Ice cream and custard flavors
Sunday B.

Glad I finally got to try Anna's! I love NY pizza and their versions are really unique. I came for HH (until 5pm)- you order at the counter and they deliver it to your table. - $3 pizza and $3 beer. For $1.25 more you can get a larger beer- and they are actually legit beers...not Budweiser or your run of the mill beers. Same goes for the pizza...not your average flavors. Make a it hard to choose. I went with Da green bird..it had vodka sauce..pesto and spicy sausage. Everyone working here are sooo nice and patient with all the questions we were asking. It's a fun retro vibe with a clean aesthetic making it a fun mix. Can't wait to try the other flavors and the custard!

I don't think 2nd Street has a solid pizza pick up spot and this might be it! Still in it's freshmen stages, Anna's Pizza Joint has both a sit down and pick up area. I was able to sit down and try 2 slices and a pint. Energy inside was lively and everyone was having fun. Service was great! They were able to tell me which pies were available by slice since I sat alone and didn't want a whole pie to myself. Both slices tasted great! The pint was refreshing and cold! Please stop by if you need a slice or a pie to go! Can't wait to come back with a group or a friend to see if we can try other delicious items.

I had some concerns walking in here! I was looking at the pizza slices and noticed flies all around inside the case which made me turn around and walk out! The case should be fully closed to stuff like that!. It's a nice sit down place with lots of seating and had the world cup games going but i decided to go somewhere else.

Excellent!!!!!!!! Wow! I love that they sell slices, I could try different things. Had the Ricky Roni which pepperoni and hot honey- excellent Da green bird was a 4/5. Vodka sauce.'pesto. It was shockingly dry. But flavor still good The crust is sooooo soft and good omg!!! Can't wait to try again

I came here for a father and son outing. We ordered a pepperoni slice and a cheese slice. I asked for it well done but it didnt come out well done lol. But it was still delicious. Customer service was excellent. The pizza is really good. The sauce wasn't too sweet, the cheese was a good portion, the dough was great. Definitely ate the crust. The vibe exceeded expectations! We will be back soon. As of right now. Its ranked Top 5 pizza in Long Beach. Keep it going!

March Madness Menu Special -- March 2026

Any Anna's joint is a winner in my book. On aesthetics alone it makes you want to come back. It feels inviting and homey as hell. Big windows, decor giving, and shows so much effort. Service is fast and very attentive to your needs. Hella family friendly really feels like a community pizza parlor. They have good deals like their March Madness deal and lunch specials. Menu has ice cream, plenty of wine/beer, pizza by the slice, & more than just pizza. Water and all that you'd need for your table easy to access. Pepperoni Pizza -- missing something. The hot honey flavor wasn't present at all. I liked the crisp on the pepperoni. Sauce flavor was yummy. It was really greasy tho. The crust was amazing just would be nice to have a little more char. With a bit more cheese and flavor on top it'd be a winner. I'd still order this again! Gochujang Honey-Butter -- they need to bottle this sauce asap! Y'all the flavor was phenomenal. One of the best flavors on a wing I've had!! The wing itself was so so small but the chicken was moist, great texture. Not enough to fill you on its own. Garlic Knots -- dough texture & softness is there! Flavor lacking. No garlic flavor at all mostly butter. I could see the cheese but didn't taste it. Loved the marinara sauce! Paid parking lots in the streets across from it. Parking can be tricky but that's just a Long Beach thing. Will be back to try all their slices, other wing flavors, and sandwiches (plus ice cream). Also their ranch is gold!

This spot has pizza by the slice! Theres not too many places like this so i was happy i came across it waiting for a nail appointment. Also, parking is found on the street or at any of their multiple public parking sections this is right on 2nd street. What we ordered: Slice of RICKY RONI (pepperoni) Slice of DA GREEN BIRD (vodka sauce pesto sausage) I recommend

Ordered for delivery and received food prompt and hot. I accidentally ordered the pizza with hot honey but it's my fault for not reading. The crust was soft and delicious with the sauce to cheese ratio being good. I opted for NY style because I prefer thin crust. The order was missing the cheese slice which was a bummer but they offered a discount. Overall I plan to try other pizzas as this one was pretty good.

Posting another review to highlight their amazing happy hour every day between 3-6 pm. $3 pizza slices. What a deal. Generous slice. And as always great service and cool vibes!!

Great lunch special and pizza by the slice. $10 lunch special includes two cheese slices and a drink or a cheese slice, salad, and a drink. Upgrade to a fancier slice for an additional $1. The cheese was a good NY style slice with just the right amount of chew to the crust. The rapini slice was a bit dry, it needed a little more than the dollops of ricotta to make it perfection. I'm looking forward to trying the other slices in the future, they're off to a great start and it's only their second day. The interior has plenty of seating and garage door windows that open wide to let in plenty of fresh and take advantage of our southern California climate.

DA... BOMB it's super easy cheap and GUD...!!! I'm lucky to walk by this place everyday but my first time in... The happy hour EVERRYDAY menu sealed it for me... I was just doing my usual daily walk on 2nd... and felt I wanted to taste and try it... GLAD I did... my pre dinner snack was $7 bucks (see pic) Texted 4 friends about it already... lol Great local small business to support guys

Loaded Antipasto Farro salad

Love love this corner pizza joint in the shore with a super fun vibe. Salads are amazing and the perfect size. Unbelievable happy hour 3-5pm, 7 days a week. It's one of our go to spots for delicious food and a cold beer. Service is top notch and they always greet everyone with a smile. A must visit.

