We also had some other great dishes, such as the YBC burger (Certified Angus Beef patty, sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, on a toasted brioche bun), the Dip (Thin sliced, slow-roasted top round, melted Grand Cru Gruyere cheese, smoked horseradish cream, toasted hoagie, garlic au jus), and a Michelangelo (two 4oz burger patties, American cheese, house aioli, house-made pickles, lemon pepper bacon and onion jam, crispy potato strings, lettuce, and tomato on a toasted brioche bun) - truly a masterpiece!
