I called Aloha with an issue with a water leak in my foundation. They were able to come out to our house quickly, and find the problems and temporarily stop the leak. They then came out the following day and rerouting around the troubled line. After all was said and done, they fixed our problem fast. They work with you to understand emergency vs. maintenance and get it scheduled in a very reasonable time. We have a home and rental house - they have worked on both. They offer options, and explain the benefits and risks, and answer questions patiently and thoroughly. Aloha came out (with little notice) to look at my water heater. Jarred pronounced it dead and patiently explained my options, (tankless vs. tank, etc...), and associated costs. The next day, he returned to install a new tank. He returned the day after to remove some sediment stirred up by the replacement, and I scheduled another visit to upgrade my kitchen faucet and shut-off valves. Brendan came out for that work. They both work neat and fast, and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do--which makes a difference. If you're in need of an honest, hardworking plumber, Jerrod of Aloha Plumbing is the one to call. We had a leaky water softener that needed to be replace. This is the best plumbing company in the whole Austin Metro area. They removed two 50 gallon water heaters and installed one large tankless water heater. In addition, they installed a water softener as well as a recirculating pump to move hot water to the farthest part of the house for near instant hot water. The install was perfect and the price was extremely reasonable. If you are interested in going tankless, there is not other company with more experience and knowledge. It was a cold week and my 2 water heaters (WH) went out (no hot water). I went to yelp and called few plumbing companies with 4 stars and above. All of them told me that I had to replace the water heaters, which were in the attic. My wife had been wanting to get tankless water heater due to horror story of water heater tank leaking from one of our neighbors. I went to yelp and found Aloha Plumbing, which is local to Round Rock & Pflugerville area. After reviewing the comments on yelp, I also found their Facebook page. Jerred, the owner, posted some of past tankless water heaters installation. From those posted videos, I googled the product they use (Navien) and observed how many time they had done the installation. I wanted to make sure I got the company with good experience installing tankless water heater. I called them and Brendan showed up few hours later. He looked at my old WHs and gave me 2 options: replacing the old WHs or switching to tankless. I decided to go with tankless. The work started early next day (+/- 8 AM). Brendan showed up on time and started the work. He got the installation done by 3 PM and I got my hot water back. Overall, I am very pleased doing business with Aloha plumbing. Jerred was very responsive and Brendon was just phenomenal. Great customer service, no gimmicks, everything was explained up front. I particularly love the system they use for sending quotes for customer to review the job cost breakdown, job confirmation, etc. Everything was transparent. We have lived on the North Shore of Lake Travis a short time. When we found the need for a plumber to repair a Navien Tankless Water Heater. We had called three companies prior to finding Aloha. None of the three had any idea how to address the simple problem. I finally called Aloha and they responded with service in a few days. They not only repaired my water heater they addressed a couple of other issues we had. I have now contracted this company to come to my home once a year to provide preventive maintenance. We feel comfortable having this service instead of waiting until something breaks and we have to scramble to find repairs.
