We were in Carson for their Philippine Independence Day celebration and before we went home we found a delicious poke spot we decided to try! Aloha Poke & Grill. It's a small spot, but they give big portions at an affordable price! My fiance ate in the car and really enjoyed our food. I will say I wish we were offered options for sauces for the regular salmon -- as usually I get salmon with ponzu or something that I can pour into it, but we got soy sauce packets so that was ok! The oyster sauce ahi was verrry good, so good that my fiance kept dipping his ahi limu into mine because he wanted a little more pop of flavor to his. Would definitely come back if we were in the area!

Solid Poke spot. The staff were lovely and helpful. It's a small spot with only two tables but plenty of parking. It was like being in a local spot in Oahu again. The chicken was overcooked in the Katsu and the teriyaki unfortunately...but the flavors were good. My daughter loved the spam masubi!

Service was great. Very friendly. However, the poke was just ok. Portion size was very good. Parking semi sucks and is a bit awkward.

Ahi limu with rice and seaweed salad as the topping

The whole atmosphere was just like home. The lady at the counter was nice the food the vibe everything about this place was 10 out of 10. The portions are big for 13 bucks. You get what you pay for and it ends up making you want more which is what I did. I got an ahi limu Poké bowl with rice with the toppings. I did seaweed I finished it in under three minutes went back in and ordered again. This place needs more recognition. And if you want a sweet treat, they're also doing an Ube with empanada or if you just want like regular ice cream they have a freezer that has multiple flavors. I saw one of them had mango. One of them had Ube and if you don't want to go to seafood city, they also sell some lumpia my overall verdict of this place 100% would come back. This is my new poke spot.

Picked up lunch at around 11:45am on a Monday. Called in my order, so it would be quick. Double bowl. Cali roll. Sweet chili. Crab and seaweed salad for the the toppings. $14.51 total. What a steal! It obviously isn't Hawaiian poke, but it was good and was great for the price. I ended up going again on a Tuesday. They gave me a free drink. Would recommend this place!

Best poke in the South Bay hand down! Ponzu and spicy mayo are elite! Fresh, dense poke! Great portion for the price!

good poke spot in carson!! the spot is might be easy to miss as you drive by but there is enough parking spaces. the establishment is pretty small so i'd recommend take-out orders. the poke was fresh and it's pretty good considering the price point and the portions that you are getting.

Tried the Kamaaina plate and was surprised to see the amount of food! The laulau and kalua pork was good. Just the Mac salad was too Mayo-ie and poke was a too salty for me. I still would come back and give it another shot since I see Mondays have a great poke special!

A newly opened Hawaiian-style poke with a Filipino influence. A small establishment, with a couple tables set up inside. I can imagine most of their business is take out. Food : They specialize in Hawaiian-style poke. I ordered the two flavors poke bowl with regular spicy tuna and with the ginger flavor over two scoops rice with furukaki. This is a big and heavy plate. The two flavors is big enough to share. The poke could use some work unfortunately. The spicy poke was too salty and too much sauce and not allowing the freshness of the tuna come through. Same with the ginger flavor except it was too sweet. They need to let the natural flavor of the tuna be the center and not be heavy of the sauce/flavors. Bonus points for free toppings: I had seaweed salad and ginger. Breakfast : Portuguese Sausage Breakfast with two eggs and rice. The Portuguese sausage was just too salty for my taste. Next time, I'll order longanisa instead. Three STARS for the service. The auntie that was at the counter was friendly, and warm. Also the portion size was very generous and the price is affordable. You get your money's worth. I will come and order something else next time. Let's continue to patronize small business in the area.

Delicious poke that reminded me of Hawaii! Great portions and really nice owners. Will be returning for sure.

    Salmon and tuna poke bowl

The salmon and the tuna are super fresh. I got the California salmon and the tuna with oyster sauce, super good and fresh combo. The rice is soft and cooked well. The service was good made me felt welcomed. Would 100% recommend

I don't remember everything that was in it, but I know it had mango and strawberries. The only downside was that it melted super fast. By the time we got back to the car, there was already juice collecting at the bottom of the cup. Even with that, it was delicious. [Menu]: The most classic pasta is Napolitan Spaghetti (Yokohama). Yelp's top highlighted dishes are Wagyu Beef (Osaka), Seafood Pasta (Ehime), and Matcha Cream (Kyoto). *** "Kyoto" Matcha Cream (Chicken - $15.50) & "Osaka" American Wagyu Beef Meat Sauce ($15.50): I personally liked Kyoto better than Osaka as the Kyoto pasta tasted a bit creamier with the matcha cream. Osaka was not bad, but it was not my favorite flavor profile. It's literally like eating grandma's food when youre a young child. The spicy tuna came out first and we were shocked at how delicious the fish was. There wasn't a lot of rice which I appreciated and that fish had a bit of a kick. Pair that with some wasabi shoyu and you're tasting some real goodness. The spam musubi was solid with the furikake. My only gripe was that it had a bit too much rice which could have been better balanced with a thicker slice of spam. Regardless, it was solid. Now the star was the chicken combo. Boy oh boy, that Ladybug Fried Chicken was amazing. The batter had so much flavor and added to the juicy chicken. Pair that with you salad and mac salad.. oh my.. youre tasting a slice of Heaven! Fair warning, there is some grinded celery in the mac salad, so if youre allergic then let them know. Otherwise, that aroma of celery added so much depth to the mac. I can't emphasize enough, there is so much love in the food and the servers take gooooood care of you. It was also amazing to see how much attention to detail the owners put in the restaurant. There is ladybug decor all throughout the place and hand drawn papers from customers. It was really neat to see how much love they receive from their customers.