Might say I'm doing too much, but when you want something, you just got to get up and do it. I love their chicken wings, especially the Dynamite wings, my number 1 picked for flavor. They have pretty much everything, not just chicken wings, so check them out and explore their menu. Big thanks to aka Candie and her team for the great customer service. Very friendly and easygoing. Was very helpful when asked about their menu or popular items of the day. Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my ways of describing things don't please you. Take a look at some of the pictures I've attached to this review. My orders are, Main: 1. 15 pcs Chicken Wings (5) Dynamite Wings (5) Smokin Spice Wings (5) Jalapeño Peppers Wings Cook fresh upon ordering to give that satisfaction taste. What can I say? Expectations met and satisfied. Their freshly cook when ordered to deliver that crispy flavorful wings are out of this world. Im more of the dry-rubbed type of guy cause I'll do the moisturizing with their ranch dipping on the side or extra sauce of your choice upon request. IYKYK! I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is limited, so best to come during non rush hour. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Enjoy it here or on the go. Share your experience. P.s. We ordered the veggie pizza, the pepperoni pizza and the BBQ chicken pizza, lemon pepper wings, and hot wings, and the potato wedges. Our party had roughly 15 people and that was more than enough to feed us all and we had plenty of leftovers. The veggie pizza and the pepperoni pizza were DELICIOUS! The cheese is so good, and they do not skimp. The BBQ chicken pizza was good but we all thought it needed more BBQ sauce. The wings were crunchy and full of flavor! The wedges were cut to a decent size, seasoned well and crunchy on the outside. Their ranch is also great, I am not sure if it's made in house but it tastes like it is. The staff were incredible accommodating, super sweet, and made sure we had everything we needed. They were showing the baseball game so the TVs were a little loud but overall it was a really great place. It was the best way to end the night after graduating with my masters degree! Woot woot!

The wings were also kinda fatty, not quality and mediocre. Overall a whatever spot, confused on the 4.5 they have. Maybe it's like a social spot people go to. Pizza: 6.7 Wings 6.3

Deep Dish pizza is one of my fave things to eat, but I don't find places that serve it or at least do it well. I grew up eating deep dish pizza out here on the west coast, so I'm more used to and like the west coast style, as opposed to the true Chicago style where they cut their thin crust pizzas in little squares. It's a pie, cut it in triangles like a pie! They use too much cornmeal in the crust too, but that's just me. I first had deep dish stuffed pizza at Zachary's in Berkeley, so I kinda compare everything else to that. It was another long day of work and the crew just wanted to stay at the hotel and have me go out and get them some of this deep dish pizza. Ok, I'll keep the crew happy. I go in and order and it's very nice inside. Kinda a little upscale over some pizza parlor joint. I get 2 medium Chicago Classic, I think that was what it was called. Mostly it was sausage, green pepper, onions and mushrooms and lots of cheese. They had an option of half baked, so I got that cause I wanted the pizza hot and crispy and we had a full kitchen back in my room, plus all the plates and stuff. We serve it and I gotta say this is some dang good deep dish pizza. I hate place where they say deep dish, but what it ends up being is deep crust pizza with thin toppings! This was filled nice and I really liked the crust. The crew said we like to eat that this place again.

Our group of four had a chance to stop by for an early dine-in dinner, and found the chicken to well prepared and tasty. Originally founded in 1976 in Los Angeles by a enterprising franchisee who wanted to create his own fast food brand, Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken soon became very popular with LA residents. As sometimes happens with immigrant communities by word of mouth and 'paying it forward', the burgeoning Cambodians began to be the majority owners of franchisees, until it resulted in the brand being sold to a Cambodian in 2009. Considering the largest concentration of Cambodians outside of Cambodia is in Long Beach, California, I wanted to try this particular location. They also sell donuts here, and my credit card bill actually listed the donut shop as the vendor...this for me is not a selling point, but was not noticeable during our visit. It's a walk-up set-up, where you order/pay for your food through security windows. We ordered a 12-piece family combo for $35.45, which included 3 pieces of breast/thigh/wing/leg, 2 small orders of fries, a coleslaw and 6 rolls. They also sell fried catfish and shrimp, so got a 4 pc shrimp ($3.85). They only sell drinks by cans or bottles, so got 4 cans of Coke/Pepsi/Squirt. It is clearly stated that each order is fried fresh, taking about 20 minutes. Our order was ready in 15 minutes, and we decided to dine-in (a small makeshift outdoor dining area with temporary tables was set-up). The chicken was well brined and had been fried well (leaving plenty of space between the chicken), with the outer coat being crunchy with a little bit of spice. For me it tasted very similar to the popular national chain, but with more consistency. The 'small' fries were not that at all, but very large...with one being enough to feed the four of us. The fries looked underdone, but were not. There were no condiments available, so the saving grace was the thin hot sauce that you could dip your fries and chicken into. The rolls were forgettable, and the coleslaw was grocery store quality (which I actually like). In fact, the chicken and sides reminded me of what you could get at a grocery store deli, except always getting the chicken fresh, instead of ones that have been fried too many to a basket and sitting too long under a heat lamp. Freshness definitely matters here. There was plenty of food for the 4 of us, with us taking half of the meal home. It reheated very well, providing us a good lunch the following day.

We drove all the way from Downey because we've been to this location before and have always been served, even around 10:30PM. Tonight the doors were still open, so we walked in thinking service was still available. Instead of properly explaining anything, the worker immediately said, "No more orders, online only," with a rude attitude and zero professionalism and this was still 45 minutes before closing. No apology, no customer service, no attempt to explain respectfully. Just dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Owners, you seriously need to train your staff better because employees like this ruin the reputation of your business. I understand workers may not care the same way owners do, but the way this employee treated customers was completely unacceptable. I'll still support the restaurant because I know this isn't how the business usually operates, but management needs to address the worker who was there on May 13th at 10PM. Completely gross and unexpected experience.
