I was told that they could grill them for me. I was set to order 10 wings, but was wary of how the texture would be if they were grilled so scaled down to 5. The texture of the skin on the outside was rubbery as I anticipated, but, if this makes sense, I could tell that if they had been fried they would have been A1. The overall flavor and the texture beyond the skin was so good. Wouldn't order them again, but if you can have the wings fried, I say that's a solid choice.
