We were on our way to Disneyland and wanted a quick bite to eat. I went to trusty Yelp and saw this place. I called my order in and it was ready by the time we showed up. Still hot! We for a bacon breakfast burrito and the breakfast blt w home fries. It was so good! The portions are big, more than enough food for us to have leftovers. On the way back from Indio we were craving breakfast burritos so we got two bacon burritos. Food was ready within ten minutes and the burritos tasted great. I went in today with my niece and sister to have breakfast. First off, I want to say that the service was terrible. They were not busy at all. The server took forever to take our order and he needs to work on his customer service skills. After we were through, my sister told one of the servers that we needed a box and he just ignored us. The food was alright but let's talk about the service... we were sat down and waited 10 minutes before the busser noticed we were sitting without any menus or drinks so he got us some waters. We then watched as the two "waiters" went out to vape for another 5 minutes before I inconvenienced them to get us some menus. This cafe is like your typical diner. Even on a Saturday the wait wasn't bad cause they have a lot of seating for people waiting. They always kept my coffee full (which to me is THE MOST important thing at a diner). They had a huge menu with breakfast and lunch available all day. Most of their savory breakfast items also come with 2 sides (which could be pancakes or french toast- the best of both worlds)! Everything tasted great, they gave us multiple types of syrup and salsa. The prices were super reasonable. I 100% will be coming here again, loved it! Visiting my father in Riverside and this place had really good reviews so we decided to try it. Unfortunately I would not come back or recommend this place. We spent 140$ only to feel like we were a bother or weren't accepted in their establishment. They have excessive price gauging. For example additional 2 eggs was $5.90 and then for them to be hard boiled (the same eggs) was an additional $1.90. Which is crazy. We also asked for wings and the guy rang us up for buffalo wings. I told him that's not what I ordered. If I wanted buffalo I would asked for buffalo. That should've been explained over the phone that their "wings all come with buffalo sauce". When the guy reviewed the order, he went over it extremely fast, and seemed very unpleasant. All of the staff had dismissive attitudes as if they didn't want our business. Had I not called in prior I would've went somewhere else. I wish I could leave 0 starts because the overall experience was underwhelming. Be nice to all people that enter your establishment, and in a customer facing industry, find people that enjoy their job. Even the main lady acted as if my question to her was too much. Service is very good. The restaurant is adjacent to a large motel and is family friendly. A lot of people here on a Saturday morning. I ordered the Eggs Benedict based on other Yelp reviews. I love Eggs Benedict but I wasn't satisfied with their dish, it just didn't hit the spot. The food could have been hotter. The Benedict was not thick, too runny. They have a large menu of American and Mexican food for breakfast. They have the best chilaquiles both the red and green are very flavorful. They both are a little spicy but not overwhelming.
