If I could give them zero stars I would. I came here to get my acrylic gel nails and gel pedicure removed. They were trying to stick something in my fingernails to remove them. I said I didn't want them to remove it that way. I asked if they could drill off the polish or use the foil and she that they didn't do that because it "take too long" when there 3 manicurists just hanging out on their phones. To remove my gel pedicure they made me soak my toes in a bowl full of acrylic instead of wrapping them in foil to remove it. This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. read more

The owners husband is one big idiot and should have no damn business in the salon. Why would they have somebody as irresponsible and helpless SETTING APPOINTMENTS FOR CLIENTS?! I called to make an appointment 3 days prior to going and when I show up they say they can't take me in because the lady i booked with (Kim) was busy. All that man does is play on his iPad like a little 10 year old setting appointments. Today is my birthday party and I specifically told him I needed something Saturday morning. I had the worst experience today. I walked in and asked if I can get my nails and pedicure done. A worker asked for me to sit down. I was looking for a color and sat down for 10 min , noticed that no one approached me to ask if I was ready so I asked the owner for a time frame. He told me to leave and come back because there was appointments set for the next hour (very unprofessional way to respond btw) I wasn't bothered that there was a wait time. I was bothered that no one said anything! And of-course I told them they could've said something instead of making me look stupid while I sat there thinking I was up next. The owner (female) had the nerve to argue with me and tell me I didn't say anything. Now I'm not a customer service genius but I'm sure that anyone with common sense that runs a business knows that if a person walks into your business they are coming for service. The owners of this business are terrible that's why they're loosing customers. (Explains why it's always so empty now) and I always tip very high ALWAYS ! The ladies who do my nails and pedi know that..unfortunately for them I will never come back here again! If the owner wanted me to stay she could've tried a different approach maybe an apology and some kind words would've helped but instead she went ahead and attacked me. It's not what you say it's how you say it! Their work isn't even all that I can go somewhere else for something better. This is a good spot if you just need to get your nails done or a pedi/mani and go. I was in and out in about 30 mins for a regular pedicure. No fancy or massage chairs but it's still good, clean, and the lady was gentle. No bleeding no hurting. That for me is great service. The pedicure alone was $10 but I added the callus removal for an extra $5. $15 total for a good pedi is a great deal! I'll be back for sure. read more

I work in the area and need a nail shop since I get home late everyday. Anna did my gel manicure and Kelly did my pedicure. It took longer than other places for my gel manicure. Kelly did a good job with my pedi. The 2 stars is for my gel manicure. There are dents, and little bumps in my nails. And I was late getting back to my meeting after specifically asking for a 45 minute appt. Although they are nice people, I probably won't be coming back here and look for another nail salon while I'm out here for work. read more

Today was my second time going to Anna's nails. The first time I went they did a pretty decent job so I decided to go back today, but NEVER again! The lady that did my toes did a pretty good job, but the lady who did my nails did a horrible job and I asked her to fix it but she didn't. So I later went up to pay and the guy at the register asked if I was happy with my nails and I said no and I just wanted them to fix it, so then he was telling someone else to fix them then here comes the lady that messed up my nails telling him something in there language . He later says we just won't charge you 3 dollars and leave your nails like that. Really!! They should of fixed it. But anyway never again.. Came in early in the afternoon and it was completely empty so we thought great we will be in and out. As soon as we stepped in the salon, NO ONE greeted us so personally that isn't welcoming at all. We chose our colors and they started doing our nails right away. The ladies here don't make small talk in between which I guess is a plus I suppose. The cleaning of the nails is great BUT the lady who did my nails messed up on one and instead of redoing it, she decided to just go over it with nail polish so to me that's lazy. It was 10am when I walked in and 10:30 when the other lady finally finished "parking" needless to say there wasn't enough time to get my nails and pedicure done. The workers are loud and annoying they have no etiquette and it's not relaxing at all. If I could give them no stars I would! My nails came out so ugly and on top of that I paid $32 for them. Full set $18 and she charged me $14 for gel. Plus the whole time I was there, they were talking shit about almost every client. I have been a loyal customer of Anna for over 18 yrs now and wouldn't trust my eyebrows to anyone but her, same thing for mani & pedi. I have always been treated very well here. If I have had to wait, its understandable, they are giving their customers the attention they need to give them and quality sometimes take time. This is the only place that I trust to do my eyebrows. I have seriously bushy wild eyebrows but Anna always keeps them on check! She's amazing! And really sweet to talk to. Been coming for years. Learned about this place from my aunt. I started out with Kim. Then Kim got to busy so I started letting Stacey do my nails. She did a great job then my nails were popping off like press ons but I continued to go just knew I couldn't wait the full 2 weeks to return otherwise my nails would pop off. 10 days ago I went to Kim because Stacey was off, sadly Kim has gotten lazy. 4 of my nails were facing different directions. Today I went in no one but Kim and a lady who usually does my feet (linda) was told to take care of me. Afraid but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, as she was doing my nails I just started crying to see her jacking up my nails even more. So unhappy I couldn't take it no more. When I tried to show another lady the difference between both hands, she tried pulling that, "It's your nails, they are like that" I told her really ,I've been coming for years I've never had this issue. Pros: $5 eyebrow wax. Which they always leave my eyebrows looking good. Cons: This place is pretty dirty. I always have to ask them to change the wax they use because you can see hairs in it from other clients. You get what you pay for. I find it very rude and unprofessional that they ASK you for their tip. And they are very pushy about everything. I don't like that. But like I said you get what you pay for. Pretty crappy place but I guess they do an ok job for the price. read more
