They close online ordering when they're really busy. One of my friends refreshed their online ordering around 11am and saw they were allowing online orders, but by the time the 6th friend tried, it had closed back up. I placed my order for one sandwich at 11:05am and the expected pick up time was 12:12. I ordered their hash-it-out, added sausage, and subbed the spicy aioli for their maple one. The bolo bun has a subtle sweetness to it, so it felt like I was eating a healthier, higher-end McGriddle. Everything was perfect. I've been twice so far. I work nearby so it's a convenient spot for lunch. I highly recommend placing your order online in advance if you can. The first time I didn't and just showed up to a line and had to wait about 20 minutes if I remember correctly for my breakfast burrito (after waiting in line to place my order). The second time I ordered in advance and tried the Sunday Sandwich. Both were delicious options I would happily get again. There are several other sandwiches I look forward to trying too. The best breakfast/brunch spot in the area! It was my first time checking out Amy's Place and everything I got was above and beyond my expectations. They stop their food menu around 1pm on Saturdays and I made it just in the neck of time. The staff was patient and was happy to take my order, I got there just 3 mins before they stopped their food menu and put my order in right away and they were very accommodating. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I also got the Amy's burger and it has a nice kick to it. You can also add in a side of fries. The chai latte was amazinnnngggg! Maybe my expectations were a little high going in. After all, I've heard so many great things. Don't get me wrong, it's good! Potentially a little over hyped though. First, a warning. Do not wait inside for your food unless you want to smell like a deep fryer. The smoke from the kitchen grill permeates the whole place and you will leave smelling like you got off a 8 hour line cook shift. This place is pretty inexpensive. Seeing that I should have known better, but boy this was a sandwich for ants. Don't expect to come here and get full unless you get at least 2 of these if you have any kind of appetite. The bolo was nice. Soft, could have been a little more toasted IMO, but what was going on inside was better: pickled onion, cheese, egg, avocado and hot sauce. Texturally it was good (crisper bolo would have been a nice break from all the soft), the spinach helps a little with that, lending some crisp. Flavor was on point, the acidic and tart bite was really nice and very familiar for me because I lean into these flavors with my home cooking. Just know what you're getting when you come here. My friend and I came here on a weekend to grab, what we thought would be a "quick bite," but it ended up being a 25 ish minute wait. They were transparent about the wait - there was a sign and they told us before placing our order. The inside is small, but despite that, they are able to seat about 8-10 people between the high tables and the high chairs facing the windows. The menu is well organized and offers breakfast and brunch type foods - breakfast burritos and tacos, sandwiches, burgers, and the typical breakfast - eggs, bacon, potatoes. I was hungry and wanted something filling, so I decided to go with their burger. I was originally intending on getting Amy's burger, but I wanted cheddar instead, so I built my own burger. My friend had a sausage egg and cheese, with a latte. We waited inside, and then took the food to the car after. The burger was tasty, and still pretty juicy. The toppings were fresh and the cheese was perfectly melted. The bun was soft on the outside, but crispy on the inside. I loved the sauce, I wish there was more of it for additional flavor. You could ask for a double patty but I am glad I stuck with one; It was thick enough and allowed the rest of the flavors to be present. For $7, it was a good burger. read more

A sunny Sunday friend date and we stopped by here to enjoy a light brunch~ Ordered a smoothie and my friend got a sandwich. My smoothie was standard and filling. Great food but here is my concern. They've been open for years and still can't figure out a process to make the wait shorter for breakfast foods. I'm willing to wait 40 min when it's busy but the issue is- do they want customers to stand for 40 min waiting for names to be called? A text option would be great. Went here on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30pm. They close at 2pm and I wasn't aware of that. A friend recommended this place so I was excited to try it. Immediately upon entering I was greeted with "the kitchen is closed, we're only selling coffee and tea". Not the best first impression, felt like I was a bother even stepping into the place. I go up to the counter to order, all the employees in the back see me and don't acknowledge me for a good minute or two. And it wasn't like they were busy or anything, they were just walking around in the back or talking to each other. Someone finally comes up to the counter to take my order- I order an iced coffee but they only had oat and whole milk. I'm not a fan of either of those milks so I didn't get anything. My mother got an iced dirty chai with whole milk for $5.65. It didn't even taste like chai and was as if they forgot to put the spices in the drink. There was a hint of cinnamon, but overall it just tasted like a plain iced coffee. It's not like it was bad because we finished the drink, but it definitely wasn't chai and I definitely wouldn't order again. I wouldn't recommend the coffee, and I can't say anything for the food. However, I wouldn't recommend this place anyway because of the atmosphere and lack of customer service. read more

I stopped by Amy's Place a few weeks ago after after run club, and I have to say it was a relatively delightful experience. I ordered the Tropical Burst which was delicious, and decently priced. Given how tasty the smoothie was, I regret not ordering some food to accompany it. For anyone who's interested in visiting Amy's, I will say that on the Saturday morning that I went the wait time was a bit long. The restaurant is very small and can't accommodate large groups of people. I'd advise visiting Amy's during the week. Came here for a classic Sunday breakfast. Everything on the menu looks amazing but I was a little hungrier than usual. So I got the legend burger and it was filling and delicious. With the perfectly crispy fries and the mango mania smooth, I was satiated. After ordering online, I received an order receipt with a pickup time and Online Ordering Take Out Information - Thank you for your order! The pickup time on the order receipt and the time I got the text that my order is ready for pick up matched! I walked in and I spotted the brown bag with my name on it. I ordered their Vermont sandwich which had scrambled eggs, hash brown, sausage, and cheese, with maple aioli in a wrap. The cheese was perfectly melted, the hash brown gave it a slight crispness, and the maple aioli added a tasty sweetness. My wife ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bolo and added the maple aioli to it. The bacon was crispy and juicy. It was like they made the perfect sandwiches for us without us telling them how we like it. When I picked up my order, there was a long line. This place is definitely popular and for good reason. For me a perfectly proportioned blend of a a perfectly cooked egg and bacon, along with onion, and spinach sandwiched between two slices of heavenly bread. A Marine drill sergeant calls out your name when it is ready. What could be better? On a scale of 1-10 and 10 does not exist for me it was a 9.
