Okay, so, I'm genuinely on the fence with how I feel. Not like anyone cares but sometimes reading more recent reviews of an establishment can be helpful. Overall, I'm hopeful that I was given the truth and an honest response when I arrived to get my car inspected. I'm a young female and know zero information about cars, let alone the mechanics of how everything works and runs efficiently if that helps preface anything about this review... but I went in yesterday to get my car inspected. Made an appointment for 9:15 AM and arrived around 8:55/9:00 AM. Was told about 30-45 minutes into my visit that my car had an airbag light on that would cause an inspection failure. They decide to connect my car to the computer to run the diagnostic tests to see what was up with causing the light to appear. Another 25-30 minutes rolls by and the shop is getting busy with foot traffic of customers looking to attend to appointments or make them for the future. The man comes back about 30-45 min after the diagnostic test was ran to let me know they figured out that the light was coming on due to an airbag located in the middle-rear area of my car and that they would have to remove the seats and the to fix the wire. I then asked for a loosely quoted price and was told it would all just depend on this wire and the time but nothing else was said, price wise. I mentioned that I couldn't and wouldn't like to afford anything around and over $500 and the man was hopeful that it wouldn't be that much. Another hour later and the man was able to fix the airbag light by adjusting the wire and was able to pass my car for inspection. Great news!! As I'm still trying to inquire about the price, to prepare myself, the man still can't tell me anything exact, which I understand, but then drops this bomb that it will be "labor + fixing of the part" and that "labor is $125/hr. And he announced I had already been waiting for my vehicle for 2 hours so just figure that plus the price of the part (which I was never told how much it actually was). Looking back at my receipts, I was only given the inspection paper to keep for my records and my payment receipts were attached. I never signed or received anything that stated the name of the part that was faulty and/or how much it would cost to replace it or re-wire it or whatever he did to fix it. I'm also annoyed and curious to know that I was only told about how much labor cost was per hour, at the 2 Hour marking in my visit... nothing was posted or mentioned that labor would be the $125/hr. I don't mind the fact that they need to charge that much hourly, but let me know or disclose it through a conversation or memo needing a signature that when you are needing work done this is the price per hour plus whatever the cost of the parts will be as well. For 2 hours of labor and fixing the wire for the airbag plus tax, it cost just $2 shy of $400.00 and the best and most comedic part was that the mechanic delivering me the news, seemed like I would be thrilled by this price because that was even "including discounts". Man, was that a real knee slapper! Looking back, I'm pretty sure it just wasn't a great fit for me because I like as much transparency as possible when dealing with a higher balance for me. To some, $400 is chump change so it just depends on the person, situation and visit. My experience is nothing like what someone else will have. I would still recommend others to try them out and support local; they need it. read more

TERRIBLE Experience. .. they diagnosed the problem as one thing it took a week to repair. As soon as we got the car (paid several hundred dollars) drove the car down Battlefield and got as far as the Auto Zone less than 5 miles a way on the same day and the car was shaking and vibrating something it never They hooked it up and said it was a cylinder 2 mis-fire. We waited until Morning and took it right back. They then said it was something else. They kept it for another week. We begged them for a status....Nothing. We had to rent a car because we had things to do to get around. The car Sat there all weekend I have video proof. ONLY to be told that it would be another $650.00. No apology NO Consideration Nothing from them. I'm so very sad they would do that especially since We referred people to them and used them in the past. I wouldn't recommend them again to anyone. They did not treat us well as customers. They did not fix the car right the first time. They misdiagnosed the problem and would not apologize or give any consideration for our situation. read more

Here was no hesitation about whether it may be something else. They took it apart, troubleshot, confirmed it was a new issue. No charge! Gave an estimate. I took the personal work around this time. My son's truck was towed to American Alignment on a Sunday. They diagnosed the problem on Monday and had the vehicle back to son Tuesday. Prices were competitive. They installed a better fuel pump than we had installed in 2016. They provided only what we needed and did not push stuff that we had not asked for. read more

If you require and deserve quality customer service, customer courtesy, professionalism and "laymen"communication regarding the service you need for your vehicle DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go here. The individual I had the "pleasure" of dealing with was rude, obnoxious, extremely nonchalant and NO customer service skills whatsoever. They are the absolute worst. It is very sad that you have to subject yourself to a "business" like this, a "business" should know better when dealing with the public (their bread and butter btw). Suggestion to the owner have your employees take some customer service lessons from Chic-fil-a!! Oh yeah, they wanted to charge me close to $800 to "fix" my car. I took it around the corner (literally) and they fixed it for less than $300. Do yourself and your pocketbook or wallet a favor and drive passed this place! read more

wasted my time. Told me to come on a day they was closed. After asking them are you sure it is new years day. Yes we will be open i was told. Well no they was not open. They quote 1.4 hours plus 45 min for alignment. I was there for 4 1/2 hours. With no reason to why i am there so long. I even ask an hour after they had my car on rack, i was told 1.5 hours to 2 hours with no reason why. That put me at 3 hours now. I got there at 8 am. First one in the door. I left at 12:30 pm. When telling the lady up front about the day before and that days wait. All i got was. " today was a parts issue". I said the parts should have been here. She said " it was the wrong part". NOW i ask you. Why didn't the guy tell me that an hour into it when i ask? I did not get i am so sorry for you coming here when no one was here or I am sorry for the long wait today. NOTHING. I thought i had found a place to take my explore for repairs. I got disappointed once again that people would be honest and fair. Why is it so hard for people to be honest and tell people what the issue is or i am sorry for wasting your time. I hope they read this and don't do this to someone else. This is wrong and even though it takes time to work on cars, be honest and up front with people. That is what brings people back along with good repair work without charging out the ying yang. I use to work on cars. I have most of my life with my dad. Treat people right and fair and don't waste their time because we have a life and don't need to sit in a repair shop most of the day with no reason given on why it is taking double the time it should. Or told to come in on a day you are going to be closed and waste my time with now service at all. Just wasting gas and my time without saying i am sorry or even offer maybe a $30 or so discount for it. Without good word of mouth you will not stay in business. read more
