Such great customer service!! The place is family owned and the owners were really nice!! Location: the place itself is really hidden. We had to call in because we were lost, but it's located behind union bank and next to a parking structure. About a 30 second walk!! Look for red umbrellas! I bummed into this place on accident. Parking can be a little difficult. The place is pretty small & limited amount of space inside but there is still out door seating. The atmosphere is great. You can feel the great energy from the staff members. The cashier Jessica always greets me with a happy voice & smile. If there something I don't understand off the menu she will break down the options. She was also the first person I interacted, when I first came in. This is my 4th time here & tried everything from the breakfast Croissant, chocolate chip cookies, lumberjack breakfast burrito, and Turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich. Ordered a lunch order for delivery for a business meeting and it was over an hour late. Very embarrassing in front of potential new clients. Additionally two of the orders were wrong and one dish was missing completely (but we were still charged for it.). Tried multiple times to call but were unable to get through. To this day, we still have not been refunded for the dish we did not get. We used to use them a lot but will not be any more. Will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Really loved the food at this cafe, it seemed to be made with such care and was delicious. The last couple of times I've order breakfast it has been wrong. It really surprised me because I order off the menu, no substitutions to the original menu item. I stopped in for lunch and ordered the Burgonzola burger. The patty was so undercooked that it fell apart and their was very little gorgonzola. I checked my online to see if I click medium rare, but I hadn't. Hidden Gem! You won't find it off the street because it's in the middle of office buildings, but the parking garage is very close to the restaurant and they validate parking. The restaurant is in the corner of the 500's building. You order at the counter. Lots of breakfast options. They are accommodating with great service! Amarith Cafe is fantastic. What stands out for me is the superb quality of ingredients used to prepare the food. Amarith seems intent to use organic, non-GMO ingredients whenever possible and avoid products with preservatives or artificial ingredients. They bake their own breads and pastries, which are to die for, make sandwiches with Boar's Head meats, and brew Klatch coffee. With serious passion, the owners explained to me the painstaking effort they put into selecting which quality ingredients and products they sell. There's a serious level of pride that goes into making their food. Amarith has a pursuit of excellence with their food that keeps me coming back. There are so many sandwiches, soups and coffees to highly recommend. Their fresh-baked croissants are non-GMO and will melt in your mouth. They are the BEST CROISSANTS ever. My wife tells me they are the closest she's had to fresh croissants in Paris that she's ever had in the states. I'm bringing home a few tonight to surprise her! Amazing food! Had it for the first time during my new job orientation. They provided food and after lunch everyone wanted to know who catered. Come to find out they're right next door to octa main office. Toward the end of our 4 week training, we had to go back to the main office and we all went to lunch at Amarith. Once again it was delicious. Great customer service but the venue is kinda small and there were flies that were annoying. The food is a must try though. Most people came in for to go orders because it's small. So if you're in Orange, Ca I say make a trip to Amarith and enjoy. Also bring your wallet $$$. read more

Talk about great service. Sam is amazing. Very approachable. He let me take my time with my order and didn't hover over the register waiting on me. The food is fresh and tasty. The wait isn't too long and they have tons of orders!! They are very efficient. You can also order online and they have a basket where you can walk in to pick up your food without standing in line with the rest of the people ordering. Cookies were fresh and soft!! They validate. First timers get a FREE bakery item. Got blueberry and Bran! Who gives away free? Breakfast chorizo scramble, great fresh flavor, with a mild kick. Husband enjoyed bacon/egg croissant. And there is no sign at the entrance, its called like Plaza cafe or something??? There is a little outdoor seating area which is nice, but when I went there today there were some ppl smoking, and I don't like eating my lunch in the middle of somebody's cigarette smoke..... Great place to go! It's at the bottom floor of a business building which kind of sucks because it's hard to find, BUT the food, service, and management make up for it. When we came for brunch we told the cashier it was our first time. 5 minutes later one of the managers (Linda) came by to welcome and thank us for coming. I am floored that the owner, Mr Amarith introduced himself to check on our order and that Linda, the Manager talked to us about the philosophy of healthy tasty food! We visited this little gem while on vacation. It's a little challenging to find due to the fact it is located in the courtyard of Western Dental across the street from CHOC but if your hungry and in the area it is a must eat! Anything I order off the menu is ALWAYS amazing and the staff is ALWAYS welcoming and greet me by name every time I walk in (that's how you know I frequent there A LOT)! I stop by at least once a week because their food is just so too notch! I have no complaints about the food and my coworkers and myself love coming by. We can talk to the staff like they are our own friends and they always have smiles on their faces. My favorite foods I frequently get are their Grilled Cheese with a side of Tomato Bisque soup that I LOVE to dip in, their Fried Chicken Sandwich and most importantly..... THE ONION RINGS!!! This place is the real deal! Food beats most full scale restaurants. The menu is very diverse with a featured cuisine each day if the week! I had a Turkey sandwich that changed my life, a mushroom chicken soup that I could drink all day and a grab n go salad that was made fresh that hour. I could find nothing but quality in all aspects of this place. The food is super health focused: ie: cage free natural chicken. This place was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I ventured out to try it! My family and I came on a Saturday. It was a little hard to find because we had never eaten at this particular cafe before so my husband made a quick phone call and they helped us find the location. Quick and friendly service and great healthy food. My husband has a gluten sensitivity and they were able to modify his sandwich (which is super awesome and rare at most restaurants). My husband got the smoked mozzarella on gf bread, I ordered the OC scramble, and my kids split the bacon egg brioche. All of it tasted amazing and my scramble had the perfect amount of spice! I don't understand the negative reviews for how "slow" other customers got their food. 15 minutes is not slow if you want a good burger in 5 minutes go to a fast food restaurant.... We ordered a couple fruit smoothies and a couple salads to go for a leisurely Saturday.
