I love this place. We go here often for healthy delicious meals that are affordable! I love the sandwiches and have often picked them up as quick lunches. Their desserts are also a hit. They also sell Fosselmans ice cream and local farm pastured raised eggs! Amazing :)

The three stars are for the staff. They are very friendly. This is my second time at this location. And I have to say, the food very much miss for me. Today I ordered the Mary's chicken and it was but basic. The chicken what was supposed to be on this sandwich was extremely thin and sparse. It didn't even cover the size of the bread. On top of everything it was $18 plus tax and tip. Just the sandwich. No side.... Not even a pickle. The sandwich was supposed to have Dijon mustard. It did not. The other issue is they do not validate. So this location isn't really great for anyone who is outside of the near by businesses.

Tasty comfort classics with a modern spin. Got an old country vibe with the interior design and its order and self seat once you come in. We ordered the half fried chicken. It came with 6 pieces and two big sides so perfect to share. The batter was lite and crispy though chicken was a tiny bit overcooked. Sides were good too. I'd recommend putting some extra salt or seasoning as it was on the lighter side. Order took a little long to come out but staff were friendly. The restaurant was located in a business plaza and plenty of parking but it was kind of confusing figuring out where the entrance was. I'd recommend it, the chicken was tasty!

Perfect spot for brunch!! Café has free seating (I'd recommend keeping someone at your table so it doesn't get taken) and you order at the counter. : * Sunrise Special -- choice of protein, eggs, toast, and potatoes. Savory and filling. * Pancake Special -- a nice mix of sweet and savory. : * Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice - bright, refreshing, and the perfect breakfast pairing. Food can take a bit of a wait, but it's worth it once it arrives. The interior is warm and inviting. The chandeliers add a really nice touch. Plus, there's plenty of parking.

This is a neighborhood gem plus a lot more! The food is consistently fresh and exceptionally yummy! Whether coming in for lunch (be prepared for lines), ordering online, or placing a catering order the staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast options. Sammie's, burgers, salads, and entrees for lunch. Vegetarian options available. Oh! Don't forget to checkout the daily specials. HINT: no overlooking their pastry treats

I always have a good experience whenever I come here. Daniel L was super helpful and sweet, he definitely added to the great experience and has amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back! The food is also really good, I really like the breakfast burritos as well as the chicken! The restaurant is also really clean and cute on the inside!

Hidden in a large U.S bank building, you would never expect a hidden cafe that can whip up some delicious grub. Their mission is to give patrons a fresh and wholesome meal without all the nasty preservatives and artificial additives and they have their dishes to back it up. From soup, sandwiches, pasta, and tacos, they have a variety of cuisines all in one place. I placed an order for a pick-up for lunch since I was craving some fish tacos. Why did I choose to eat here and not at some taqueria, you might ask? Well, it's because I stumbled upon this dish once upon a time, and well, you know what happened after that. I'd place an order for lunch and would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is in a rush always call in prior to arriving. Otherwise, you might have to run into their crazy lunch rush because this place can get bombarded by orders between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. I came by and picked up my order. When I opened their white square to-go box, I saw three large fish tacos tucked in between flour tortillas. These fried fish fillets were on a bed of shredded cabbage, garnished with pico de gallo, a thin slice of ripe avocados, shredded cheddar cheese, oozing sour cream, sprinkled paprika, and a lemon wedge for that splash of tang. It's quite a colorful scene to feast your eyes upon. The few things I loved about these tacos are that the fish was deliciously seasoned and that the size of the fish was almost the length of the tortillas. Plus, it's made to order, so you can taste the love behind every bite. The smorgasbord of vegetables was fresh and tasty, and the tortillas held all the goodness perfectly. Every bite I bit into was consistently as scrumptious as the first bite. The perfect layer of ingredients assembled for that sweet, savory, tangy, and crunchy is a bomb.com Taco! [Full Disclaimer] They do not offer this every day on their menu, so make sure to call in to see if they are serving it, or you'd have to find out the hard way.

Very tasty place, their food menu is big aswell their coffee flavors, the food was really good we all try many things from the menu, but something that we all love were the chilaquiles with stake, very tasty, the avocado toast was full of avocado that my mom even share avocado with the rest of us, chicken and waffles was also a great option and very big that probably is enough for 2. Actually the place its a great option for any time of the day even for a coffee in the afternoon they have a very good options for dessert, staff was kind of busy I guess but the lady who was serving the food she was amazing and very friendly. This place is this type of restaurants that your go order And pay for what you order and then they bring everything to your table, please if you go don't forget to tip them, our server was very friendly, thankyou.

Very friendly welcoming service. Lots of appetizing breakfast items on the menu. The breakfast sandwiches almost big enough for two people! Very comfortable location with lots of seating.

This place is one of my go-to brunch places! Their food is always prepared well and I enjoy going here! Their pancakes are delicious and so are their savory foods. Service is always top tier and everyone is kind. The area is chill, but can be very busy.

