James showed up right on time to the minute on a pretty hot day to fix some broken tiles in our front porch area. He thoroughly removed the ultimate and other broken tiles and replaced it with new ones. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and the finished product was amazing. No cutting corners and he even explained why he thinks the tiles cracked/came loose. We are so grateful to have found him. He told us that he actually specializes in bathrooms and showers, which is going to be our next project so we will definitely be reaching out to him when we are ready to tackle that. He is insured as well and works with a partner who does the tub install so him and his partner can do everything from start to finish when it comes to bathroom remodeling. We recently removed a built-in and remodeled our fireplace, so the tiles around that area needed repairing/replacing. Jamen's quote was super reasonable, and once we confirmed the bid, he found us a start date right away. Jamen confirmed that one of his crew would be coming to do the job. His guy - Paolo - came punctually on the agreed upon time, explained the process, and did an awesome job repairing our tile!! Not only did he work quickly and efficiently, but he worked meticulously and made sure not to damage any existing tile. The first day took from about 9-1:30 pm to demo, cut, and set new tile. The second day he came back to do the grout (took less than an hour). Paolo explained that they wanted to make sure the tile was set/dry before grouting so that the grout color didn't blend into wet tileset color (which was white). I appreciate thoughtful, meticulous, detailed work even if it takes a bit longer. Thank you Jamen and Paolo!!! Already started referring them to friends!

Where things fell short was communication and delivery...especially disappointing as this was our first time shopping here. When we placed our order, we specifically asked if the product was in stock and were told that it was. After we paid and left, we received a call saying the product was actually not in stock and would take about a week. Frustrating, but what made it worse was the response we got when we followed up. We spoke with Glenn and explained that had we known, we might have gone elsewhere. His response was essentially that we were free to do so. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I found that surprising and disappointing...there was no effort to retain our business or make things right. We decided to continue with the order since we had already paid. Fast forward about two weeks, and we hadn't received any updates. I called to check in and was told the shipment was still in transit and might arrive by the end of the day. I asked to speak with a manager, and Glenn called me back. To his credit, he acknowledged the earlier interaction and apologized for the delay, but there was still a lack of proactive communication or effort to improve the experience...especially considering we had already, made multiple trips for payment and a partial pickup. Ironically, I received a call just before closing that the rest of the shipment had arrived and would be ready for pickup the next day...but only after I had reached out first. I would still recommend this place for the showroom, selection, and the help we received from Polina. Just be aware that the follow-through and communication may not match that initial experience.

1/21/26 Downstairs floor replacement project…read more Our downstairs flooring only lasted 4 years due to high humidity and no underlayment. When we first installed, the manufacture did not recommend an additional underlayment but the humidity simply killed our vinyl planks. We tried glue, filler and then clear tape. Nothing worked and it was simply terrible in appearance. I reached out to Alan end of last year to report the need of new flooring. He came to check out the areas and agreed it was due to humidity. We chose a new flooring only lasted color and type since our current one was discontinued. We opted for a new water resistant laminate that requires an underlayment which was needed in our case. We got the floors redone 1/21/26. The guys finished in 4.5 days. Good team and workmanship. I felt really bad that we were supposed to move all the little things beforehand and it completely slipped my mind. I thought they would move the furniture from one side of the room to the side but they ended up moving everything out in the garage. Due to all the cutting dust, everything brought out was covered in a layer of dust. I had to clean everything off upon the move back in which was tedious. I wish they would have recommended me to buy some plastic coverings. The half day on Sunday, the guys helped move the pool table back, completed last minute touch ups and re-installed my quartz on the vanity to fit under the mirror. They did a fantastic job and considering they had to reuse my old baseboards, it was nicely preserved for reinstall after the new floors were laid. Despite of the small hiccup with lots of dust on furniture, I was very satisfied with the crew's install. It's so nice to have flat and smooth floors again. As always, Alan visited in person daily to ensure progress, and address any concerns we had. We have been loyal to Alan for many years. I appreciate his continued transparency in business practice. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. The job was fast, but definitely not rushed--the panels looked great. The results were immediate. Our solar production increased from 2.6 kWh to 4.2 kWh, a 60%+ improvement just from having the panels cleaned. Before the cleaning, we were only producing around 3.5 kWh during peak hours, and the post-cleaning reading of 4.2 kWh was taken in the morning. The two-man crew arrived on time, was friendly and professional, took great care while working inside the house, and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. The windows looked dramatically better afterward. What impressed me most was their honesty. A few of the older double-pane windows have failed seals, and they explained that no amount of cleaning could remove the cloudiness between the panes. They also found that several of the old window screens had deteriorated to the point where they couldn't be safely reinstalled and took the time to explain why. There was also a small misunderstanding about what I meant by the patio cover when we scheduled the job. Once they saw it, they actually offered to remove the extra charge because it wasn't what they had expected. Since they still took the time to clean it as best they could, I asked them to leave the charge on the invoice. From scheduling through completion, communication was excellent. I really appreciate businesses that do quality work, communicate honestly, and treat customers fairly. I'd definitely hire them again.

