is a cool neighborhood as well.
