We were on our way to Disneyland and wanted a quick bite to eat. I went to trusty Yelp and saw this place. I called my order in and it was ready by the time we showed up. Still hot! We for a bacon breakfast burrito and the breakfast blt w home fries. It was so good! The portions are big, more than enough food for us to have leftovers. Our first time here. First of all, we like the old school diner feel. The service was really good. Now for the food. The French toast was really good. The eggs were done perfectly. On the way back from Indio we were craving breakfast burritos so we got two bacon burritos. Food was ready within ten minutes and the burritos tasted great. Was doing my usual walk and decided to give it a try. Two bites into my cheeseburger and the bun started falling apart. It was very difficult to eat so I stopped halfway and left. It's not bad but it's not great... I do appreciate their big portions and price wise it's fair but the quality of food is the same as any other cafe/diner. I've only gotten their breakfast dishes a handful of times. Very greasy.. overly salty.. like I said. Like your typical diner food. The staff are typically very nice and attentive but I must say the location is terrible. It shares space with the sands motel and you can see for yourself with their reviews. I went in today with my niece and sister to have breakfast. First off, I want to say that the service was terrible. They were not busy at all. The server took forever to take our order and he needs to work on his customer service skills. After we were through, my sister told one of the servers that we needed a box and he just ignored us. We then watched as the two "waiters" went out to vape for another 5 minutes before I inconvenienced them to get us some menus. This cafe is like your typical diner. Even on a Saturday the wait wasn't bad cause they have a lot of seating for people waiting. They always kept my coffee full (which to me is THE MOST important thing at a diner). They had a huge menu with breakfast and lunch available all day. Most of their savory breakfast items also come with 2 sides (which could be pancakes or french toast- the best of both worlds)! Everything tasted great, they gave us multiple types of syrup and salsa. The prices were super reasonable. I 100% will be coming here again, loved it! I love Eggs Benedict but I wasn't satisfied with their dish, it just didn't hit the spot. The food could have been hotter. The Benedict was not thick, too runny. They have a large menu of American and Mexican food for breakfast. They have the best chilaquiles both the red and green are very flavorful. They both are a little spicy but not overwhelming.