I had…read moreadmittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. I will definitely be getting our house pressure washed regularly now that I have found The Pressure Washing Guys.

I really appreciated Ken's easy-going demeanor, and sensed zero interest in him trying to sell me a repair service that wasn't needed. Ken is just an honest guy offering his experienced opinion - in no doubt, putting yet another homeowners' unwarranted concerns to rest. Would be nice If all companies sent inspectors who operated the same way as Ken.

In November 2024, we hired Sir Grout to service our shower due to mold in the caulk. We paid for…read morethe Shower Cleaner ($50), Shower Clean & Clear Seal ($483), and Epoxy Grout ($400). Within just a few weeks, the caulk began crumbling and peeling apart. Since Sir Grout offers a 1-year warranty if you exclusively use their cleaner, they returned and fixed it at no cost. Unfortunately, within a few months of that repair, the caulk turned an unsightly yellow and mold reappeared beneath the surface. The shower looked terrible again. When we contacted them, it took a while to get a response. Eventually, Steven, who had actually performed the grout service and was absolutely lovely to work with, came out, admitted the mold and yellowing shouldn't have happened given our care routine, and said he'd reach out to his boss for a resolution. Weeks later of my partner following up a few times, Jose finally called, only to say there was nothing they could do and blamed it on "ventilation issues." I have never had yellowing issues with caulk before using this company, and the lack of timely communication, accountability, and follow-through on their 1-year warranty is disappointing. I will be hiring a different company to redo the grout.

We recently replaced the entire roof of our house due to wear and tear with multiple leaks. Glad that we chose American Supreme Roofing after comparing multiple roofers. They completed my project in a timely manner as planned. Both quality and price cannot beat. The roof condition of my 100 year old house was in really bad shape with lots of holes and cracks on the sheathing. Instead of expensive local repair and replacement, ASR managed to add an additional layer of plywood on top of the existing sheathing, and completed the city inspection with significant cost savings. The owner and CEO, Alex, is very professional and knowledgeable. His highly customer oriented attitude impressed me quite a lot. Daniel, the sale person and project lead, was very responsive in addressing every questions and concerns from us. Due to the unique shape of our roof edge, ASR installed high quality coping metals for extra protection to maximize the roof life at a highly discounted price. In addition, Alex offered an extra layer of protective coating on a few locations free of charge, which is usually not included in the project scope. We used American Supreme Roofing to do a re-lift of our tile and install new underlayment. I met with Alex when he came to our house to bid the job. He came across as extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and personable. We received a number of quotes that were all higher when you factored in that we were getting "peel and stick " underlayment. In fact, when I told one of the roofers that came over to bid the job what we were getting and how much we were paying, he literally said, "Wow, you should take that." We obviously followed his advice and accepted American Supreme's bid and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. The roofing crew for our house was amazing. They collectively had a ton of experience and were incredibly professional. They came and finished when they said they would, and they meticulously cleaned up at the end of every workday. I also know that they used flashing and other materials in the valleys and around the chimneys to re-direct water that other roofing companies probably would not have done because of the added cost. They even power washed our roof. Again, we are really glad we went with American Supreme Roofing and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family and neighbors (which we already have). read more

