Waitress told us there is no Pork in the dish, because she tried this dish before and didn't taste it. Turned out to have pork. Spilled soup all over me while cleaning out the plates. The food was absolutely delicious. No skimping on portions for a private party I attended. Service was incredible. Server named Joseph was an outstanding server. My daughter brought me home tortellini soup and Eggplant parm. Very disappointed. The soup was tasteless and the eggplant was 2 individual slices of eggplant side by side and smothered with mozzerella, not much sauce to make it look like a bigger portion. $14.99!!! Came back a second time, and dinner was even better than the first time. I took my parents this time, and they weren't disappointed. We had the Zuppa di Cozze, Antipasto all'Italiana (cold antipasto: cured meats and cheeses, mozzarella and fresh tomatoes, and green olives), and fried calamari. For the main course we ordered the Margherita pie and the bee sting pie, both excellent. We finished with a delicious dessert that is made at the restaurant, not bought in like in some restaurants. The cherry on top was that our waiter was from Italy. It was good for my parents since they were born in Italy as well, and it was nice for me to be able to speak Italian in public to someone other than my brother and my parents. Eat before you come here ! Pizza is decent, and fairly priced. Everything else, way overpriced. And you get a tiny portion like a child. My coworker took me here for a late lunch and I was starving but still knew the pizza was really good. I really enjoyed the capriccioso I ordered, which is a margherita pizza with prosciutto, mushrooms, and baby artichokes. The olive oil slathered bread was just what my soul yearned for after a long day. It kept us occupied while our skirt steak, pesto pasta (named differently on the menu I apologize for forgetting), and TWO FOR TUESDAY pizza pies made their way to our table. We just moved to Staten Island and stopped here for lunch on a whim after a Target run with the kids. We sat in their make shift seating area outside and were immediately served cold drinks and fresh homemade bread with ricotta drizzled with honey and fresh rosemary--such a pleasant treat. The staff was very attentive in the blistering heat. The kids shared a ten inch brick oven cheese pizza which was really delicious. They ate the whole thing. My husband and I both had different focaccia sandwich lunch specials and we both loved it. The specials were 11bucks a pop and worth even more. The ingredients were top notch and you could taste the love in the brick oven pizza and focaccia bread. At one point my son dropped his fork and a server walking past heard the sound of the fork falling and brought him another before he could even retrieve it from the ground. That's good service. I have been a frequent patron of this restaurant since its first day of business. DELICIOUS food, especially the penne vodka ---creamy and light at the same time. The best calamari on the island, and really great drinks. I have always loved this place for its food, ambience and efficient service. I'd like to share a little anecdote here. Last night, we went there for dinner to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Kids being kids, she thought she put all the cash she received in her purse but somehow dropped on the floor. We didn't realize she had lost her birthday cash until we got home. I called Angelina's to see if miraculously anyone had returned it. The servers found it and alerte the hostess! To find a restaurannt that is great and then find out it is staffed by honest, hard working people is to me the best restaurant. Went back inside asked a girl to make me a nother pie She said ok And then some guy came out and gave me attitude around few other staff that there was nothing wrong with this pizza and then threw it on the table like a piece of garbage with a angry face. This place was not bad however the value for the price would rule out future visits. Additionally if the waiter did not annoy us every five minutes I would have enjoyed the meal more. Finally when he said "I will be back in five minutes, I said make it 10". I mean let people eat and enjoy their food experience. The meatballs were quite tasty, eggplant was good and we really did like the lasagna. All things considered it was good except the price point was out if line with the portions. We could have gone next door to Gino's Pizza for half the price and double the portions of equal quality. One caveat, skip the peach martini, I sent it back and got a cosmo instead. This restaurant has ignored all covid protocols which is disgusting from a hygeine standpoint. Staff is bad about wearing masks, I'd imagine the kitchen is even worse. This was the worst dining experience. People make mistakes and it is not a big deal. The way it was handled was completely wrong and for this reason I will never return. We gave our waitress's our order and she forgot to put in our food because we waited 40 minutes for our food. Our entrees came before the pizza we ordered and we sat and watched everyone around us receive our food. Our entrees were not good and over priced. Our waitress came over once after taking our order. We finally got her attention and she said they never got the ticket for the pizza with no apology and asked what pizza we ordered. After that she never came over never asked how our food was which we would have told her our experience but was never given the opportunity to do so. Needless to say i will never return here. No one asked us how our meal was once we weren't even able to say this all there which we would have. I understand mistakes happen but this was atrocious. read more

My father ordered from Angelina's Kitchen. He ordered Linguini with Clams, Mussels and a Chicken Caesar Salad. The food came in very small tupperware and cost was $60.00. They left out the Chicken for my salad, only 9 empty Clam Shells with no clams, no garlic but hard Linguini, the Mussels came in a watery sauce with no taste. Everything was bland including the dressing for the salad. Why anyone would give them 5 stars is beyond me. You are better off ordering from your nearest Pizzeria, the give you more for your money and taste much better. read more

Had a delightful lunch this past week catching up with old friends. The food was delicious especially the ricotta and honey that was on the table with our bread. The only downside I have that it's just a bit pricey.