The line goes to the door much of the time, but they keep it moving, keep it kind, and the one barista keeps the drinks coming out so quickly that you barely have time to find a seat! It was pretty full again with half studier/workers and half friend pairs/ groups. We happened to come on the day they had a collab for jeans recycling with Madewell: donate a pair of jeans and get a free 12-oz drink from the "taplist" (regular menu list) plus a coupon for 15% off a pair of jeans! What a great and generous promo for a cause. Inside vinyl shops look fun. I am sad that the stationery shop is gone, but still looking forward to bringing my fam to check our the vinyl and fun drinks. The drinks: We came here just for the Fall Banoffee Latte because we crave/miss this British flavor. It was pretty good and a good sweetness, but I think toffee topping or a little more toffee flavor would've elevated it. I actually liked the free pour of Strawberry Swing even better! Green tea with strawberry flavor and a floral touch without bitterness. Had a taste of my friend's Princess Daisy green tea with mango/passion fruit, and it had a bit of bitter/tea flavor, but it grew on my friend's palate with every sip. The food: Only tried the cinamon sugar donut, which was tasty, solid regualr yeast donut topped with ?buttercream frosting and 8 or so cinnamon toast crunch pieces. The add-it-yourself maple drizzle dropper was a fun touch, though might've liked it a tad more viscous if possible (turned out looking like it rained maple syrup on the donut, heh). Plenty of parking on Orange St public parking lot or along that street. Now they charge at the lot, about $1.45 per hour (oh well, better than LA parking). Looking forward to returning! Maybe for the bananas foster matcha (heard good things from friend of a foodie friend :)).

Staff was also very friendly, and the drinks came out in less than 5 minutes on a busy Saturday morning. We got the iced mango coconut matcha which was solid, but I think the flavoring was a bit strong. Anything of their espresso drinks either hot or cold has always turned out yummy, according to him. I'm more of a matcha person since my stomach issues years ago so as a matcha snob, I can say their matcha is strong here but the only down side is they only have almond milk as their alternative to dairy. And, I think they make the almond milk in-house, aka fresh, so there is no hint of sweetness at all. If you know, almond milk does alternate the flavor of your drink so I did not like the iced matcha almond milk I had very much. I would get their default matcha, it's perfect. One thing that deserves a huge shout out here is the avocado toast!! OH EM GEE! It's one of the best we've ever had! Each toast is on a thick sourdough, packed with tons and tons of smashed avocado, with asiago cheese and pancetta (fancy bacon), and lemon. AND, you need to add their soft boiled egg. It's perfection! Highly Rec!!!!

It has such a unique vibe. It's located around Downtown Santa Ana, and the sign isn't very big, so it can be a little hard to find. Honestly, I'm glad I came with my friends because if I had come by myself, I probably would have missed it and gone home. The atmosphere is definitely different from your typical Orange County coffee shop. I heard the owners are from New York, and I think you can feel that influence. It has a very urban, sophisticated feel, but at the same time, there's something warm yet slightly cool and edgy about the space. It's hard to explain, but it has a personality of its own. The coffee bar is completely open, so you can watch the baristas make your drink and see every little movement they make. I wanted to try so many things on the menu, but I had already had two cups of coffee that day, so I decided to go with matcha instead. What really impressed me was how detailed they were when taking my order. They asked about the sweetness level, syrup options, type of milk, and even the type of cup I wanted. Since I was staying to enjoy my drink there, they served my matcha in a beautiful glass. And watching them make the matcha right in front of me was such a treat. It wasn't just some sweet matcha powder mixed with milk. You could really taste the quality of the matcha, and the drink was clean, smooth, and delicious. Santa Ana is a little far from my home, so I don't come here very often. But this place made me want to come back someday, take my time, and just enjoy a cup of matcha without rushing. Definitely a place with its own character. Would I come back? 100% YES.

Unfortunately, this visit was one disappointment after another. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. hoping for a peaceful coffee-and-breakfast morning. Instead, we accidentally wandered into what felt like a Janis Joplin tribute concert. The music was blasting at nightclub volume--not exactly the relaxing start to the day we had in mind. But surprisingly... that wasn't even the worst part. The food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and the potatoes were still raw--hard enough to remind me they were once part of the ground.. My husband ordered the French toast, which looked suspiciously like it took a quick detour from Trader Joe's frozen aisle before landing on our table. There's nothing wrong with frozen French toast... unless you're charging $14 and calling it brunch. Another friend ordered the granola with berries. After a few bites, he gave it a skeptical look, pushed the bowl away, and decided breakfast simply wasn't worth the gamble. The coffee was decent , but honestly wasn't worth fighting the neighbors for a parking spot!

Finally today we got an opportunity to go with family who were visiting. Turned out to be a great place to hang out with friends and family. Indians love their tea and there is this entire spectrum of Chai shops in India from street vendors to little shops to cafes. Served with little cookies for dunking, savory snacks and little sweet pastries or cakes. I loved how they incorporated the essence of that culture and then gave it their own twist. Everything we had was ace. They have not cut corners with flavors and ingredients. Everything on their menu is worth experiencing. From the bun maska to the rose pistachio loaf to the samosas the flavors were awesome. Paired with ginger kissed masala tea or coffee made it a match made in heaven. We will now be visiting often to get our fix of chai. An experience that should not be missed. Highly recommend.

We also got 4 drinks. The iced drinks were very bland, so I would suggest getting the hot drinks instead. The desserts, however, were amazing! We loved the tres leches and the pistachio cheesecake. Honestly, I would come back mainly for the desserts. The one disappointing experience was the service. We drove all the way from LA specifically to try this place. We placed our order, left the suggested tip, and were then told by one of the staff members (she was the barista) to put our dishes away when we were done eating. I mean... really? What is the point of leaving a tip if customers are expected to clear and put away their own dishes, like at a fast-food restaurant? And just to be clear, we had actually already stacked our dishes, wiped down our table before she even mentioned it because we're not the type of customers who feel entitled to leave a mess behind. But being specifically told to put our dishes away (she showed the bucket tray where she placed at the middle of the shop) after leaving a suggested tip was disappointing. Overall, I really liked the ambience, and especially the desserts. I just wish the service experience matched the rest of the place.