10/10 Experience working with ASR! Do yourself a favor and do your roofing project with this team! Extremely fair pricing, excellent communication, great quality roofing products, and very quick and efficient work. We had 2 roofs on our house and needed both roofs removed, new plywood, and a new roof laid down. They showed up with an enormous crew and had the whole project done in 4 days including almost a full day of delays waiting for the inspector. We received estimates from many companies and ASR was one of the lowest. Multiple companies wanted DOUBLE what we paid for ASR. ASR is licensed, insured, and extremely knowledgeable. I've heard many horror stories of roofing projects gone wrong and homeowners getting into terrible positions because they chose a dishonest roofer. I hammered the owner Alex with MANY questions and was pretty needy throughout the process. He was nothing but kind and patient. We are extremely happy with everything about the process and the new roof itself which looks great. Their team even painted the pipes on our roof to match the new shingles. We had a couple roof tile come loose and fall off from the top A-frame in the front of our two story house, so I went to Angi.com and put in a request for local roofing companies that do repairs. American Superior Roofing Co. in Santa Ana called me within an hour. I explained that I was concerned more tiles would fall and that it could potentially harm someone or something around the exterior of my house, so they sent out one of their inspectors that day. From the thorough inspection, and explanation of what he found, to the installation team coming out within two days to do all of the work that was required (I had over 20 broken tiles that needed to be replaced), which included concrete sealing around all the gables, sealing around both fireplaces and all vents, replacing all the broken tiles, re-nailing all corner tiles around the entire perimeter of my roof to ensure everything was now secure, etc. I couldn't be happier with the money I paid for the job they did! We wanted to share our experience regarding us contracting with American Supreme Roofing for a tear off and new roof replacement for our home in Long Beach, CA. After obtaining 4 bids for our project we decided on using American Supreme Roofing mainly because of the detailed knowledge when we received the initial quote. Very knowledgeable on the products and the method used for the overall project. The whole process was explained in great detail, as well as the product proposed for our project. With all this crazy rain, unfortunately my roof started to leak water in the middle of my living room. With holidays coming up at this time I was stressing out. My family haves a tradition for the holidays that likes to gather up in one house, and you guessed it was my turn this year, but with that leak I was embarrassed, if Im telling the truth. We had a leaky roof and hired a roofer to fix the problem. However, the roof was still leaking. We had to find another roofer to resolve the issue and found American Supreme Roofing Company (ASR). We are very pleased with the job performed by them. They did a thorough inspection of the previous job and proposed the right way of doing it. Although the total price of ASR was higher than the previous one, the work they did is definitely worth the money. ASR even came back a few days later to conduct the water test to make sure that problem was resolved. I highly recommend American Supreme Roofing Company (ASR) for roof projects. We had old asphalt shingles replaced with American Supreme Roofing and it took only 3 days to re-roof all. The quote was very reasonable compared to other roofing companies and I chose this company because of their 30 years experience. We have a flat roof and they recommended the latest material other than traditional torch down material for the flat roof. Almost a week later, after DAYS of rain, living with a tarp on my floor, moving furniture, and waiting for Monday, they call to cancel. I received a call today, a few days before the appointment, that we are out of their service area and it wouldn't be cost effective for them to come. First of all, this is extremely unprofessional....even a little restaurant or pizza place would determine if you are in their delivery area. They had my address at the time I made the appointment and it was included on my confirmation email. This would seem like a basic business practice to see if I am in their area and at the very least I would expect a call immediately to cancel and not after almost a week of waiting. At this point, I thought I had an appointment and someone would be able to repair my roof soon. If I had known they wouldn't do so I would have been calling other companies during this week if downpour. I feel that this is their fault/oversight and they should have honored the appointment and done some staff training for whomever answers the phone. I guess I probably dodged a bullet if they are only focused on how much money they are going to make and don't actually care about their customers.
